Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's the friends of Welcome into Fantasy Pros, the Fantasy
Football Podcast. This is the extra point. I'm Chris Welsh.
We get Andrew Rickson in the house where we are
live on the Fantasy Pros Discord every single week talking
to you guys and answering your questions. This is the
People Show because you guys produce the show. We are
just the conduits. You guys are the sheet music, and

(00:22):
we are the instrument. That is all that we are
here for to answer your questions. Whether it's week nine
or beyond, We're here for you talking about everything except
Thursday Night football and all the awesome or not awesome
that it was Andrew ericson Happy Halloween in front of you.
We did talk about this off air, but we would
like you to share because I think this is a
good take because I did not look at the comments,

(00:44):
nor will I look at the comments of the Rank
show when I talked about Pineapple pizza and or Candy corn.
I don't have the stomach to deal with that negativity.
I asked you, what is your go to Halloween? Candy?
I think this is going to get you in the
good graces of everybody.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Yeah, my go to Halloween candy is Reese's. I think
it's the It's the chalk pick, probably the one if
you did a bracket, it's probably the number one seed.
That's usually what you see. And you know, I just
don't have a contrarian pick when it comes to candy, right,
I just I think Reese's is good. I was telling
you before we started recording, my sister is allergic to peanuts.

(01:20):
So growing up I had to throw out basically like
sixty seven percent of my Halloween candy because it always
had peanuts in it because my sister was high allergic.
So now I'm making up for lost time for it,
and I'm going above and beyond to find peanuts in
my candy, peanut butter and chocolate and all the good
stuff that I never really could have that much of
as a kid.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Yeah, and I guess apologies because this is kind of
like chalky very radio like everybody, what's your favorite candy Halloween?
We were doing this here. Let me invert it real
quick because it's just top of mind. What's the worst
thing you've ever got trick or treaty? And could be
you or you like you were with like you know,
nieces or nephews or whatever, because I have I have
an answer. I've a real answer. But can you recall

(02:02):
like the worst thing back in the day people give,
like a toothbrush or something. Oh yeah, absolutely, you're.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Gonna thank me ten years down the line.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
Yeah, you better believe it. Have you got? Can you
think of anything?

Speaker 2 (02:16):
The only time I ever like was disappointed? I remember
that there was someone that was giving away fruit, and
I just remember like specifically learning in school like not
to take stuff like that because you're always like, well,
there's gonna be razor blades in whatever you have, which
still to this day, I don't know if that's actually true,
but I just I feel like I was growing up
always told hey, you always got to check all the candy.

(02:37):
You can't have fruit or anything that's open because it
could have a razor blade in it.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Like here you go, here's a cum quap. How do
you like that? You have fun?

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Have fun?

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Mine was It wasn't me, it was my kids. And
this it was the very first house in Halloween. And
the guy only had bottles of hand sanitizer. That was
it is the first house. He was decked out. He
had like floaties and lights and we were like, this
is gonna be a banger first house, and my kids

(03:08):
are like, let's go, and we go up and it's
a basket of hand sanitizer and we're like, all right,
Like it's cool if you give that, but maybe like
with some cam Nope, it was just hand sanitizer. So
that was the most disappointing probably one we've had. I
think that wins, right. I mean it was during your
like COVID time.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
I guess, so, okay, I guess that doesn't make sense,
But I feel like I would be more concerned that
people would think that it was like it's it's candy
hand sanitizer, we can get this or eat this thing.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Yeah, that's a good point.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Now that would be obviously problematic.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Being the first house, it was more disappointing. So there
you go. There's our big Halloween takes here. Hopefully you
guys are all safe have fun, and you're safe and
having fun for week nine, let's get into our questions.
Do want to first remind hey, you want more rousing

Fantasypros dot com slash chat just another outlet for you

(04:26):
to get your questions answered, which we have got some
hand raise. So let's start getting to it. First up
on the show this week, it's our boy bucks Man,
who I think was last on the show last week
and didn't get on and we assumed it was a
tes Johnson question. But bucks Man, what's up? What do
we got? Oh no, it's a bad start on mute

(04:48):
littering and littering and littering and oh you're giving us
the video too, what's up? Bucks meth Bucks you gotta
fix it. Once you get it fixed, let us know,
bucks Man, we'll get you back up. Showed us some
video too, that was great. Uh, mctunda, do us right mctunda.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
Hey, how's it going, guys?

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Here we go. What's up? Dude?

Speaker 3 (05:09):
Ericson watching McCall it, bar, it's very underrated, peanut butter bar.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
Oh watching my car. I thought you were like being
facial watching McCall it. You're actually saying, yep, you know
what my favorite candy is, and it doesn't exist anymore.
I done. I did this a couple of years ago.
But Fifth Avenue. Fifth Avenue was incredible, and they just
they're nowhere. They're nowhere to be seen. It's like a
much better Butterfinger like Butterfingers, very intrusive. It's all like

(05:34):
like Fifth Avenue was the best and it's just it's gone. Sorry,
go ahead, Oh no, you're fine.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
A couple of click questions there. They're actually both a
little more Dynasty, I mean in a buying mood there.

Speaker 4 (05:46):
I just bought Josh Jacobs for a one did I
Did I pay too much for Josh Jacobs? Or do
you think that's about right there? If you're going for
a championship this year.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
I tend to think that's about the price for like
an elite running back in a win now mode? But
what do you think? Erickson?

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Yeah, I think that's the going rate, I guess for
a player like Josh Jacobs, and it's got a good
schedule to score a bunch of touchdowns. Hoping that the
calf injury is not anything that is overly concerning. I'm
not too concerned about it. So yeah, again, we love
collecting picks and rookies, but you still want to try
to win at the end of the day, So yeah,
go for it.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
Okay, what's number two?

Speaker 3 (06:24):
Number two is are you worried about Drake London's hip
going forward?

Speaker 4 (06:29):
You know, I've had him all year and you know
it's been quite a rollercoaster for him, and then of
course the last minute out didn't help. But are you
willing to sell Drake London at this point? Given his
injury history and kind of a quarterback play there?

Speaker 1 (06:43):
But before I knock you out here, Mike tended, when
you say sell, is it like are you willing to
sell him out for less? Or are you talking at cost?
Like what's your perception?

Speaker 4 (06:54):
I think at costs because I think there are probably
still people that want to buy out there, but just
more are you willing to stay gone to Drake London
right now?

Speaker 3 (07:01):
Or are you willing to move off.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
Okay, I just wanted to make sure I understand your
personal take on it before we got to it. What
do you think there is there any concern with London?
I think his perceived values like a little bit lower
than preseason, right, I mean, you thought it could be
number one overall in preseasons. So I think that's like
a no brainer. But what do you think about moving
off of him right now? Knowing his cost is like,
you know, probably a little depreciated.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
I have no interest in moving off of Drake London.
You mentioned injury history. Has he really had this like
long track record of injuries?

Speaker 1 (07:32):
I don't think so, not that I recalled. I think
he had something last year though, didn't.

