(00:24):
Fox Sports Radio. Oh, Jason Smith is tapped out. Finally
that prescription given by doctor Ornberger has felled him for
the evening. Greetings and welcome in our four of the show,
Jason Smith Show with Me Mike Harmon Here Fox Sports Trade.
Others know Jason Smith at trich Ornberger in instead at Ornburgers,

(00:46):
where you find him on Twitter. We're broadcasting live from
the tireract dot com studiostireact dot Com. We'll help you
get there an unmatched selection, fast, free shipping, free road
hazard protection, and over ten thousand recommended installers tire rack
dot com the way tire buying should be. And Rich,
I think when you recommended the laxative instead of the lozenge,

(01:09):
that's what took Smith down for the rest of the night. Yeah. Unfortunately,
I've been served almost in immediate fashion, a malpractice suit
from the Smiths to doctor Ornberger. I am the respondent
now to this lawsuit, and I will see you in court. Smith.
I will not go down easy, certainly not as easy

(01:31):
as that laxative. I've slipped you no good. He's chewing
on him, Rich, that's right. And as they say, Struggling,
if we're gonna use the Joe Naimith, we might as
well use them here as well. Obviously a lot of
talk today Rich about the the imminent arrival is what

(01:54):
they're trying to tag it right, the intent right now,
And as Justin Frostburg put on the rundown that he
printed out in very big bold letters, Aaron Rodgers is
still a packer, and there is the potential based on
the way things are structured. They don't have to do
anything to August first Rich if they really want to
play this out and be hateful, spiteful, etc. There was

(02:16):
a lot of talk earlier as Rogers went on with McAfee.
We also had the Edwin Diez injury at the World
Baseball Classic, which about feld Smith. About halfway through the
first hour of the show, I was really thinking of
getting a welfare check on him, or at least sending
him a hamburger to make sure he was okay. Yeah,

(02:38):
but you know that news will wait on the MRI,
will wait on all of the test results. But not
good when you've got to be wheeled out. You've got
a tie sibling on the field with you. But the
Aaron Rodgers situation and what he said and didn't say
and danced around a little bit earlier today with Pat
McAfee is the talk of the sporting landscape, and many

(03:01):
folks will decry and bemoan the whole thing, saying I'm
done with Aaron Rodgers, like no, you're not. It's the
story in the mid the late part of March that
rolls on and gives us intrigue. You've got another future
Hall of Famer looking to add a second jersey to
his back of his football cards and eventually the discussions

(03:24):
as it goes to the Hall of Fame and in
doing so, you know, the scorched earth part of things
with Green Bay, where they are in the decision whether
they would have been fine with him coming back if
he just said, you know what, I'm gonna come back
and run it back then you at least know where
you stand as opposed to dancing around, being obstinate, etc.

(03:45):
Something you reference back in our one and I agree
with wholeheartedly is very few times in your life do
you have the leverage in a work environment or situation
in your life that you just say, Wow, this is
my time right, this is my opportunity to get what's
good for me. And you and I talk about it
a lot as far as the union goes. You've got
so many different gradients of players and where they are

(04:08):
in their careers, and you know, you get the won't
they think of the children? Kind of argument? When it's
the why don't the forty million dollars a year quarterbacks
feel the same as the guy who's trying to get
to year three. It's like, well, because it's a much
different stratosphere, they've secured their bag, they're in the league
a long time, all of those things. Likewise, with Rogers,
the idea that he might have had a list of

(04:29):
demands and or players that he wanted there, As much
as he can push that aside, I'm not ready to
believe for one one minute that he didn't try to
make some asks. And I think he would be a
fool if he didn't. Yeah, yeah, listen, you know, and
like you said, this is something I brought up earlier
in the show. It's something that I've discussed openly throughout

(04:51):
the course of my time as a broadcaster. Being a
former player, it strikes me that players, oftentimes they don't
get the opportunity to exert their will. You know, you
hear a lot about Player X getting traded and unceremoniously
shipped off to Cleveland, and he didn't want to leave,

(05:12):
and they needed draft picks and he was underperforming his
contract to YadA, YadA, YadA, like it is just how
it always goes. It is so rare that you hear
about a player who, even with the no trade clause,
let's be honest with each other. That was something that
maybe Aaron Rodgers negotiated away because he because he wanted

(05:33):
more money up from from the Green Bay Packers, and
full well knew that if it came right down to it,
the Green Bay Packers can't trade him without his blessings
because even if they tried, he would just retire. So
you gotta find a place suiting for Aaron Rodgers to go.
You gotta find a place suiting for Aaron Rodgers to win.

