instant classic Last Night will be joined by Steve Wish,

(01:35):
NFL network reporter and analyst at the bottom of this
hour to talk about it. But let me welcome in
my partner Rob Parker right now, Rob Parker, how are you?
I am doing great, mister Chris Bussard, how are you?
I'm great. I have a question. I was listening as
I was listening to the intro tonight, I was wondering,
why does it say you graduated from you went to

(01:56):
an Ivy League college in New York, rather than that
you win to you know, Southwest Technical Agricultural Institute. I mean, like, like,
why why you why? I mean, I'm just what I'm
talking about. Well, I mean, like you know, I'm not
hiding that I went to Southern Connecticut State University in

(02:17):
New Haven. I'm sorry, but Chris, usually you wouldn't know
this because you don't have a secondary degree. But usually
when you have more than one, the secondary degree, Trump's
the first one. So you broke up when you you
tried to take a job at me, but you actually
broke up, so I never heard it. He came out
over to repeat it. No, no, no, I know what

(02:39):
you're said, and we'll just leave it. We'll just leave
it in that. That's what it's called when you have
two degrees. So so yes, one Trump's the other one,
and when one is an Ivy League degree, compared to
a Division two school. I think you mentioned the Ivy
League one. What would you do? Right? Like you say,
I don't know. I only went to one institution. Okay,

(03:00):
I haven't been instituted more than once. We institutionalized. Is
that what it is? Hey, let me tell you something.
I needed two cigarettes after that game last night, and
I needed another cigarette this afternoon, and baby oil. When
I heard the big news, I just can't talk about it. Yeah,

(03:21):
we're gonna let you. We're gonna hit the great game
between the Ravens and the Browns last night in the
second hour. But first we're gonna get to the big
news in the NBA. After I introduced the Oi Couple crew,
we got DJ Alex tyshert Aka Alex the vegan on
the ones and the twos. We got super producer robed
g in full effect off vacation for once, and my

(03:46):
man the really the ring leader of Bruce Haard's brigade,
Ralph Irvin with the updates. All right, rob, let us
get right to it, Yannis, I did the KUPO signs
a massive deal, the biggest deal in NBA history. Five years,
two hundred and twenty eight million, dollars. It's an extension

(04:09):
that will keep him in Milwaukee for the next six seasons,
including this one. Now he does have an opt out,
you know, after four, but he'll be there at least
the next five years. And yes, it is, it is.
You know, it is a great move for him. I'm
happy for him because he did what he wanted to do,

(04:29):
and you know, it's his life. It's if he's happy
in Milwaukee, then that's where he should stay. And I'm
glad he had the courage to do what he wanted
to do because Rob and I'm just gonna be short
here because I know you got a lot to say,
and then I'll playoff of you. But he bucked the

(04:53):
trend because everyone else, pretty much on his level, had
has sought the super team, or at the very least
the super duo. Obviously Lebron, obviously Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard
said I'm not going to the Clippers unless I can
get Paul George to go with me. Anthony Davis leaves

(05:16):
New Orleans to go play with Lebron, and now James
Harden is trying to leave Houston to join Kyrie and
KD in Brooklyn. So props to Yannis for being his
own man and doing what he wants to do. And
we'll get into the basketball stuff momentarily. But I know,

(05:36):
as you mentioned, you had the baby oil out and
it was quite a sight. I hope I can get
that sight out of my mind quickly, but it was
quite a sight. All I'm gonna tell you as my
ex wife has been scarred for fifteen years, so it
might not get out of that. But anyway, Chris Boussar, Yes,

(05:59):
Jannis did uh what a lot of people around NBA
America was hoping, which was the stay put. He got paid.
He decided he wasn't going to join uh the others
in this whole lunacy called the AA used building super teams,
you know, messing with competitive balance. And I sit here

(06:22):
today and I say Jannis saved the NBA. He really did. Yes,
it's that big because he could have easily Chris took
the easy way out. There were so many people and
teams that wanted him. Hey, you know they lost to Miami.
Come to Miami and being a part with pat Riley,