Speaker 2 (07:35):
He I don't think so. I'm pre sure he played
the majority. I'm prett sure he's I mean, he's had
quarterback problems, like essentially basically might as well be an
injury because it has been because it's been tough sledding.
I don't know. I don't remember anything else besides this,
and it's kind of like popped up kind of out
of the blue. So no, I think that he still

(07:55):
can be an alpha wide receiver. Maybe he's not like
a top five guy.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Yeah, he didn't miss any timelinelast year.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
As I'm looking, he's so really young. I mean he's
twenty five years old. He has one hundred catch season,
one hundred target plus seasons on his resume. Yeah, it
hasn't clicked quite yet with all of his quarterbacks, but
still believe the Penis is an upgrade. Again, Penis has
not even started I don't think, like eight NFL games
yet or it's like a round there, Like, he hasn't
even played a full NFL season, So I think we

(08:20):
can still give him some time. I think that the
upside is still there with Penick. So no, I don't
think I want to try to get off him, especially
in a dynasty context.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
Yeah, my gut was to say no in general, but yeah,
he missed one game in twenty twenty three, but didn't
miss any time last year. There's a questionable quarterback play.
But I don't know, he's still kind of the alpha.
I don't even know what it would look like, to
be honest with you, for me moving off of him.
Better rate of these guys being able to hold long
term as wide receivers like you would presumably have to

(08:49):
like go and buy two for one, you know, like
a lower running back and lower wide receiver or a
higher running and I don't know what running back i'd
want to buy in Dynasty over London, so I think
I would hold as well. Let's see if we get
bucks Man back in here. See if it's working, bucks Yo.
I heard you for a second.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
We hear you.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
What's up? Bucks Man?

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Thank god?

Speaker 5 (09:13):
Okay, sorry guy? How y'all doing?

Speaker 2 (09:15):
What's up? Dude?

Speaker 1 (09:15):
We're doing good? How you doing doing well?

Speaker 5 (09:18):
Bro?

Speaker 2 (09:18):
I just had a question.

Speaker 6 (09:20):
It's in a It's in the standard lead, and I'm
trying to get Chase Brown on my team because I
absolutely absolutely need Rby true help. I only have Jonte
williams Uh and then I have Ricordalo, Chuba Hubbard, and
I got Tyrone Tracy, but so he wants one of
my receivers. I have Pooka Jamar Chase A Buca, and

(09:43):
he wants one of those guys for Chase Brown. I
don't want to give it up. He also needs tight
end help. I have Trey McBride and Gatson, but he
won't Chase Gatson. So what how can I get Chase Brown?
What's the what's a good way.

Speaker 1 (09:56):
That's a good question. So trying to get Chase Brown,
the guy wants only incredible wide receivers or like a
top two overall tight end for Chase Brown. Chase Brown
does not have that type of equity right now. That's
a rock and a hard place because like, should Gaston
get Chase Brown? Probably not? Should the other like you
got you don't line up. I guess that's where I'm

(10:17):
trying to go there. You don't seem to line up here.
I kind of don't think you can get him if
I could move Gadston and okay, like Gadston and Jamison Williams,
like I think I if I could do that, but
if he's not willing to ben, I don't think you
have players that I would pay down for Chase Brown
on I'm not touching those wide receivers. You can maybe

(10:37):
do McBride because you've got death, but I still don't
want to do it. What do you think, Erickson?

Speaker 2 (10:42):
I agree with you. I think that there comes a
point when you're doing these trade negotiations where there's so
much push and pull and it becomes it just doesn't
flow the right way. And I think that you're right
talking about how it doesn't align. Look, there are just
some trades that just aren't gonna happen. I get that
we talk about certain players to try to target, but

(11:03):
it's just possible that the way that your teams are
set up, it just doesn't line up for you to
really land a guy like Chase Brown without overpaying extensively
for that player. And then it becomes well, I just
overpay for Chase Brown, which I don't, so I don't
think is the right move to make. And Joe Flacco
has a shoulder injury. Now what happens if he misses
the games? Not good? You like, just not good for

(11:24):
the offense.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
Yeah, we're not doing We're not doing Browning at hell.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
No, No, it was really really bad. So that's a concern.
So what I would recommend is another player that I
kind of viewed a similar light to Chase Brown is
Jalen Warren. So go with the mindset of, Okay, whatever
you thought about Chase Brown, go find the Jaalen Jalen
Warren manager, try to strike up a deal with that
person and see if that works maybe a little bit
better based on what you each have on your roster

(11:49):
and also use the trade find your tool on part
as part of my playbook, like that one is it
again that one will give you ideas of like certain
players you want to target, but that one also works
with considering the rosters of both teams and oh, this
team needs this, your team needs this. So that can
help align good partners to trade with where oh, what's

(12:10):
fine to deal where both guys can benefit or both
managers can benefit from said trade, whereas this one it
seems like someone's gonna end up losing, someone's gonna enp
being left out or frustrated. And those those are not
really trades that you want to recommend doing.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Yeah, because you're kind of locked into Chase Brown, but
it just doesn't align. And sometimes that happens. I really
like the Jalen Warren pivot. That's probably the way to go.
And you know the other thing is, like you you
might improve your situation if the team really does move
into Rico this week. Maybe we get more volume out
of Rico, maybe he can kind of help save some stuff.

(12:43):
We'll see where it goes. But I get if you're
going to trade Agbuca or Chase or Puka, you you're
the pool of running backs that you should be swimming
in A lot is a lot smaller. It shouldn't be
that big deep pool we're going Chase Brown. It should
be like you know, Bejon's and CMCs, like maybe not
a mecca, but you get what I'm saying here, Catalyst,

(13:04):
Catalyst is on the line. What you got for us?

Speaker 7 (13:07):
Hey, guys, can you hear me?

Speaker 1 (13:08):
We got you good?

Speaker 5 (13:09):
Awesome.

Speaker 7 (13:10):
So, currently sitting number two in Dynasty, trying to compete
current running back room Spears Marks, Bucky Henderson, and I
lost Scataboo to injury obviously last week, so that kind
of crushed my RB room.

Speaker 8 (13:26):
I'm just trying to think because my current Dynasty league,
it's not really biting a lot of the trade offers
I'm trying to do, Like I'm trying to get sell
sketches to hopefully get back to compete this year. So
like I guess, if I'm not getting any offers, I
just continue writing and just hope for the best.

Speaker 1 (13:46):
That's always my take. I hate, but also, like you know,
like Dynasty, I'm a bigger pain in the ass in
Dynasty than I think than others because I think there's
an advantage that gets trying to get taken in some spots.
I don't like to force trades. Like when you force trades,
I think that's where you start moving like a mech

(14:08):
egg Buka for Chase Brown. Like, I don't want to
force the trades if it's not a trade league that yes,
that sucks. You want to improve and stuff like that,
but I don't know. You don't want to put yourself
in a bad spot by making a really bad move
where someone's like, yeah, okay, I'll take him s kataboo,
but all I'm gonna give you is cream hunt like
I don't want to do I don't want to do that.
And I'm also just not going to force off anything.
You be active in talks. I think you continuously throw

(14:30):
stuff out in the league. You're fishing, put some lines
out there. But I just don't want to force anything.
I'd rather stand pat than do a lopsided trade that
moves outside of my favor because I have a need.
Does that make sense? Where are you at with that? Erickson?

Speaker 3 (14:45):
No?

Speaker 2 (14:45):
I agree with you going back to kind of what
we talked about with the other trade where things don't
ALIGNE Trades shouldn't always have to be really really hard
to make and shouldn't always require hours and hours of
thinking and how it's going to work out and both
both both teams are going benefit for it. Sometimes the
best trades are ones that it's like a no brainer,
where it's like, oh, yeah, this helps you, this helps me, bang,
let's make a trade done, and then you just move on.