(05:53):
Otherwise Aaron Rodgers isn't going anywhere. So the no trade
clause conversation, it doesn't even exist, this stratusphere, because Aaron
Rodgers didn't need a no trade clause, you know. So,
But you know, backtrack to the original point and we
start talking about a player getting opportunity to you know,
assert his will and and create a little leverage for himself.

(06:15):
Anybody who's broken hearted over the fact that Aaron's gumming
up the works and doing what's right for Aaron is
missing the overall point, which is no players get to
do this, And I'm so happy that Aaron's doing it
because it's it's a little bit of thumbing your nose
at the system, this meat grinder of a system that

(06:35):
barely takes care of its players. Do you know how
long baseball players get healthcare after their careers end forever?
And NBA players, i mean NFL players get a five
year window. That's it, and then you're on your own, buddy,
hope your brain's okay. And you know, don't get me wrong,
the NFLPA has fought valiantly to try to create funds

(06:58):
in different resources for players to get help if they
need some, But the fiduciary responsibility for your health falls
greatly on your shoulders post career. So when I see
a player like Aaron Rodgers, you know, just sapping the
Green Bay Packers or whatever franchise for every dollar they

(07:20):
have for his talents or every free agent request for
his talents to be acknowledged and then admired by the
fan base, I'm supportive of it. And so I know
he's a controversial character. I know there's gonna be a
lot of people rolling their eyes at this because it's like, oh,
the spoiled millionaire talking about another spoiled millionaire. No, no, no,
that's not what this is. This is a workers thing,

(07:43):
you know. So everybody who puts trash on the back
of a truck and says, oh, I hate my boss,
or anybody who's hammering nails for a living or working
in an office cubicle and has thought several times like, man,
you know, I wish I could stand up for myself,
but I can't. Like Aaron Rodgers, he's doing it. Yeah,
it's kind of cool to see. Yeah, is it handled

(08:04):
as well as you'd hope in some spots. No, but
there's not really a blueprint for a lot of this, right,
it's a lot of the handwringing. And I'll bring him
in here. Not that the two are are situationally the same,
but they're in the same ballpark. At least we're up
setting is the Ravens, did Lamar Jackson a favor? Go
test your wares, go see what you can get, bring

(08:27):
us back a huge deal, and then we have to
decide whether we want to match it, as opposed to
here's the restricted franchise tag. And now we get even
more acrimonious, right, because here it's still a all right,
go work yourself out a situation, whether it's Dan Snyder. Hell,
if Aaron Rodgers drags this out long enough and his
intent is not enough, and the Packers play hardball, and

(08:49):
it gets that much worse than maybe the Jets are,
and we I suggested this weeks ago, I still could
still be on the table with a percentage of slivers
chance wafer thin as it may be that Lamar Jackson's
got a would be suitor in the Jets or some
of these other teams that are still out there, and
he may end up getting nearer to the bag he
wanted all along, which he would have never gotten to

(09:12):
do if they'd gone with the traditional franchise tag. So
a little bit of a bet on himself scenario, and
it's a hard thing to do, especially when you haven't
gotten that second contract. Yeah, yeah, you know what I mean.
And it's always that tough thing because I've been very
vocal in the past, Right Demorris Smith might be the

(09:33):
new Secretary of Labor. Honder that one for a minute.
But given the as we said, the number of different layers.
When you look at the union and the considerations you
have to make and you're trying to get the best
deal for the greater good of everybody, that means you're
accepting something like an extra day off as opposed to

(09:53):
fighting harder on the end of career after career benefits,
you know what I mean. Like, And that's the thing
that folks have to understand. You know, things that if
you're in a union, maybe you're voting on actively or
maybe you're trusting that you're delegate from wherever you are
is getting it done on your behalf. That's something that
we've heard oftentimes out of NFL locker rooms of Oh,

(10:16):
I had no idea. This was part of that discussion.
I robably got a cliffs notes version of what was
being voted upon. And so for Aaron Rodgers to do this,
it someone's got to try to buck the system. That's
I always appreciated Mike Williams, Maurice Claret, Orlando Pace when
he tried to push a little bit back in the day.