(06:42):
come down here, force your way out of Milwaukee. Who
wants to be in Milwaukee or you could wait, uh
and then wind up going to Golden State. Or he
could have called Anthony Davis and said, you know what,
hang out, you know one more year, don't sign a
big deal out come and and and and Lebron's on
his way out, or we all three of us can play.
And then he didn't do any of that. He said,

(07:04):
I'm gonna do my own thing. I'll build my own
team here in Milwaukee, a small market, and he gives
hope to a lot of people in NBA America. This
was a rejection of Lebron James's NBA because yes, because
Lebron is the one who started this. And it's not
about you know, Elz Granderson hit me up on you know,

(07:28):
commented on Twitter about something I wrote and where he's misguided,
and I didn't tweet him back, but I'm just saying
it was just it was about player empowerment and and
Danny Ainge could put together a team but Lebron can't.
And my point is that's what Elz said. And my
point though was that it's not that I'm against free agency, Chris.

(07:52):
You know I'm not. I've been the biggest proponent of
free agency, and you know, and and how it came
about and how important it is. And even way before Lebron,
there was a chance that Tracy McGrady, Grant Hill and uh, Tim,

(08:14):
Tim Duncan, We're going to go to Orlando, but there
was no centers to plan like, oh, we're gonna get
together trump everybody and win every all the championships. It
wasn't built out, but ultimately robbed. That was in the
back of their mind. We want to win that. But
that's not No, that's not where we are now. And
this is Lebron's doing. And the same people who complain

(08:39):
when Lebron lost to the Warriors because they had a
stacked team. Lebron got his own medicine. And this is
what I've been saying, Chris, you can't be a Lebron
guy and and try to pooh pooh what the Warriors
did because it stopped Lebron from winning and and and uh,
it wasn't fair because that's what Lebron was trying to

(09:01):
do when he went to Miami. I give you the right,
make it unfair, stacked the deck in his favor. So
for for Yannis to do this and buck the aau
uh way of thinking in this country where basketball players
it used to be the old days where guys would
want to beat each other. And then here's the other

(09:23):
part of it, Chris. You know this, the journey is
what makes it so sweet is you don't want ad
water and player stir and win a championship. That's not
And even the guys who get him late, like the
Gary Payton's and whatnot, they don't. They don't feel as good, Chris,
And you know it, it ain't the seeing Payton. I mean, granted,

(09:46):
he's proud of his ring, but yeah, it wasn't the
same and he knows that of him leading a team.
This is what I'm saying. If Gary Payton could have
won a championship right with ray Man up in Seattle,
don't tell me that wouldn't be special Milwaukee, yes, yea.
So my only point is that part of it is

(10:07):
the journey and for people to try to act like
at twenty five years old, Yannis is a bum if
he doesn't have a championship. There's a growing process, a
maturation that goes on. I'm proud that he's willing to
take this journey and he's willing to do it in Milwaukee,
and it doesn't mean that somebody else can't come join him, Chris,
But today, thank you Jannis for saving the NBA, not

(10:31):
making it so one sided so that people just have
to tune in come playoff time. Because today was a
victory for small markets and for everybody who doesn't live
in NBA America elite. Okay, okay, enough, Ry Parker, will
you stop it with the freaking sob story. My Yannis

(10:52):
saved the NBA. Look, I'm proud of him too. I
give him props for having loyalty, for having the courage
to be his own man, to do what he wanted
to do. But stop going too far. Stop it. I
mean you act like this is all like players haven't
always done this. Kareem abdude Jabbar left that very same

(11:18):
Milwaukee Bucks franchise in the mid seventies and the trade
to the Lakers. Yeah, because he wanted to be in LA.
Is that compared to Milwaukee compared to LA during that
whatever it was, it had a lot, It had a
lot to do with other things. That's fine. Hold on,

(11:40):
you had your turn. You have competitive balance, and you
know there's no competition, my goodness. Before Yannis decided to stay,
we got the Lakers, we got the Clippers, we got Denver,
We've got we would have had Golden State had it

(12:02):
not been for injury. We've got Brooklyn, We've got Boston,
We've got Philadelphia. I mean, we've got competitiveness. In the
nineteen eighties, Ry Parker, which was the Golden Age, five
teams total reached the finals. The Lakers, the Celtics, the