(15:07):
So if you find yourself not going into those types
of trades, then I think that it's probably better to
look in the other direction and just be like, no,
I think we stay pay at like, I don't think
I'm actually improving my roster by doing this, and just
kind of like playing with the hand that you've been dealting.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
It does just suck, though, when you're in leagues where
just no one is active and no one's willing to
respond and no one's willing to do anything like that.
In those I think you do have to be more
proactive on it. I'd highly suggest not telling people why
this trade is amazing for them and why the player
that you're trading for stinks, But send out offers and
say you know, hey, you could screenshot the trade analyzer

(15:43):
with Fantasy pros. You could say, hey, this you know,
Fantasy Pro says, this is an even trade. Just want
you could screenshot it, send to them, just want to
get your thoughts on it. Like that's the type of
process I would add to just sending out some trade
offers to get people to try to be more active.
But if they're just not active and they're not willing
to do it, and everybody wants Jamar Chase, you know,

(16:03):
for Tyja Spears, then you're just gonna have to roll man.
And I feel your pain. I have a league where
I had Cam Scattaboy, I'm Bucky Irving right now. We
had four or five backs it's the best ball, and
we are literally running out one back. This week. We
had like Roshan deep, Bucky's hurt, Breeces on a buy,
and Scataboo's out. We have one running back to run
this week in the best ball, we should have drafted

(16:25):
more than five, but we're you know, we're in that
spot and it sucks. It definitely sucks.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
I would say, if you're really, really, really hurting running back,
someone that might be out there in Dynasty is Elijah Mitchell,
thank you. He's on the Chiefs and maybe he plays
more with Picheko banged up so there you go. It's
probably out there. I had with a couple of spots.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
Yeah maybe. Okay, cornwallis you're up what you got all right?

Speaker 9 (16:54):
Can you hear me?

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Okay, yes, yes, sir?

Speaker 5 (16:57):
Okay. Cool.

Speaker 9 (16:58):
So I got a couple of questions. I think they're
pretty fast, but one is a sit start my last
flex spot. It's Manonguy doubt ol Franklin or Berchhard Smith.
I kind of feel like leaning Manonguy because the Bengals
defense is so bad, but wanted to get your guys thoughts.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
I know where Ericson's that well, I'm Daubtel here, but
you are your team monong guy. If you listen to
the running Back episode, right.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
Yeah, just play Wringing Back the Bengals.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
If Pachecka's officially out, does it change your mind on
Bersard Smith at all?

Speaker 2 (17:29):
I mean, Burshard Smith was getting solid usage with Pacheco
in the lineup, and then last week he just like
totally disappeared. He also fumbled, which.

Speaker 1 (17:36):
Because I'd bet on him. It's because I put money
on him.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
Oh no, I also did over one and a half
receptions and I don't think I think he had zero.

Speaker 1 (17:42):
It was that was that too. I needed two receptions
to catch lots of money. That was all that I needed,
And Burchard Smith was like, Nope, we don't catch balls anymore.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
This is extreme, this minus two hundred beat. I'm thinking, oh, this.

Speaker 5 (17:54):
Is a layout chalk.

Speaker 1 (17:56):
Two catches every single game, that's what he's used for.
And they're like, no, gonna flip run a couple of things.
We won't throw you the ball once. That's cool, but no.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Just but I just like, I like the spot for
Mnung guy. I mean like, even if Dadell is the
lead back this week, it's a terrible matchup for him
on the road. The Panthers are down a bunch offensive linemen.
So again I made I was kind of talking tongue
in cheek on the Rank Show. It's like, yeah, we'll
get we'll get full, we'll get workload Rico Dada this week.
What's it going to cost all the efficiency we're can
get in the last couple of weeks.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
Yeah, maybe, but Rico's Rico's really good in the passing game,
and they decided not to use him there this past week.
I think like, if you're behind and you're like, hey,
we have to get the ball into Dawdle. I think
that might create more of a situation where they're using
him in the passing game. Uh these Chubba Cuba there too,
but uh I don't. I like Rico slightly more than
an On guy, but they're both in kind of split situations,

(18:48):
so that doesn't really help you. But Ericson, I would
lean to Ericson went in doubt. What was question number two?

Speaker 9 (18:54):
Uh so I got some ad drops. So with that said,
Rishard Smith has been frustrating, as has been Luther Burden.
Would you drop Brischard Smith for Trey Benson and Burden
for Golden?

Speaker 1 (19:09):
Is this the last question? By the way, cornwallerser, do
you have another?

Speaker 5 (19:11):
Yeah, yeah, it's done.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
Okay, cool, thank you, thanks brother, So drop the be
I was gonna say no, I'm Brishard Smith, but Benson
looks like it's close. It's close, and then there's Olden side.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
You drop Burden for Benson? Just do that?

Speaker 1 (19:28):
Oh I like that? Yeah, and then hold on to
Bershard Smith regardless of math. Matthew Golden, I'm a Matthew
Golden stand but dude, like it's just there's never gonna
be volume. Like he might have three cool plays, but
Christian Watson is there, Romeo Dobbs, Tucker Craft is a wizard. Like,
I love your idea. I'm with your idea.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
Yeah, it's it's classic Packers wide receiver usage, right, nobody's
really the number one. I guess it's really Tucker Craft.
And you know who's also coming back, Jane Reed, he's
coming back. He's coming back at some point too in
the second half of the season. So yeah, because so, yeah,
Golden's gonna be tough to trust. It's one of those
things where like you're in a pinch, Hey, I need

(20:09):
to receive the upside this week. All the Packers kind
of fall into that category, but are they going to
be consistent?

Speaker 9 (20:15):
No?

Speaker 2 (20:15):
And I think with Golden, he had his opportunity, right
with all these injuries to really kind of take the
number one job and be the guy, and he was Okay,
he had moments like you said, but he didn't really Okay,
I'm the alpha and his offense now and that wasn't
really really profile coming out of Texas. So definitely a
little bit more of a boombus receiver. He has upside

(20:35):
on a week to week basis, but the consistence is
not really there. So yeah, if I can get Benson,
just kind of see what that turns into when he
comes back from his injury. That's what I want to do.

Speaker 5 (21:37):
Hey, what's up? Guys?

Speaker 10 (21:38):
What up?

Speaker 9 (21:38):
Dude?

Speaker 5 (21:40):
Just a couple of questions here.

Speaker 11 (21:41):
So are we out on Piersol if Worthy is pick
up a ball on waivers?

Speaker 1 (21:47):
Oh that's a good question, worthies there it would cost Piersol.
What say you? I would drop here?

Speaker 11 (21:54):
So oh yeah, he's my last, my six wide receiver.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
What do you think? Yeah? I just don't one Peers
will ever going to come back? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (22:02):
Like he didn't practice.

Speaker 1 (22:03):
Yes, yeah, he's not playing this week, that's without question.
But him and when him and Pretty are back, he's
the on question, number one on that team. Like when
that happens, Worthy is at best the number two on
that team. But I think there's too many questions, Like
I'm fine with doing if if Exavier were it was
a two man leagues ten man uh ten man? Yeah yeah,

(22:27):
So if Worthy's on the wire, you could probably drop Pearsall.
You probably play Worthy more right now. But but I
do think like this can change in a week or two.
What did you say, Ericson? Are you good with that move?