(10:38):
They got some weird rulings and it really altered their
careers to a degree. I still wonder if they'd still
get in the same trouble, just down a different scale,
because we're going to get into job orant in a minute.
But the idea that you know, you're you're trusting that
there's a process in place, and when you challenge it,
what happens they try to fight back. Look at look
at what we've gone on, what's gone on with the

(11:00):
NZ DOUBLEA these last couple of years. Well, and before
we get there, I mean, just think about just think about,
you know, staying with the thoughts he just had about
the NFL or professional sports and focusing on the NFL recently.
Like again, maybe it takes a certain type of personality,
Maybe it takes a certain level of you know, I

(11:21):
got nothing to lose, so I'm going to ask for
everything on my way down. You know, Deshaun Watson, if
he wasn't such an unsavory character, I would be applauding
the deal he signed with the Cleveland Browns much louder.
That's that's the hardest part, right, is that with all
of the allegations, it flies in the face of what

(11:43):
you want at you as a former player or us
just in terms of free market capitalism. Of all right,
I want this player, I have to bid this much
for it, just in the in the wake of all
of the allegations. It's the all right, I'm happy for him,
but I'm not happy. Well, well, it's like it's like, um,
what's I'm I don't necessarily think I'm happy for the player.

(12:06):
I think I'm I'm happy for the reverberation of what
it contain, right, what it could mean moving forward for
players after the signing of that contract, because again, a
fully guaranteed contract is another thing outside of the long
term healthcare. We were just discussing in Major League Baseball
that Aaron Judge contract. Guess what he's getting paid. Every

(12:27):
single dollar of that whatever it was, three hundred sixty
million dollars, Is that what it was? Three hundred and
ninety million? I forget, But he's got every single dollar.
You know, when when Many Machado signs an eleven year,
three hundred and fifty million dollar deal, he gets every
single cent. Yeah, but those guaranteed contracts, they're so few

(12:49):
and far between. It's basically you can count on one hand.
And the two names that I come up with easily
are Kirk Cousins and Deshaun Watson. And the second name
is really hard to root for. So you know, look,
I hate that. I hate that. It feels like you
need almost a controversial character or somebody who doesn't mind

(13:13):
being a villain, or somebody you know is being painted
as a villain. Anyways, you know, to embark on the
process that it takes to consecrate a guaranteed contract in
the NFL. But it is good for the gander, it's
not just good for the goose. We may get to
a point where guaranteed contracts, at least for quarterbacks are

(13:36):
going to be a routine thing in the NFL. I
don't know if that's going to trickle down to other
position groups. It might, but we may get there with quarterbacks.
Be sure to catch live editions of The Jason Smith
Show with Mike Harmon weekdays at ten pm Eastern, seven

(13:56):
It's a beautiful day here Fox Sports Radio, Jason Smith,
Joe with Me, Mike Carman, Jason Smith tapping out getting

he won't be cheering Syracuse Now, Willie Such should make it. No,
I didn't do it, but I'll tell you what you

throwing darts any minutes now and fellow listeners. Listener who

(14:39):
finishes in first place wins a prize pack featuring get
this a legacy box forty item trunk valued at nearly
twelve hundred dollars. You can turn those old family movies
and pictures into digital keepsakes, a Tragger meter block value
that three hundred and fifty dollars that just perked up
at Ornberger's Ears and got him salivating, the ultimate way

(14:59):
to monitor meat on the grill, And a Chuck bundle
valued at nearly five hundred dollars featuring nine popular supplements
found at choq dot com. Reclaim your vitality. All in all,
it's a prize pack valued at over two thousand dollars.
So go fill out your brackets now at Fox sports

(15:21):
radio dot com. You have until noon eastern on Thursday.
That's right, noon eastern on Thursday. Tip offs will be
just after that. Go to Fox sports radio dot com
fill out your bracket and to find the official rules.
They love the gift package. How great is that the
Tragger meter block. So I own a meter block and

(15:44):
I use the the the Wi Fi or Bluetooth probes
you can. It connects to the block itself and you
can use it right there. It's functional without connecting to
the Wi Fi. But the Wi Fi is really cool
because you can then check on the temperature of the
meat you got on the grill, even if you say
you forgot a recipe item. You gotta run to the store.