(12:22):
seventy Sixers, the Rockets, and the Pistons. That's it. So
stop it with the nonsense about all twenty at not
all thirty teams have to be competitive. Who is me
for the small market? No, no, no, no no, I'm
not with you. I'm not done with you yet. And

(12:42):
here you go, there's something's about the journey. There's you
know who wants in Adwater in stur Championship. You Rob
Parker praised Kevin Durant. I'm calling hypocrisy because they ain't
Covin Durant went to Golden State. You lamb based did him,

(13:05):
You demolished Himon, you criticized him to no end. And
I sat on TV that very same day said all
of you people out there who are killing Durant right
now where he has a championship, two championships, maybe three
at one or two or three finals MVPs, you'll be

(13:28):
singing a different tune and you'll look like a hypocrite.
You're talking there's no more adwatering Sturch Championship than what
Katie didn't Golden State, and and and then Yannis, you're
saying this about the journey. What if he doesn't win,
he'll be like Chaul Barkley and Chaule Barkley still a

(13:51):
great champion, and he'll be praising him for staying put.
Or when you'll be ripping him because he didn't win
a ring. Depends on what he does. Does he improve
his game, does he get does matter? Because no, I
did not. I ripped Kevin Durant and I doing it. No.

(14:11):
I just praised him that he stopped Lebron in his tracks,
and it came back to bite lens shot. I mean
he hit a shot over Lebron. I mean he had
a freaking you're talking about a super team, My goodness.
Of course he hit the big shot. They were too
worried about Stephen Clay to guard him. I mean, I'm

(14:34):
calling fire. You went too far, That's all I'm saying.
And I don't want our audience to be hood winked,
bambooz let us stray, run the muck, taken to the cleaners.
I want him to know the truth. And here's the
other thing. When you say you done about the NBA,

(14:55):
he had he guard and I'm looking again, I'm fine
with him staying him milwalking Rob, but let's keep it real.
If he went to Miami, do you think that would
be bad for the NBA. Yes, it would have been
bad because it wasn't. Yes, It's just like when Lebron
went down to Miami and and upsets. No, it wasn't. No, No,

(15:18):
it wasn't Chris because it wasn't because because you're you're
you're looking at it from your standpoint, you're a national guy.
You cover it. But there's a lot of towns with despair.
And when you talk Cleveland love, nah, No, a lot
of And I was in Cleveland. I'm just saying you

(15:38):
know that that. I mean, they were ratings were through
the roof, they were the Super Team ESPNS at their
trainee camp. I mean, you just went too far, That's
all I'm saying. All Right, here we go eighty seven,
seven ninety nine on Fox you're turned away in Do
you agree with Rob's narrative that Yanni saved the NBA
by deciding to stay in middle Wall? You heard my take,

(16:01):
what's yours. We'll continue the conversation with you next, Chris
and Rob The Eye Couple Fox Sports Radio. Be sure
to catch live editions of The Odd Couple with Chris
Brussar then Rob Parker weekdays at seven pm Eastern four

Rob Parker's gift today and I hope it gets there.
I paid extra store would get there before Christmas? Rob?
Did you pay extra? Really? Chris sirs? Yeah? Oh yeah you.

(16:43):
I want you to open it on the air, Okay,
because I'm tired of this image, this representation, like, oh,
Rob gives such great gifts. Rob is mister Sanda claus
Is you know, is he'll give a Starbucks gift Carter,

(17:05):
you know whatever. Rob is just mister you know Christmas cheery.
My gift is the bomb you gonna I can't wait
to see. Alex, how did your Jordan's? Uh? Odd couple
of jackets? Let me say this, Rob, not only am
I swagging from head, but now you got some Jordan's.

(17:26):
He got you some Jordan's last year. You know why?
I got you some Jordan's, Alex, so he could brag
about getting you. Alex said he never had a pair.
I thought that would be I never did, That's all.
I'm all right, Chris. And you got Rob g some pumas? Right? No? No? No?
He got yes? Right Rob? You did he last year?