Speaker 2 (22:40):
Yeah? I'm good with that move. Again, Remember the waiver
wire is dictated usually by production, so that's what's going
to cause the most guys get added and dropped. Peer
sal If he's injured, he's not producing. So if again
there's there of a chance you could get him back
to yeah, like, there's at a chance you could go
get him back if we find out okay, he's practicing, Okay,

(23:00):
then I mean nothing can No one is preventing you
from You can pick up Worthy this week, drop pear Saul,
next week, drop Worthy, pick Piercil back up right, Like,
that's totally fine if that's kind of the way the
things are moving. And you know that there's still not
a lot of hype with Pearsaul just because he's not
doing anything. So I think, yeah, for this week, especially
because Worthy's playing in a high scoring game, he could
pop off. You could sell Worthy if he goes for

(23:21):
one hundred yards in a touchdown and then just pick
Piercel up.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
Let me ask you this though, real quick ericson now,
if if he picks up Worthy and he's not going
to play Worthy at all, does this change your thought
process of thinking, like, well, Worthy's not even gone to
play Regardless this week and maybe next week. Does that
change just saying hey, listen, if I have to, if
I'm not gonna even think about a guy for let's say,
three weeks, I want parasol over him, or do you

(23:45):
just still go with what you said.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
I think he's still pick up worthy just because like
his value can actually increase this week. Right, you could
just have a big game, you can catch a long touchdown,
and then you could trade him, right, So whereas pierces, Oh,
that's not going to happen. You don't even know if
Perry's playing and is also coming back at some point too.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
So yeah, that's true.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
Question is coming. Also, I think the forty nine ers
have like a bye week come or actually know their
bi week's not for l Yeah. Just also the Chiefs
have a bye week after this week, I believe as well.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
So okay, keep too Yeah, what was question number two?

Speaker 11 (24:22):
Okay, and then I was trying to trying to figure
out how to upgrade running back, and I was thinking
about pairing up Dobbins and tet for I don't know
if Henry if that's too much to get, try to
get Henry or.

Speaker 5 (24:37):
James Cook.

Speaker 11 (24:38):
I don't know if either of those two names, if
that's in the wheelhouse.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
I don't think you can get James Cook, but I
do think Henry's a possibility. I mean, that's a pretty
fair trade offer. By the way, I feel like we
get a lot of people that'll come in and they
the offers weren't just like, oh like, if you can
make that happen.

Speaker 6 (24:55):
Cool.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
If a guy needs a wide receiver getting Dobbins, Dobbins
is a teens type of running back with a wide
receiver two, pseudo wide receiver three, I don't think it's
a bad move if people have depth. I just feel
like it's out of pocket to even think you're gonna
get James Cook. Maybe you could get Henry, but maybe
you feel different.

Speaker 2 (25:13):
I think you can try. It is hard to trade
for guys if they rush for two hundred yards, right,
and so that's that's a tough.

Speaker 1 (25:21):
Do you think Henry and Cook are different gap?

Speaker 2 (25:25):
It depends on what the Henry manager thinks. With Lamar back, right,
I think that matters. So I mean I would think
I'd rather have Cook rest of the season. Henry agreed,
But I don't think it's by like a significant mark,
Like I think that Henry's like probably pretty close to
him in the rest of the season rankings. I do
agree that this is a good strategy, though, to use
Dobbins another piece to move up a running back tier,

(25:47):
whether that's Henry, whether that's Cook. So yeah, shoot for Cook.
If it doesn't work, settle for Henry, I guess is
the way I would.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
Yeah, A good way to end that because I think
at the end of the day, regardless of what we're saying,
just try it. I think it's it's a it's a strong,
it's not an offensive offer. I think it's very reasonable.
Worst they do is say no, but you can feel
it and if they click to accept, I think it's
a win for you on both sides. I go put
it out there. I like what you were doing there?
Poor hey, or he's up? Premium member on Fantasy Pros Discord,

(26:17):
Fantasypros dot Com, slash chat what's up?

Speaker 5 (26:18):
Or Hey, Hey, how's it going?

Speaker 1 (26:21):
Guys?

Speaker 3 (26:21):
Good?

Speaker 12 (26:22):
A few questions. So one of the things I'll paste
my roster and the chat here. So this is a
twelve man PPR league sorting off two and two and
now three and five. I I've had Bucky, which has
been unfortunate because he has been out for the last
four weeks and on a bye this week. Chase has
really shown up, and I have a cham which has

(26:42):
been helpful. But where I'm trying to figure out is
this seems to be like a must win set of
weeks seven and seven seems to be enough given the tiebreakers.
But I've got you know, Bucky's still on IR he
might be out potentially for the season, we don't know yet,
and Chase is on by next week. Would you consider
shopping those guys to try to build some depth here
to potentially make a playoff run. I don't want to

(27:04):
Chase as a great playoff schedule, but I don't want
to also assume that we make the playoffs, then he
just sits, you know, he doesn't make it to the
playoffs effectively, How would you guys think about dropping Bucky
or Chase around or do you think this is a
lineup it's good enough to make it make it to
the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
I mean, I don't know where you're at with this
X and I just don't think you can trade Bucky
for much of anything. And I think he's got stars.
He's got a chan as his top running back, chases
his top wide receiver, and unfortunately, I think that's really
the only trade value you have. Like Qj's kind of disappearing,
Pollard is in stinc mode, and I guess I look

(27:40):
at this and I go, you could take a Chan
or Chase and try to get depth, but you're taking
the top off of your team, and if Bucky comes back,
you're okay. I think I'm trying to I think I'm
trying to win with this instead of consolidating. But it's
a do or die situation, So you tell me different.

Speaker 2 (27:58):
I will not tell you different. I think that this
is the roster you kind of have to go to
bat with. I don't always like trading for depth anyway,
because we all know it. Usually it's one or two
guys every week that makes you either win or lose
your lineup, right, it's a couple of guys that totally smash,
and you have Chase who falls in that category, Devanta
Adam's gonna have monster games a chance, so you have
enough home run hitters and when Bucky comes back, you know,

(28:22):
I think that Bucky's probably the piece that you're looking
to trade because there's still a lot of question marks
about it.

Speaker 1 (28:28):
There's no value.

Speaker 2 (28:29):
We can say that, but we really don't know. Like
injured players are definitely when I do the rest of
season rankings, like they're the hardest people to rank totally,
because honestly, most of the time, I just don't move
them because I'm like, I don't know how to move
them up or move them down, Like I think, I
feel like I move them up a little bit as
you get closer to them finally returning. But then obviously
once they return, we see their their value trade pretty substantially.

(28:52):
So I mean, i'd say shot Bucky worst. I mean,
the worst thing you do is you get a blowball offer,
you just reject it. So I think that that's fine.
I mean Bucky for Jalen Warren, He's got a great
schedule rest of the season.

Speaker 1 (29:07):
I don't think the Jaalen Warren person does it. Okay,
if they could, they would, But at the end of
the day, Hora, we we because I saw you, you
disappeared and came back. I just don't think your roster
you you should move off of your elite pieces to
consolidate because I think those are the guys that can
carry you, and you're just gonna have to cross your

(29:28):
fingers and like Ericson said, if you can dangle Bucky
and get something, I think that's the way to go.
Did you you have another question.

Speaker 12 (29:35):
Yes, so so then I guess, you know, coming on
the horse, I rode on then for the rest of
the season. Uh so, you know I got Unfortunately, I
dropped Shakir for Mooney assuming that London being out was
going to be helpful. That lost me the week fortunately.
Uh So at this point, like who's who is QJ
like the better flex? Do you think or should I

(29:56):
rely on like Apoller to Sharps or as Spears and
and I'm assuming that Canine is going to be my
RB two like I've been burned by him repeatedly. I'm
just trying to think, like, if you've goun to your head,
you got to you got to win this week. We're
effectively your RB two and your flex in this case.