(16:08):
Maybe more people are coming over from March madness. You
want to go, you know, grab some more ribs, whatever
it may be. And then all of a sudden, you know,
you get a little temperature reminder and the meat's ready.
You could tell somebody back at the house to pull
it off the grill. It's incredible. It's a really really
cool thing. Four wireless probes with the extended range give

(16:28):
you detailed real time data on your cook to ensure
you get the perfect results every time. There you go.
And I need to add that to my list, buddy,
I agree with They got a lot of gadgets. I
need that now. It's cool, man, and it's worth it because, like,
there are certain thermometers that people use. I've used many
of them that are unreliable and use you. They're kind

(16:51):
of thinner metal and stuff like that. You stuff one
of these meter probes in there. So anyways, it would
do you very well to win the top bracket in
our million dollar bracket through Fox Sports Radio. Yeah, and
I know you and I are going to at some
point get your flamethrower going and get something on the
grill down in San Diego. I question or that, Either

(17:11):
that or will just go find someplace to give us
an endless supply of seafood and giant burritos as big
as my head. As you all know, I wear a
size seven and seven eighths hat. It's a big I
can't even read what's on my hat. It's a picture
of a porcupine and it's part of the Animal Farm
series from Goren. Somewhat I'd argue it's a swollen dome. Well,

(17:33):
you know what that Once upon a time trying to
fit me in a two shot live and in living
color and video, it did not work so well. So
that's where the bunch of the expletives and angry people
came up with swollen dome. Now, we talked a lot
of NFL tonight. We'd be remiss if we didn't at
least take a quick turn down the All right, what
did John Morant finally have to say? Suspension eight games?

(17:57):
He's going to be eligible to return March twentieth. Got
to get his legs back under him. Evidently while he
was in the rehabilitation facility and going through that process,
didn't play basketball. Conditioning probably a little worse for wear right. Now,
a young guy healthy should be able to get back
in it fairly quickly. But he sat down with Jail

(18:18):
and Rose to talk about the incident that went viral
a week ago of waving a gun inside a club,
and Rose got down to brass tacks and well, we're
going to do this story as only we can through
the digital wizardry that is DJ Alex Teisher. You're at
the spot shotgun Willie's I've been there. You are holding

(18:40):
a gun, and we both know how dangerous that can be.
Who's gun where you holding? Well, the gun wasn't my.
It's not who I am. I don't condone and any
type of violence, but I take, you know, full responsibility.
You know from my actions made a battom stay and

(19:01):
I can see image you know that I painted, you know,
over myself, you know, with my recent mistakes. But no,
in the future, I'm gonna show everybody who John really is.
You know what I'm about, and you know, change his narrative. Yeah,
so we got third person. We got what felt like

(19:22):
a well rehearsed statement. I don't question the sincerity of it.
I recognize you know, everybody comes at it their own way.
But the investigation concludes pretty quickly, Oh that's not my gun.
Wasn't me clearly couldn't been mine. Then it couldn't prove
it based on the investigation. Here was the NBA statement,
Joh's conduct was irresponsible, reckless, and potentially very dangerous from

(19:45):
Adam Silver. It also has serious consequences given his enormous
following and influence, particularly among young fans who look up
to him. And that has certainly been the case. Right
We've watched him through his time in the in the NBA,
a lot of meat and greets and things, and he's
been become one of the faces of the league. That's why,
you know, for the league and obviously for the man himself,

(20:07):
but for fans, but for the league as they try
to figure out in that next right, because Lebron James
isn't gonna play forever, Jannis is there. You've got a
number of players, but Jaw was becoming one of those guys,
a human highlight reel, smiling and whatever iteration of quote
unquote bad boys that you got going on. With Memphis.

(20:28):
This became all too real, all too quick, with a
number of allegations culminating with the gun video. And so
he gives the statement here and I know a lot
of people were hyper critical of it. I raised an
eyebrow because it just seems, you know, manufactured. But in
the end, what's he gonna do, right, If he's not
a guy to go and you know, do an oprah

(20:50):
tiery interview, then that that's not the way it is.
And this is just kind of getting in front of
people and finally at least giving your account how much
you believe it is not his gun, someone handed it
to him, wasn't on the plane, off the plane, whatever
else they did their investigation. You don't have to like it,
but he'll be eligible in March twentieth to get back

(21:10):
to work. He's young, and I'm not gonna make the
excuse for him that that a lot of people will
will make for a young person, which is like they're
completely absolved of any wrongdoing because they're young. Um, but
this all sounds like like little kid stuff in an

(21:33):
In an adult world, there there is a threshold of
maturity that you need to reach in order to operate
in in society. In certain professions, I can promise you,
I can promise you that professional sports are not one
of them. Like there are. Don't get me wrong, there

(21:54):
are extraordinary young people who go through the NFL, the NBA,
the NHL, Major League Baseball ranks, and they are supremely
mature and and maybe even better suited to be visionaries
and CEOs and you know, own companies and really do
some world changing stuff. But they happen to be saddled