(17:51):
He got Jordan's. Everybody sent their gifts today, did you? Why?
All right? All right? Anyway? Anyway, though, I'm just saying,
for those that aren't getting Jordan's for gifts, you should
get streaming for your friends and your family. Discovery Plus.
There's a new streaming service that brings you the greatest
collection of real life entertainment from your favorite brands, plus

(18:12):
exclusive originals that you can't find anywhere else. It's Discovery
Plus and it starts streaming early next year. That's twenty
twenty one, US only all right, eight seven seven ninety
nine on Fox, Rob, let's get to these calls. Who's
forget got? Today is a trash talking Tuesday, and we
will do that. I don't feel that people might be
trashing you for that take. That's all right. They know

(18:34):
that they know I'm gonna be a genuine take. All right,
mister Happy. In Cleveland, you're on the odd couple of
Fox Sports Radio. What's up, mister Happy? And what's happening
to fellas? What up? Hey? Um? Yeah, I'm trashing you
today for that take, Rob, Go ahead, here's that and
I'm gonna I'm gonna go too real quick on two

(18:55):
points here. The first thing is coming from Cleveland, from
a small market. We have our teams that we like,
but we also have other teams, you know, because typically
your team's not good. So in Cleveland you have fans
tour maybe fans of like the Knicks or Lakers or
something like that, that Cowboys. So we hold on, Rob,

(19:17):
you didn't rip the Ron was a Yankees fan in
the Cowboys. I was Webron was a Yankees fan. Personally,
I like the MAVs. I think I would have liked
to see him go to the MAVs and at my
second point and think about it. Man. We like the
Iron Man movies. We like the The Captain America movies,
but we love the Avengers movies. Man. We want to

(19:38):
see Clash of the Titans. We want to see the
starts get together and just go at it. Man. That's
that's how I feel about it. All right. Well, if
this is gonna be the way you are on the
hot seat this week, you're gonna get trash, mister Happy,
I feel bad for you. Joseph and Pennsylvania. You're on
the odd couple Fox Sports raiding mister Happy, stay smiling.

(19:58):
He's gonna be unhappy after it's all over. What's up, Joseph?
Do we lose Joseph? Joseph? Hello, I guess so? Okay,
Mark and Sacramento, what's going on in gentlemen? Hey guys,
real quick, real quick. Um. I'm glad he stayed. I'm

(20:20):
I'm I love when when the player stays. But here's
what I see that might happen. He got the money,
like all these young guys do. They signed and get
that big contract. But about two or three years down
the line and he's in a small city. He can't
get anybody to come to Milwaukee. What happens then? And
Milwaukee's not Cleveland, and Cleveland, you know they could Levron

(20:41):
couldn't get anybody to come to Cleveland. Let's see if
he can get somebody to come to walk in Milwaukee.
And if he can't, the media and I mean the
media in general, we'll start to say he can't win
that ring, can't win that ring. Now here comes that pressure, right?
How did how did the picture win a championship in
two thousand and four in Detroit when nobody wants to

(21:02):
go How they win? They build a team? How they win? Mark?
I might mark a different time. You can still make
trade You can still make deals, Yes you cannot. Look,
you can get players, you can make a trade. Mark,
don't buy that. One thing I said today was that
the Bucks he Jannis has shown loyalty to them, And

(21:26):
I don't want to say they owe him because obviously
they can go out and they need to. Yeah, they
need to do whatever they can to get him that
second guy. But it's gonna be tough. It is gonna
be tough because, let's face it, Rob, that Detroit team
didn't win with superstars. But I'm just saying, but I'm
just saying, and if you remember the Shaq Kobe, Gary

(21:47):
Payne call Malone team was supposed to win, but but
it didn't. All I'm saying is it's not inconceivable that yeah,
but but you know that, But it gives you hope
that that's can happen sometimes if you get the white
players together. That's all I'm saying. Dirk Naviski was a
lone superstar. He shouldn't have won a champion with that squad. Right,

(22:10):
with that squad, it can happen. It can happen. But okay,
we got Steve Wish coming up to talk some NFL.
Be sure to catch live editions of The Odd Couple
with Chris Brussard and Rob Parker weekdays at seven pm
Eastern four pm Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the
iHeartRadio app. He's an NFL Network reporter and analysts and