Speaker 1 (30:12):
That's a good question. We're both very out on QJ
right now. It's tough to say. I would say kN
nine ken Walker is your RB two And what are
you doing at flex running back?

Speaker 13 (30:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (30:25):
I was gonna say it. Would you use sharbon Ay
at flex?

Speaker 2 (30:27):
I mean think about it, like if they combine for
thirty five points, do you care which one does what?

Speaker 1 (30:33):
No getting and QJ is putting up donuts right now
with Godson out there.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
I think that gets you. I mean, the Seahawks are
favorites I get there on the road, but they're playing
the Commanders. I'm not afraid of their defense. We know
Seattle loves to run the football, and you can get
all the efficiency from Walker, get all the touchdowns from
sharbon A, and you have a wonderful Sunday night football
game that you're not tilting because you get the points
no matter what. So I think that's a pretty safe approach.

(30:59):
I mean, and I guess, like maybe Spears, Like there's
a chance that Pollard is like inactive this week because
he could get traded, So I would keep that kind
of like stashed in the back pocket just in case
the Spears is a full workload. Then he would obviously
be the play. But just I'll roll up, we'll seeks
running backs. Changes are one of them is going to
do decently well, and I think the other one at
least will do something to give you a floor.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
And he said, should I drop QJ for someone else
then next week would chase out? Yeah, if there's guys, absolutely,
I think QJ is in dropable range right now, depending
who's available in your league. So yeah, we don't know
who that is. But you can also sync up and
you can get in out of the tools to tell
you the players that you need to be jumping on
if we're not around. Ronan also premium member on our discord.

(31:44):
What's up Roan Hedy, gentlemen, Happy Halloween, Happy Halloween? Do
you too, buddy? What's what's the what's the good word? Today?

Speaker 5 (31:54):
Just two parter here?

Speaker 14 (31:56):
Would you take Doubs or Sudden for your last wide
receiver spot?

Speaker 1 (32:01):
Sutton? Okay? Okay? And uh for I have two flex
spots to fill.

Speaker 8 (32:08):
So in that case, would you start Daubs, sharbon A,
Etn or Gadson?

Speaker 1 (32:14):
And we got to do two, yes, sir, half PPR
half PPR, Sharps, Dobbs, Gadsden And who's.

Speaker 5 (32:22):
The other one?

Speaker 1 (32:23):
It was a good one, wasn't it?

Speaker 2 (32:26):
Throw the other?

Speaker 1 (32:26):
Yeah? Na, sorry I got you off? What was the other? Yeah?
Etn Yeah yeah, so et and et and and Gadston.
I said this on the tight End Show. That yeah,
that like the top tight ends, or maybe I did
this on in this league the top tight ends. I
like the like no doubt like FLEXI guys, and that's

(32:46):
you know, Kittle and Bowers and McBride. If you were
to somehow have like two or are they're a viable
flex put them in. They perform at like wide receiver
two ranges. Gadson's in an interesting spot where he's not
quite them, but he's a here of his own. But like,
I'll take him. I'll take Gadson over Dobbs. I think
they're going to perform. Dobbs needs two touchdowns to be good.

(33:08):
He needs a touchdown equity there. I think Gadson's been
a monster. So yeah, it's Gadson, and it's definitely eats
et AND's a no brainer.

Speaker 2 (33:15):
Right, So him over Sharpon I.

Speaker 1 (33:19):
Godson, Yeah, I think so, No, no, not gad No,
Gatson agree, oh et And over Sharnay Yeah yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
Yeah, Etn over So I have Sharbona over Etn.

Speaker 1 (33:27):
So you're gonna say sharbon A and Gadson, then.

Speaker 2 (33:31):
I think, so, I mean, I I again, I have
Etn and sharbon A rank back to back. So I'm
I'm I'm pretty indifferent. I'm trying to see what ECR has.

Speaker 1 (33:40):
ECR has Travis Etn at seventeen and it has sharbon
Ay at twenty eight.

Speaker 2 (33:47):
Yeah, so I think you think probably ETN is probably
the safe play. I guess. I'm just concerned about what
we see this offense look like out of the bye
week with potentially bash'all two and more involved. But that
being said, Sharvin I has ken Walker who's fully involved,
so I think I could probably move. I'll probably movie

(34:08):
can up spot.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
So yeah, go with you. Okay, there we go. We
down with that. Before we get to another Let's tell

Speaker 5 (35:20):
What's up some guys?

Speaker 14 (35:24):
A quick start sitting in a trade question standard scoring?
A couple of guys with good matchups? Bam Night or manongay.

Speaker 1 (35:33):
Ooh Bam Night, I have hired and I think you
do too.

Speaker 2 (35:37):
Ericson gotta go bam? What is it a bevila Bam
bam bam.

Speaker 1 (35:43):
We're going with bam all right?

Speaker 14 (35:45):
Perfect, and then I know we're lower on this twenty
six class in Dynasty. I have another guy's pick that's
looking like it's going to be the one O three,
So it's a pretty high pick even though it's bad.
Class to upgrade running back two, would you give up
a one O three for either Javonte Williams or Catheran,
and which one of those would you prioritize.

Speaker 5 (36:05):
Who was the second one, Kien Williams.

Speaker 1 (36:08):
Oh, Kyen, okay so, Kyron or Javante for the third
pick in the upcoming first round Dynasty Draft.

Speaker 2 (36:17):
I can't weigh in on this twenty twenty six class,
so I can't so, but based on the information that
if it's not good or we are, we're down on
the class as a whole. If I'm picking between Kyron
and Javante. The thing is, Javonta doesn't have a contract,
so I don't know what team's on next year. It's like,
that's hard for me to fork over a future first

(36:40):
when I don't know what team's even gonna be on
next year. Whereas Kyroen, he's on the RAMS like I
paid him, like, and I feel like he's got a
pretty high floor. So I guess it would be Kyen.
I gotta be honest. I don't really love either deal
to be told, like, just be honest, but I think
I probably pick Kyen.

Speaker 1 (36:58):
Yeah, I'm trying to look at some of the I
just pulled up a random thing. I mean, we're probably
not the best for that dynasty front. That's a Fitzy
And then question, Yeah, I mean Jordan Tyson is like
at the top of the class for wide receivers. But yeah,
I'm looking through. I agree the running backs and wide
receivers is not anything that's blowing the doors off. Situationally,

(37:19):
things could change, but I mean, I don't know, dude,
you get a top twelve running back if you can
get Kiren for it, and and if you're in win
now mode, this is a classic flags fly forever. I
really would want Tyson with ASU, but I don't know
if I'm beating the doors down on anybody else. I
personally think I might do it, but you know, Alis again,
Bogman and FITZI, they might. They might feel a little

(37:43):
bit different, you know, they're they're definitely more in tune.
But you're looking at I just pulled up another random
one Jeremiah Love Tyson. And then it's like lemon Or
Boston from Washington, Jonah Coleman from what Yeah, I think
at the top two picks of the place you want
to be. And then it's asked, so, yeah, I'm gonna
say yes.

Speaker 2 (38:01):
On this, And you said kyen Or I think I
want Kyroen.

Speaker 1 (38:07):
Did you agree with that? You want Ky?

Speaker 10 (38:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (38:09):
Yeah, it's just because I don't know what team Jumont
is gonna be on. Yeah, because you can be a
free agent.

Speaker 1 (38:14):
So i'd mentioned the Cowboys probably want to re sign
him up.

Speaker 2 (38:17):
But Cowboys want no running back. They're gonna just pick up.
They're gonna get Chubahabad as the running back next year.

