you feel me. I do want to point out this
is how bad the American diet is when it comes
to the food we actually should be eating. I mentioned
I take five fiber pills four times a day, right,
that's my regiment. That adds up to twenty eight percent
of the fiber that you're supposed to have in your

daily diet. So most of the nited, most of the
world is not wiping their ass after or doesn't is
it required to? Right? You know who's not like all
process you know what I mean? Like, well, that's I mean,
it makes more sense you're thinking about you know, this
place is still where the you know, it's non fleshable
toilets and shit like that. It's like, oh, okay, well
they're just yeah. But yeah, fiber from like vegetables from

like nuts, and like is it bread too? Did we
get fiber from break like work? Like a little bit?
There's there's actually a lot of fiber in popcorn, which
is helpful for me because I'm a huge fan of
empty carbohydrates. No, No, that's actually a healthy snack. Popcorn
is a healthy snack. They tell you to. You know
what I'm saying. If you trying to lose weight, you
want a little snack, get some popcorn. Yeah, but like
leafy green's celery, all that kind of shit, Like if

it looks like it's got fibers in it, it's got
fiber in it. If it looks fibrous, it's fibrous. There