(22:16):
with this unbelievable talent that cannot be denied, and so
they're playing at the professional level and whatever sport. But
on the other side of the spectrum there are brutally
immature athletes, and so you have this, you have this
unfortunate situation where because the guy has a certain level

(22:36):
of talent, a lot of people are willing to turn
a blind eye to maybe some of the misgivings, the
unfortunate lack of maturity or better, you know, better decision
making that that could have been ingrained or taught if
there weren't so many people around him, or any athlete
for that matter, who felt like they could gain something

(22:58):
by staying on his good side. It's really hard to
be the no guy when you're when you're friends with
a superstar, because the no guy eventually gets pushed out
of the inner circle, you know, And I sort of
feel like what Ja Morant needs or has needed and
really probably hasn't had. And I don't know him personally,

(23:19):
I don't know the people that he associates with personally,
I don't know anything about his upbringing. So this is
just pure speculation. But he probably could use more people
in his life who say the word no or or
are at very least looking out for his best interest
because this, this is going to topple an otherwise unbelievably

(23:42):
bright career if he doesn't stop this. I mean, how
many how many more incidents is involving a lethal weapon
is he going to get away with before the league
really hammers down on a suspension? You know, how many
altercations is it going to take before or Jan Morant
doesn't just get the slap on the wrist and the

(24:04):
you know, eight days in counseling or whatever it's been
and then hey, you know, I'm sorry and then moves
on with the rest of his career because that day
is coming soon if he doesn't course correct. Well. But
that's the other thing, though, Rich is you know how
many of those do you get away with where something
doesn't happen because you are toting a gun, waiting a gun,

(24:25):
you and your your friends. You know, the Pacers incident
is the one that stands out right, slapping a kid
around in a pickup game is you know, stupid and deplorable,
but doesn't rise to the level of these other incidentss right,
it's all the escalation here, and when you put them together,
it just becomes a pattern. And I look, I'm not there.

(24:49):
I don't have all the facts that we have what's
been reported, and we try to be reasonable people about
it and go forward. Hopefully it's the wake up call
and the recognition there there's a lot to be lost
and on the other side of the coin, like they're there,
and I mean, this is kind of funny, but I
mean there are times where you know, the athlete might

(25:11):
be a little bit more mature, had to grow up
a little bit, you know, than his peer group, and
so the athlete finds himself being the one or herself
for that matter, being the one who has to tell
his or her friend group like, hey, listen, I can't
be associated with you guys when you do X, Y
or Z, or I can't hang with you guys. If

(25:32):
you're gonna do X, Y or Z and you hold
people to account. And yeah, maybe you're a little bit
of a buzz kill. But if your career is that
important to you, you know, you gotta have some tough conversations.
I remember one time when I was playing with the
New England Patriots, and again, I grew up in Long Island,
New York, and I had a lot of friends who
were Jets fans, like love the Jets for them, Oh

(25:54):
my goodness, yeah, I mean we just I mean, we
just lost Jason Smith. His voice was cracking after the
misery of enduring the Edwin Dia. I mean he was
trying to cheer lead the Aaron Rodgers signing that has
yet to happen. But then the Packers, by the way,
it is for those that missed all the you know,
through all the victory laps that would be insiders were

(26:16):
taking today. Yeah, nothing's done, people, nothing's done. Yellow He's
still a packer as of today, but ninety percent of
him wanted to retire before going into darkness. I remember
that still needs to be said repeatedly. These dummies I
grew up with. They converged on Foxborough, Massachusetts to take
in a Patriots game and essentially root for their buddy

(26:38):
who made it right. They underneath their snow parkers were
New York Jets jerseys and they were wearing them in
the New England Patriots family section and chanting and cheering
like maniacs. And then I had to hear it from
my bosses that the people who are representing me were
acting like complete like so end. Sometimes it's the athlete

(27:02):
being influenced by the group. Sometimes the athlete needs to
find a way to influence the group. Again, nobody was
brandishing weapons in the stands. Nobody was doing anything. Oh,
your jackass buddies were never in those sections. Again, never
get lay with the Orioles hat once you got the tickets.
Seinfeld can't do it. You can't do it. And so

(27:22):
he's got to be at the end of the day,
he's a grown man, and at the end of the
day he needs to be the one who lays down
the law and says, hey, yeah, listen, if we're gonna
be doing that stuff, I just can't be with you guys.
So you got to make a decision for me. And
you know it is what it is. I look, I
feel for him in some ways, I maybe commiserate with