(22:31):
co host of the podcast Huddle and Flow. The great
NFL reporter Steve Weiss, What up, brother? What's up? Dude?
Christ And Rob Man? We are great, brother, Great to
have you on as always. Man, Lots going on in
the NFL. Let's get right to it. Obviously, that game

(22:51):
last night was an instant classic and Lamar Jackson has
been you know, criticized a lot this year a fi people. Well, yeah,
I think rob took it a little far, but but
you know, you get the gist taking something too fast. Team,
Come on, but what do you think last night? Silest

(23:15):
a lot of his critics or it was just one
great moment in time. But he's still got a lot
that he's got to show people. Now it a quiets
some folks down. You know, he's never gonna be able
to satisfy everybody because he plays a different style of football,
and the Ravens offense is a different style of offense.
Even though we're seeing more and more teams kind of

(23:36):
go back to this college style. I mean it is
almost I remember high school in the eighties, random vier offense,
and I gotta tell you a lot of the stuff
that some of these teams are doing that with these
read options on Arizona in New England, Buffalo, it is
a lot of the old stuff that guys. Actually, we
saw it become prominent in black college football under Eddie

(23:57):
Robinson and a lot of these guys back in the day.
Some of the option reads, some of the blocking schemes.
So I play I was at Missouri. I finished it
at HBCU, but I was in the football team at Missouri.
But even so, back then we were playing option football.
And so you know, I'm really understanding a lot of
some of the stuff that's going on. But when it

(24:19):
comes to lamar Um, the last couple of weeks, it
seems as though the Ravens have kind of found themselves
in terms of their offensive line was absolutely banged up,
but now they found some things in the run game,
and that has opened up some things in the passing game.
And what he did last night man to basically be
off the field for as long as he was, to
come in on fourth down throw a touchdown path and

(24:43):
then to come back with a minute left in the
game and lead them in the field goal range. I
mean that was insane. I mean that specially show you
how dangerous he is, especially Steve. When people say that
if they get behind, he can't bring them back. I
mean that that's been the knock go on him that
you know, if you fall behind, you can't get back.

(25:03):
Uh do do you? I know you're a great investigative reporter.
You find out all the undercover stuff. Was that a
boo boo game. Did he really have to go? Did
he have diarrhea? What? What? What did you find out?
You know, you know, Rob, I'll tell you what if
this was, if this was Dukie Gate. You know, hopefully
one day we find out. I'm taking him at his word,

(25:24):
but they'll be somehow, somehow, somebody will let us know
that actually he blew up the spot, right, he really did,
and you know, and then we'll find out about it.
I mean it just the way he ran back in
and had the camera on him. You know, we've all
been there, you know what I mean, Like I need
to get there like a sat and except except except

(25:45):
we're usually like running into a white Castle bathroom with
two of them. Yes, oh god, I always say that's
the only time you use a public bathroom when you
know whatsoever? Oh god, was there there were a lot
of people people talking. I heard rumblings that you know,
one of the reasons that Lamar was struggling was because

(26:07):
they were trying to make him a little bit more
of a pocket guy and or even when he runs,
trying to get him more to slide and you know,
protect himself. And he was perhaps thinking too much out
there about being cautious, and the last couple of weeks
they've just kind of let him go. Is there any
truth to that? You know? I don't think so. I

(26:28):
don't think so. You know, I took people are really
close to him, and they think part of it is
the fact that, you know, because he was coming off
the MVP, not that he was feeling himself, but like
you know, there was a little touch of maybe a
showboat with this run, you know, instead of me doing
something special, I'm gonna, you know, just show boat a

(26:50):
little bit out of bounds, you know, not runs aggressively
as he used to. I don't think what they were
doing in any way was to try to curtail his
special ifs. I mean it was teams were playing them different, right,
Teams are starting to figure out what he was doing, because,
like I said, more teams are doing it. So you
have to prep for this once a season. Now you

(27:12):
can prep for it three or four times a season,
so you can come up with defensive principles to stop
this type of offense. And we saw it before with Kaepernick.
We saw it before some of the other teams that
used to do this, and so they had to adjust
and like I said, they've done some things with their
running game behind an offensive line that's finally coming back together.

