this the biggest surprise for me was that The jays
won a game in Which Shane bieber was out before
the end of the sixth. INNING i thought that he
had to take this thing, deep AND i mean into
the seventh for them to be able to win this baseball.
Game and the reason that they were able to still

win it Despite bieber being out when he did in
the sixth was That fluardi was. Great bassett was. Phenomenal he.
IS i Think Chris bassett's emergence as a legit late
inning arm for The jays is one of the most
important storylines of this. Postseason and, then of Course marlin
is able to get it done in the, ninth which
is crucial because that means That Jeff hoffin is rested

story is not just the way The jays won the game,
tonight but the way that they were able to recover

thoroughness and the depth of the at bats and the
quality on The toronto side versus some quick at bats
by The. Dodgers and then you really think about it
that they made a bit of a push there in
the final inning Against. Farland but for the most, part
it didn't seem Like bassett was really sweating that. Much

he did not have that many stress. Pitches it's why
The jays have had him usually pitching just one, inning
but now all of a sudden they were able to
extend him because he did not have many stress. Pitches and,
again it's one thing to, Say, okay you've got to
work deeper at bats and deeper. Counts and then o'tani
had some really good takes last, night and certainly some

still some very good at bat. TONIGHT i thought in different,
moments but this is not the point of the. Year