Speaker 1 (38:24):
That would be funny, all right, Iggy and bring back Rico.
I actually wouldn't hate that. What's up, Biggie?

Speaker 5 (38:30):
Hey you guys, can you hear me?

Speaker 1 (38:31):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (38:32):
What's up?

Speaker 10 (38:33):
So two questions about Okay, one's a start st one
is this roster advice? So I'm pretty cooked at running
back right now. I lost Scataboo, Hampton and Benson h
Right now I have Knight, Doubtle, r J stashing Davis
in case of the Briest Hall trade love it, and
I just picked up Hunt just in case Pacheco's out

(38:55):
longer term. Somebody just dropped Rashad White. I'm hearing that
there's some question around whether or not Bucky's going to
be coming back soon.

Speaker 5 (39:05):
Who's the drop here?

Speaker 10 (39:06):
If I want to make a move for Rashad White
in case there is some you know, long term injury to.

Speaker 1 (39:14):
To Bucky Erican, You're gonna hate this. I think it's Harvey.
I don't think you can cut Kareem Hunt because I
think Kareem Hunt you got. I think I'm starting him
this week. I'm not cutting dwd All I did. I mean,
I'm an I fall for gifts, Breestall put that gift out.
I think I have to prioritize keeping Isaiah Davis over

(39:35):
r J Harvey right now, and you got to get
Rishard White. So I am cutting Harvey for him?

Speaker 2 (39:41):
What do you think ericson, Yeah, I think I would
cut Hunt even.

Speaker 1 (39:46):
Though he can. Okay, I mean, let me ask you something.

Speaker 2 (39:49):
Let me ask you something. If hunted, if Harry been
on the waiver wire, who would have you picked up first?
Hunt or White?

Speaker 5 (39:56):
I guess.

Speaker 9 (39:58):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (40:00):
I mean if they'd both been available at the same time,
I pick I would have picked up for Shy too.
So yeah, you should like, yeah, I get like you
want to you want Hunt, but look, okay, but like
he's touched on dependent and if you don't need to
play him this week, like that's another thing that plays
it fact like you need like I don't have a choice,
Like if you need to prioritize this week, then okay,

(40:20):
you gotta keep Hunt. But long term for shaud White
has way more I I think has more upside.

Speaker 1 (40:27):
So then let me ask you this, Though every one
R J. Harvey's only path is JK. Dobbins getting hurt.
I don't even think that's a question anymore. Yeah, and
I don't think that's a question anymore. That we like,
he had that huge he had an awesome game against
a bad team. He could do that, but his only
path to excellence is Dobbin's being out because he had

(40:47):
to have scored the three touchdowns. He'll never get volume
over Dobbins. Maybe I'll be wrong. I don't think that
is changing this year without injury. So you do eric
you believe it. It's more important to side on Harvey's talent.
If Dobbins get hurt gets hurt, then I guess it's

(41:08):
sacrificing like a Kareem Hunt. You think that's that weighs
over like if Pacheco misses his time and Kareem Hunt's
more the guy in touchdown equity, Like you're holding onto
the Harvey thing. Yes, okay, I do all that. You're like, yes, okay,
looking for right?

Speaker 2 (41:24):
Well, no, no, I mean you make it really good. No,
but I just who's the Denver Bronco starting running back
week fifteen sixteen empty? How confident are you that it's.

Speaker 1 (41:32):
Going to be I'm a thousand percent JK. Dobbins. It
is him. If he is not into it's only injured.
It's like Brian Robinson at this point, Archie. I mean
to the credit R. J. Harvey does get evolved a
little bit more in the past game and stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (41:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
No, he was awesome last week because they could all
they could do whatever they wanted. They were doing whatever
they wanted. But he'll never have volume. It's not saying
he can't have some value, but he'll never have the
volume workload. Like it's just he'll overtake Dobbins. Dobbin's been
too good.

Speaker 2 (42:03):
No, No, I agree, Like Dobbins has been very, very,
very effective this year, and while he's healthy, he is
definitely the lead back in this in the Broncos back though,
I just think that who's the most expendable guy. I
just think it's still cream Hunt right again. We like
cream Hunt because of the role he has not because
we are obsessed. Oh, he's so talented, that's that's not
the reason why. Like Kareem Hunt is like, hey, I

(42:26):
need a guy to play this week. He can fit
the role versus Harvey has an insane upside, which we
saw last week when he scored three touchdowns. Right, So
I don't want to I can't how that feels like
bad process. I'm gonna drop a guy after he score
three touchdowns?

Speaker 1 (42:41):
Yeah, no, I get the logic of that. But also, like,
if there's no Pacheco and cream Hunt gets fifteen touches
a game and Prishard Smith is getting ten, every single
red zone carry is going in a Chiefs offense to
Cream Hunt and he's gonna score. He's gonna be like
James Cook a couple of years ago where he scored
a million touchdowns and no yards. That'll just be cream Hunt.
He'll have like thirteen carries, forty yards and two touchdowns

(43:01):
every single game. That'll be good. So that's why I
have a hard time cutting Kareem Hunt in this pic.
Checko stuff. But this is a glood of riches. Icky, Like,
there's like a bunch of dudes that you've got You've
got a bunch of like interesting, cool guys, And to
think that Rashad White sitting out there like at the
end of the day, you kind of can't like screw
this up, to be.

Speaker 10 (43:20):
Honest, So maybe I could ask another question. I have
kin Kid and Bowers. Could I maybe drop King.

Speaker 1 (43:25):
K Kinkaid Bye bye, bye bye. You made the whole
thing easy, bye bye.

Speaker 2 (43:31):
Yeah, I gotta say so much time. I'm sorry, No, no, you.

Speaker 1 (43:34):
Know, it's good to talk about the Harvey thing though.
I think that's why I wanted to do that, and
I pressed it. But absolutely King Kid can kick rocks
in this. But it's good that we talked about the
Harvey stuff.

Speaker 10 (43:44):
Yeah, I only had him because Bower has been hurt
this whole time, but fair enough. But yeah, and then
the second question. I guess I have more than fund
need now. But I'm starting Bam Knights against Dallas Dawdle
against Green Bay.

Speaker 5 (43:58):
I have Hunts on the bench.

Speaker 10 (44:00):
Who should I really be starting because I like the
match up with Hunt and Knight. By no Doubtll' is
a better player.

Speaker 1 (44:07):
I think I can even speak for ericson, But you
tell me otherwise if Pacheco is out, Kareem Hunts the
start over Doubdell over Dowdell.

Speaker 2 (44:14):
Okay, yeah, I mean, wesh, you were a waxing poetic
about Kaream Hunt just just a couple of minutes ago,
and I I mean, I agree for this specific spot,
Checko is probably not going to play. Yeah, I think that.

Speaker 5 (44:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (44:26):
Again, I just have a bad feeling that Dawell's going
to get the usage and he's not going to score
fantasy points because it's just a tough it's a tough
spot for him, and we still don't know what the
receiving is right, Like they've been using Hubbard more in
than receiving role. And even if Dalla hasn't seeing the
majority of carries, well, does that change if they're down
by fourteen points? Like who's in the game? And I
know that you think that that's possible. And I don't

(44:48):
think that Dawbdell is a zero in the passing game.
So maybe that is where he does see his boosted role,
which would be obviously great, But that is definitely more
of a projection than you know, fact, because that just
has not been the fact when these guys have both
been healthy battle really hasn't been used.