(27:33):
They still got some key players out with injuries, but
they've just had to adapt and it's worked the last
two weeks. Well, we'll see if it continues to work.
Their schedule is friendly. But you know, as excited as
we are about their their offense, remember they did get
forty two dropped on them last and the defense has
not played as great as you know, as well as

(27:55):
it could, and so that's something that they've got to
tighten up a little bit if they're going to get
beyond the Buffalos and the Chiefs and teams like that
once they get into the postseason. Steve, Chris and I
have debated it. Chris says, uh, Patrick Mahomes is the MVP.
I pick Aaron Rodgers. Where are you on this debate? Um,

(28:16):
so far obviously there's still three weeks to go. Yeah, right,
I'm not a voter. I'm not a voter right now.
I'd have to say Aaron Rodgers just because all things
being equal, Um, Patrick Mahomes has Jamaica is four by
one hundred track team out there as just receiving targets.
And Aaron Rodgers doesn't. And you know he's out there elevating,

(28:42):
not the Patrick Mahomes. He's not elevating and doing absolutely
great things. But he's got so much at his disposal
as opposed to what Aaron Rodgers is doing. I mean,
he's killing it and adjusting to an offense. He's not
even in his full second season end and he's absolutely
tearing it up and getting the touchdown. The interception ratio

(29:02):
is absolutely fantastic. We've seen Patrick Mahomes throw some bad picks,
you know, you saw some of those in the Dolphins games.
Sometimes the Dolphins players just made some great plays. But
I would have to give the edge, and it's a
narrow edge to Aaron Rodgers with all things being equal. Yeah,
that's what I have to a narrow edge, and we'll
see what happens. And I think the other last few

(29:23):
games can have an effect. And the other thing too,
it that you brought up about just Patrick with the weapons,
is that Aaron missed his two biggest, you know, offensive weapons.
Davante Adams missed three games and Aaron Jones missed three games.
That's pretty impressive to have those numbers with those guys
missing that many games. Yeah, absolutely. And you know the

(29:44):
one thing that Aaron's had to adjust to is with
Matt Lafleur, who comes from the Sean mcvatree, is there
are still a run centric offense. He's putting up the
numbers with the run game, setting up the passing game,
whereas in Kansas City, I mean, running the foot ball
is just like something they do for sport, right, you know,
it's just you know, they are a pass first offense

(30:06):
and it is so beautiful to see what they're doing.
I'll tell you what I love about what Kansas City's
doing now is now Travis Kelsey. I mean they are
because everyone is defending them so guys don't get deep.
Travis Kelsey is just killing it in the red zone
in the middle of the field. They're finding ways to
get him the ball, and NAT's starting to open up

(30:26):
the explosive plays because remember early in the season, Kansas
City wasn't getting these home runs. Teams are like sitting
back and they We're gonna keep everything in front of us.
Now it teams every week they are starting to rip
off some of the big plays, and that to me
is why Kansas City is entering this final stretch as
the scariest team in the NFL. I'm not gonna belabor this,
but one thing to think because I got another question.

(30:47):
One thing to think about though, Aaron Rodgers one and
two against teams with winning records, Pat Mahomes five and one,
just saying all right, he hear me, All good, all good,
here we go. This is one I wanted to as about.
As much as we were impressed with Lamar last night,
how about Baker Mayfield. I mean, I thought he actually
showed a lot because he's a guy that's been playing

(31:10):
pretty well. But I think there's still a lot of
question marks about him. But I thought he answered some
of those last night. What do you think he really did?
I mean, that's what I love so much about this game.
Was he or two teams you talked about laying it
out on the field. I mean, guys on both side
ball put it down. And Baker the competitive nature that
he showed, and then the ability and the poise to

(31:30):
rally back. You know, even the two point conversion. I'm like,
why are they going for the two points here? They
converted because he extends to play a little bit right,
and the fact that he rallied back. He made some
beautiful throws. Yes, Kareem Hunt finished things off, but he
made some gorgeous throws to Kareem Hunt. And he's spreading
the ball around. And now you're starting to see things

(31:54):
you've seen in fits and starts with Cleveland. But now
you're starting to see this off to really come together
because they can always run the ball. That offensive line
is really good. But now with Baker not turning the
ball over, and he was playing some risky football last night,
but not turning the ball over just absolutely fantastic. And
I love the way that the Browns are really coming together.