(27:46):
him to a certain degree. I mean, but at the
same token, eventually, eventually you gotta take hold of your
life and it's your responsibility to make this work. He's
got a bright future ahead of him, though he keeps
us clean because he is a superstar. We all can
see it. You know it when you see it, and
he is. Yeah, and hopefully he got some of the

(28:08):
words of encouragement, some steps to deal with whatever it is,
the pressures of what's going on in Memphis, personal things,
whatever the case may be. Wish him the best, and
obviously it's I mean, it's not casting stones. It's just
trying to figure it all out on the grand scale.
As we discuss the world of sports from every angle here,

(28:30):
it's like a damn Rubik's cube sometimes that we wield here.
Rich Ornberger Jason Smith out resting his throat, probably guzzling
down a big Mac to make himself feel a little
better off the Edwin Diaz injury. Be sure to catch
live editions of The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon
weekdays at ten pm Eastern, seven pm Pacific. The tradition

(28:50):
of running up that hill just like you remember two
a days back in the day training camp, Rich, be
it at Happy Valley or through your stops in the
National Football League. I would like to get your opinion
of what you saw on social media today and a
day dominated by Aaron Rodgers and his letter of intent
I mean spoken, spoken intent about becoming a member of

(29:15):
the Jets after going into his darkness retreat quote ninety
percent convinced he was going to retire. That we have
this from Kirk Captain Kirk Cousins on Twitter. It's a
picture of a box of balls. Literally what we joke
about all the time when you make a trade for
a player that you don't like, and what did you get?

(29:35):
A box of balls? I asked our equipment staff for
a fresh football to throw it this offseason, and the
very next day this arrives on my doorstep. Fun to
work with, excellent people. If you wonder why the PA
ranks put Vikes at the top, it's for reasons like this.
Now to be outdone, AJ Dillon of your Green Bay Packers,

(29:58):
he decided, Hey, shout out Packer's all of fame and
the tour guides at lambeau Field for always being so
friendly and hospitable love, being able to show friends and
family the best stadium in football when they are in town. Wow,
get in there and sell, sell, sell. No coincidence those
happened on the first day of free agency, now has it? Then? Well,

(30:21):
what's so incredible about about all this stuff? Is? I mean,
is anybody going to be convinced? Like Minnesota boy, they
were just kind of they were getting lower and lower
on the list. But then all of a sudden, I
saw Kirk Cousins balls right there on his doorstep, and
I said, you know what about face, I'm rethinking this

(30:45):
whole thing. I think I better sign with Minnesota right now.
I'm a equipment staff really does a good job of
washing them up. That's where they inflated. Oh please, oh
you oh you took it to a different place. Prosper
dare you Frostburne? The dicks getting guys, what are you
talking about? Filthy animal? All right, quickly before real quick

(31:06):
rich Jalen Carter a terrible pro day, shows up to
nine pounds heavier, doesn't do a bunch of the drills.
Guy with some off field things that are swirling about
and more investigation kind of the background checks that we
always hear about heading towards draft day. I mean, how
much does this leads you to question the length of

(31:28):
the free fall? Oh my goodness. I mean, there's a
guy that was going to be number one potentially. I
don't want to I don't want to misstate anything, but
is it is it accurate to say that he is
being investigated for being involved in in potentially two two deaths,
one of a former now Georgia football player and a

(31:51):
member of the staff. Is that? What is that? What
is my memory serving me correctly? That's what's being investigated here,
racing cars and striking poles, trees and yes, bac and yeah,
there's there's a lot going on there, people and principles
involved therein I buddy, I mean, I'm telling you right now,

(32:13):
if if I was even being implicated for this type
of stuff, I would be beside myself. I'd be an
absolute mess. I mean, the fact that potentially he would
potentially again allegedly he was even tacitly involved in this,
I mean, holy cow, Yeah, you'll have to We'll have
to watch. We got a month to uh watch this thing. Progress, Rich,

(32:37):
we gotta get to the progressive play of the day.
Progressive is making things even easier. They'll help you bundle
your home and car and church together so you can
save on Bold, learn more and Progressive dot com, or
call one eight hundred Progressive. Four wins in a row,
The Warriors lose again on the road, and the Clippers
win their fourth straight here at home, one thirty four
to one twenty six. Clippers network on the call, Yeah,

(32:58):
and suddenly surge. Hey, they're five and five in their
last ten, but they won and the Lakers didn't, so
they'll hang the banner tonight. Rich. That's right, that's right.
Thanks for hanging out, brother, We appreciate you. Enjoy that
quick rest. Ben Maller coming up next year on Fox