Speaker 1 (45:01):
Yeah, I'm sighting on doubtel. But if I have a
Kareem Hunt without Pacheco, I'm gonna play him and Bam
Knight is there's nobody so like there's there's volume, theoretical
volume for him. Pretty be the guy and Kareem Hunt.
I'll take the touch on equity. But I am like
believer ish that we are going to see Marico Dada
this week. But as you said, it's like it almost
couldn't be a worse matchup. That's what makes it tough.

(45:23):
Good question, good breakdowns. Here a couple more, I devo,
We'll sup what you got may Yeah, we got you cool.

Speaker 5 (45:34):
I'm gonna drop the rot in a chat.

Speaker 15 (45:36):
Just have a question and really kind of more, just
pick your guys brain on what's your thoughts of priority
for tight end if you're just kind of struggling. I
picked up Lovelin for this week off your guys' advice,
so you know, hopefully that goes good over hawk. But
should I be looking to move somebody to try to
get a bigger tight end or should I kind of
just stick with what I'm going at. I'm currently four

(45:58):
and four PPR team, and like last week I lost
because I had a J Brown and Nico out, so.

Speaker 5 (46:04):
Like that was it's just gonna happen.

Speaker 1 (46:06):
Yeah, that's thanks.

Speaker 15 (46:08):
If I should stick with the pieces, because on paper,
I feel like my team looks solid, but I keep
just dropping some losses and having like Hawk drop like
six points.

Speaker 5 (46:14):
On my my tight ends.

Speaker 1 (46:17):
Yeah, Hawk sucks. It sucks that he sucks. It's a
good question. So his team, he's got running back Gibbs
and Henry, and then on the bench you've got Monogai
Mason Benson. So depth's a little questionable, but you know
you can work with it. Wide receivers Nico Brown, Teto,
A lave Worthy, and then Loveland and Hawk Howkinson. So
I kind of agree. I think this team kind of

(46:38):
does the business. I don't think i'd want to trade
from depth to upgrade tight end, though if Worthy could
get me something up there, I would consider him because
I'm I'm just down in general, just because I think
she Rice as a monster. I could go to war
with Nico, Brown, Teto and o'lave, but then there's some
injury history. So if I would enter taking the upgrade

(47:00):
at tight end, it would be Worthy and I'd really
be trying to you know, you're trying to sneak I
think like a kittle off of a team or something
like that. But what do you think, Erickson? What do
you what's your take on this team?

Speaker 2 (47:13):
Can you pull off a J. Brown for Brock Bowers?

Speaker 1 (47:18):
I bet you can't, but it's a good question. It's
worth trying. I just don't think you can. I mean,
he just was injured, and he's had a season long
of garbage and then a couple of good games. Bower's
been hurt.

Speaker 2 (47:30):
Who are you described?

Speaker 6 (47:30):
Yah?

Speaker 1 (47:31):
Yeah, yeah, wait, and then there's a J. Brown. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (47:36):
I feel like they're kind of the Spider Man meame
a little bit right, yeah, kind of open bank a.
I mean Brown's played more games obviously, But again, if
you're like kind of like looking at tight end specifically,
I mean, look AJ Brown, it's a Bubby Bride with him.
I still but he still had good games, Like it
hasn't been like totally and Brock Bowers, to your point,

(47:56):
has really done nothing because he's been also hurt. So
I think this is probably gonna be a last chance
that we can kind of like buy a low on
Bowers because I think that if he does come back
healthy this week, his value is going to skyrocket back
up to why were we drafting this guy at the
beginning of the second round brought Bowers back? Yay, So
I think that maybe you flip a J. Brown plus.

(48:18):
I mean, if you're looking for elite tight end like
Bowers is the guy to go after.

Speaker 1 (48:22):
Do you think that Bowers is more obtainable than Tucker
Craft or Tyler Warren. Yes, well, then there you go.
There's your answer. I put up you remember we got
these on our Fantasy Pro trip. It's our lantern, Fantasy
pros lantern, so lights up. I think that's a good
one to go to. Dreddis in the chat said maybe
going after Gadson. I thought about that. I just think

(48:44):
I still might lean worthy. I think Godson are Worthy
is actually kind of fair ish. I probably lean on
Worthy a little bit more. But to be fair, Godson
has one more week. He'll he'll be in just like
the goaded territory where things will never move, and then
you wouldn't have to think about this now fasty tight
end situation. And then when all things considered, when you
just have all starters, he's rolling out Hurts, Gibbs, Henry, Nico,

(49:08):
AJ Brown, Tetoa, and then you'd have like a great
tight end. So that's why I do it. So I
think bottom line were he's a guy to target or
AJ Brown and see if anybody's biting otherwise, don't press it.
I don't love your tight ends, but I also wouldn't.
I don't want to do a situation where someone's like,
all right, well listen, I'll give you, you know, give
me Nico, and I'll give you Jake Ferguson and then

(49:28):
you're just like, well I got to get one and
you do it. And I don't want to do that
type of stuff.

Speaker 2 (49:31):
Also, I think you're in a good spot this week
with Lovelands. Yeah, savy game, all.

Speaker 1 (49:36):
Right, lightning around these last couple months, we can get
them in. It's Matt, what's up?

Speaker 2 (49:41):
Matt?

Speaker 5 (49:41):
So goods? Gummy Yep, we'll so okay. So I want
to check my sanity with you guys.

Speaker 16 (49:46):
Am I crazy for shipping off gent and Ted McMillan
for Rashi Rice and I Ziah Davis.

Speaker 5 (49:55):
I have another one after.

Speaker 1 (49:56):
That, so genty and was it Teto yes for essentially
Raci Rice?

Speaker 2 (50:04):
You got Rice and then you got the maybe priest
Saw gets traded Isaiah Davis.

Speaker 1 (50:08):
But you're not crazy. I love that you got the
best player in it, but I'm not in love because
you traded away two solid starters. Davis is very theoretical.
If Bries gets traded, I mean, win or winter, you
know you're gonna make out good. But you're not crazy.
I get I get what you did this, and if
you have the depth, it's fine. I kind of think

(50:29):
Bogman disagrees with me, think you disagree with me, But
I think coming off the bye, they're going to go
heavy genty it's going to get back into being the
gent game outside of that nonsense we had. So I
don't know from a death perspective, I'm not in love,
but I think it's fine. Did you have another one?

Speaker 16 (50:45):
So I do, but to follow, so I have Dijon,
Gibbs and Videll. So it was kind of like you're
doing you're doing pretty in one flag. So I'm like, ah,
you know, and then my wide receivers are all monraw.
Before the trade it was tet and then Garrett Wilson.

(51:06):
So and you start three uh no, it's started two.

Speaker 5 (51:10):
Oh Jesus.

Speaker 1 (51:11):
So you're starting a manra Rice and then you've got
Bejon and Gibbs.

Speaker 5 (51:16):
Yes, what the hell did you?

Speaker 1 (51:17):
How did you get in this league? What would league is?

Speaker 9 (51:18):
This?

Speaker 1 (51:19):
Is this a dynasty?

Speaker 5 (51:19):
It's a it's a fantasy league.

Speaker 16 (51:21):
And everyone panicked early on, and I was like, okay,
well I'll take everyone that you're scared of having.

Speaker 5 (51:26):
They blow up and I just started flipping players left
and right.

Speaker 1 (51:29):
Oh my god, Yeah, you're in a great number of mine.
You're duding a great dude.

Speaker 5 (51:32):
So then my second question, so I so I am
seven and one, sure, very good. Of course I have
Bowers in Gaston. Who would you start this weeks?