(32:16):
But again, they got they got forty five hung on
them at home. That was a big game at home. Dude,
that that that that was a huge game. That if
they win that game, they're in the driver's seat. Oh
my god. Yeah. All right. He does a terrific job
covering the NFL. And also check him out on his podcast.

(32:39):
He's the co host. It's called Huddle and Flow. Huddle
and Flow, it's our man, Steve white Man. You don't

(34:11):
twenty athletes of the last twenty years. We gotta question though, first,
do you own a rent your home? Sure you do. Fortunately,
guy go makes it easy to bundle your home and

having a home is hard work. So go to guy
goo dot com, get a quote. Let's see how much
you can save guygo dot com. It's easy, folks. It's

(34:32):
time for Parker's Power Ranking. Do you need the power?
It's Parker's Power Ranking. All I'm gonna do is say
hold onto your bonnet, mister Chris Brussar, because I'm telling

(34:52):
you and Marty from Kentucky that the Pittsburgh Steelers are
not number five. I expect them to. I expect them
to be out last week, right, we got number five.
Let's do it, number five, number five. I'm sorry, Call
me a prisoner of the moment, call me a satisfying win.

(35:13):
Double cigarette night. But last night, Baltimore and what they
did in a must to put up forty seven points
from himself on the road to win a game that
basically saved their season and propelled them and had to
come back twice. It is that kind of stuff that

(35:34):
makes them dangerous. They are my fifth best team. I'm
calling you prisoner of the moment. I'm calling you satisfied
double can you can you let me do my thing
when you do yours? I go and have a Hamstandwich
call me that, all right? So I called you that.
Number four the Buffalo Bills. I know people just don't
want to buy into the Bills and what they did

(35:57):
to the Steelers twenty six fifteen, that was a game
that told us a lot about the Bills in a
game to try to let people know that they're for real.
They go to ten and three, Chris. All they keep
doing is winning, and they're on the verge of winning
their first AFC each title since you ready nineteen ninety five.

(36:20):
This is a different Buffalo Bills team and they are good,
Josh Allen, very good. Number three. Number three the New
Orleans Saints. And I know that they lost to the
Eagles and people would say, what they should have dropped
even more? But Number one last week, right, they had
won nine in a row, and it's just hard to

(36:41):
keep that up. And the Eagles got a little burst
from Hurts and you know what, they lost. They came
back in the second half, not enough. So they are
my number three team. Let me give you the interpretation
of what that was. The Bruce Are translation, that was
a bunch of excuses, no excuses. I was just giving you.

(37:01):
I'm just telling a true a bunch of excuses. Number two.
Are you ready, Chris? Are you sitting now? You probably
made Kansas City number two. The Green Bay Packers are
number two. That's what were they last week? You know,
I think they were four, three or four, right, because

(37:24):
I think I had the Sainty. I think there were three.
They move up a spot, obviously. It's just the idea,
Chris that now with that win and where they are,
they are now the number one seed in the in
the NFC. That was that was big for them to
now have the tiebreaker against the Saints that they finished
with the same record, and we know where they are.

(37:45):
Aaron Rodgers is playing great, The team is doing what
they're supposed to and now unbelievable under la Floor his
first two years, they're twenty three and six, which is
an incredible number. But there they are, their number two,
number one on a number one the Kansas City Chiefs
y by default. But they are there. Why you gotta

(38:09):
bet because that's who I am. Say they're the best
team in the league two and a half years. Do
you understand who I am or not? You know, it's
like you have a relationship. You get to understand who
your mate is. Don't you learn things about your wife
your first couple of years. So you have a radio
partner now because you never had one, You're supposed to
know what I'm doing, where I'm coming from. I know you.

(38:30):
I knew they were gonna be number one. No you didn't.
You thought it was gonna be number two. No, not
well I thought that because you know you play games
like that. The only one lost one game. They're number one. Yes,
they're the best team in the league. Let's face they
got the MVP two. I played nice with Wish everybody
you played nice, everybody you talked to. I've picked Aaron

(38:51):
Rodgers except for you. You know that I saw some people.
Everybody we talked to, everybody