Speaker 1 (51:43):
Yeah? I get that.

Speaker 2 (51:46):
Who should I start? Gibbs?

Speaker 1 (51:48):
Yeah, I know, he's like, I'm seven to one. By
the way, I've got Bowers, Tucker Craft, and Tyler Warren.
Who would you start? Like, Jesus, you're killing Yeah, you're
killing it? Brother? All right, yeah, I know, what's up? Raven?
A couple more? Try to get get him in here?
Unmute anytime I say lightning round and then it's like

(52:11):
it's like a halt. I I do that every time.
What's up, dude?

Speaker 2 (52:15):
Right now?

Speaker 13 (52:16):
All right, I just dropped the roster in the chat,
But I was wondering if I should go with Flaco
for a week eleven when Dimes one by, or should
I look for better?

Speaker 1 (52:31):
Was that the only ones?

Speaker 2 (52:32):
What is better? I mean Flacco if he's playing like
he's a pretty good start this week, I'm trying to
figure out who else would be on?

Speaker 1 (52:38):
Well, I think he said for Yeah, why don't. Actually
I'm kind of confused. Yeah, leak eleven. We're like, you're
like three weeks away. I mean, I'm dying you could
look for better. I guess if you're saying, like, should
you look ahead to cut Flacco for somebody better because
of week eleven and you keep starting out Dimes? Yes,
don't know who those guys are, but I would I

(52:58):
would do that. You should only be playing for the
buys because I think Danny Dimes is pretty chalk.

Speaker 2 (53:03):
Yeah he must be. Yeah, he's got to.

Speaker 10 (53:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (53:05):
So yeah, we hopefully we answered that correctly. All right,
last two, Jacob, what's up?

Speaker 10 (53:12):
Hey?

Speaker 5 (53:12):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (53:13):
Guys?

Speaker 17 (53:13):
You got me?

Speaker 2 (53:13):
What up?

Speaker 9 (53:14):
What up?

Speaker 17 (53:15):
How's it going guys? I'll just make it super quick.
I'm just going to throw my team in the chat here. Basically,
I've got a group of basically all RB twos, and
I'm just looking to upgrade.

Speaker 5 (53:24):
Who do you think might be a good person to
reach out for to try to buy?

Speaker 1 (53:28):
So Jenti etn Walker, Kamara mana guy. You want to
trade one of those to upgrade? Do I hear that right?

Speaker 5 (53:36):
Yeah? Trade one of those.

Speaker 17 (53:37):
I'd be happy to pair with one of the quarterbacks,
one of the tight ends maybe, or just two of
those guys would work as well.

Speaker 1 (53:43):
Okay, uh, you might have to just real quick, he
has London waddle. Ridley tell I guess you don't really
have the depth of wide receiver never mind, but he's
got warrning craft. So you're one hundred percent you need
to take one of those tight ends, and then you
need to take unfortunately the only all of them are
kind of down in value. So I would take a
tight end and a running back, and I would throw

(54:04):
it out to what running back would you try to get?
Because I think you agree.

Speaker 2 (54:07):
With me here. Yes, However, I would say, don't aim
for the running back, aim for the manager who has
the worst tight end, and then kind of intuitively figure
out which running back you can get from them. Because
that's going to make the deal much easier. Yeah, it's
going to be much easier for a manager to part
with a running back. They like to settle for eat
N if they know that they're getting a mach massive

(54:30):
upgrade at tight end. So this is one of these
reverses where you're not really targeting a player. You're targeting
a manager that has a bad tight end and you
just take their best running back.

Speaker 1 (54:37):
Great a great point because if you are like, oh,
this is the running back I want, it's like bucks
Man earlier, I want Chase Brown. But they're sitting there
with Trey McBride. They're not interested. Even if they picked
up Gadston, they're not interested. But if they're like the
guy we just had a minute ago, that's like I
got Loveland and Hawkinson.

Speaker 2 (54:56):
I'm the Hawk manager.

Speaker 1 (54:57):
Yeah, you might be able to like get get a
gente or so I think he actually might have had
gent But you get the point. So, yeah, I agree.
It's this is more of the strategy before the player.

Speaker 5 (55:08):
Here.

Speaker 1 (55:09):
Last one, it's our boy captain slap.

Speaker 5 (55:13):
So, Hey, what's up Fels?

Speaker 18 (55:15):
What so I got a half PPR dynasty question? Neighbors
obviously went down. I threw my wide receivers in the
chair for you. The guy that I'm trying to trade with,
he wants a first for Garrett Wilson. Are we sending
a first for Garrett Wilson?

Speaker 1 (55:31):
He wants a first for Garrett Wilson. This is like
what rookie draft only?

Speaker 9 (55:38):
Or is this like?

Speaker 18 (55:40):
No, in our dynasty, we have to cut down to
twenty players, so there will be good wide receivers plus
the rookies.

Speaker 1 (55:47):
Like but every wait, each team can hold twenty, so
there's not gonna really be good wide receivers.

Speaker 18 (55:52):
No, I mean you're gonna get those like wide receiver threes.

Speaker 1 (55:54):
And like Tess Johnson will be available, but like that's yeah,
but most of.

Speaker 2 (55:59):
The top guys are going to be on teams.

Speaker 1 (56:01):
Yeah, because if it's ten teams twenty players, it's two
hundred players gone, it's really not gonna be anything.

Speaker 2 (56:05):
It's not gonna be like, oh, what do you know,
Like Marvin Harrison Junior, he's out here. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (56:08):
Maybe maybe he will be again, Tyson is somebody I
want if it's the rookie guys as well, Okay, and
maybe maybe you can answer this real quick as we're ending.
Does it include Does that include all the rookie draft players?
Because if it does not include those, and it's literally
the two hundreds, knock yourself out.

Speaker 6 (56:27):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (56:28):
If it does include, it's a little bit tougher. Maybe
if I had the shot at getting Tyson, if it's
going to be a lower first round, I don't know.
Like I don't like trading for injured guys, especially for
first but in this instance, I kind of feel like
I would.

Speaker 2 (56:43):
I think that I would rather have pick. Remember Garrett Wilson,
he's a younger guy, he's but he's locked up with
the Jets. He's not a contract. We have no idea
what the Jets are doing with the quarterback, no clue,
So I will take my chance with the draft pick.
I think it maybe I could get somebody else instead
of Garrett Wilson. So I don't remember which side the

(57:05):
manager was on, whether they have Garret Wilson, they have
the pick.

Speaker 1 (57:07):
No, he has the pick. He would trade the pick
to get Garrett Wilson.

Speaker 2 (57:10):
I would rather trade the pick for a different wide receiver.
Thank Garrett Wilson, So I would I would pass.

Speaker 1 (57:16):
Yeah, I'd be comfortable doing Like just looking at ranks
here if you could go and would you do it
for DK Metcalf No, what.

Speaker 2 (57:26):
Wish I really like as a dynasty buy is DeVonta Smith?

Speaker 1 (57:30):
Would you trade your first?

Speaker 2 (57:32):
Like if they move? Like what if A. J. Brown
is actually like not like next year He's done in
it Philly like Smith is, and Smith is like the
guy like, I don't know. I think I think I
do it.

Speaker 1 (57:44):
I think I'm I like Erickson's idea of maybe shopping
around see if there's a better wide receiver you can
get for that first. But at the end of the day,
I don't know. I think based on the construction of
what you said, I think I'm probably doing it to
better my team. But I'm shopping. I'm shopping.

Speaker 9 (57:58):
That is it.

Speaker 1 (57:59):
