It's really suspicious, and it leads you to say, well,
what's really going on. Let's dive deeper here. The reports
are that there was another segment that was supposed to

out there. Normally they would just kind of leave something
like this out because that didn't make the emil. Yeah,
he didn't make the interview is because she kept interrupting,

kind of like, we want you to see what we

there as to say, we're trying to conduct an normal
interview and we kept being interrupted, kept being stopped, Kelly
being told what not to do, and this is also

So the iron that Bill Belichick will be getting run
by this is amazing. Let's talk about distractions. He's supposed
to be leading the school, right these young men telling
them how to run their lives. How to be good
of the sens and all that. And yet this is
this type of stuff he does distractions. When he was
big on no distractions. Now he's got this out there,
he's focused on the book. Didn't put Robert Craft in

Poles in his T shirt on the interview, which says,
you know, going to lead to what conversations? Distractions? You

coming into training camp and taking that starting job, which
the table has been set for him to be able
to do that, and it is my estimation that should
do or standards finishes the season uh in Cleveland as

should have done and could have done is out the windows.

made Peyton Manning stand up and said, the NFL doesn't
need you to play football. That's the realization. No matter

how you go out there and play. And as long
as players keep that in mind when they're doing interviews

UNC personnel, this is from TMZ, is worried that Jordan

is so public, so embarrassing, so ridiculous on a college campus.
This is what you want, you want the parents that

Bill Belichick is recruiting these kids so that the parents can.

Let me hide my teenage a twenty year old daughter

that's not possible. It's a bad look, not only for
Bill Belichick. I'm serious, and and people fall in love

coach six times over Bill Belichick, and he didn't say

you know this for Hill, when you say, hey man,
this has gone too far. There's so much in dissect here,
all right. Number one, the irony that mister run a
tight ship, mister no distractions. Mister run the patriots out

in the military will be now getting his whole entire
life ran by a twenty four year old is mad, weird.
It's really suspicious, and it leads you to say, well,
what's really going on. Let's dive deeper here. The reports
are that there was another segment that was supposed to
come out, but CEB has morning scrapped it because they
kept getting interrupted. The reason that CB has put this

out there. Normally they would just kind of leave something
like this out because that didn't make the emil. Yeah,
he didn't make the interview is because she kept interrupting,
kept doing this, kept starting them over that They were
kind of like, we want you to see what we
were dealing with. So they kind of put this out
there as to say, we're trying to conduct an normal
interview and we kept being interrupted, kept being stopped, Kelly
being told what not to do, and this is also

what happens. So this is why this is out there.
So the iron that Bill Belichick will be getting run
by this is amazing. Let's talk about distractions. He's supposed
to be leading the school, right these young men telling
them how to run their lives. How to be good
of the sens and all that. And yet this is
this type of stuff he does distractions. When he was
big on no distractions. Now he's got this out there,
he's focused on the book. Didn't put Robert Craft in

the book he's wearing a home, doesn't mentioned Robert Craft
Poles in his T shirt on the interview, which says,
you know, going to lead to what conversations? Distractions? You
put on a polo, then they had to put on
a suit, put on a nice polo, You go on
there a nice sweater. We move on. Also, TMZ is
now involved. TMZ has become an incredibly reliable source. Meeting

TMZ is going to find out something. When she says
we're not answering that, we're not answering that, and Bill
says we're not answering that, that leaves you to go, well,
what is so secretive? What's the issue? Is there something
more scandalous? What do we need to know? And I'm
just saying by doing it now, people are going to dig. No,
they should dig. If you go, hey, you know met,
I don't know.

from Louisville, or Dylan Gabriel or like anybody outside of
cam Ward being drafted ahead of him was shocking to me.
And to see him get drafted in the fifth round,
I mean I was I was blown away by that.
But I will say this, The expectation isn't there. The

only thing this young man has to worry about is
coming into training camp and taking that starting job, which
the table has been set for him to be able
to do that, and it is my estimation that should
do or standards finishes the season uh in Cleveland as
a starting quarterback.

This, but that that could mean that the Browns are
bad and they want to take a look at him
because out of the fifth round.

the draft process. No one cares about any of that.
And I'm speaking from a player who was drafted in
the seventh round. When I got the training camp, I
was fourth on the depth chart at left tackle, and
the end of that six weeks, I was the starting
right tackle for a team that went to the Super Bowl.

So all of that pre draft evaluating and what they
should have done and could have done is out the windows.

But the only issue I have with that is people
lost their If just what you said, if it doesn't matter,
why were people Why was mel Kiper's panties in a

You just said it doesn't matter. Tom Brady was. Tom

I'll tell you this. When I was a rookie, Chris Carter,
I went to the symposium. Chris Carter told me, I
told the whole team, everybody in the rookie symposium that
the NFL doesn't need you to play. Peyton Manning was
in my draft. Charles Woodson was in my draft. He's
made Peyton Manning stand up and said, the NFL doesn't
need you to play football. That's the realization. No matter

how much hype you have, the league doesn't need you.
You need the league. So all you can control is
how you go out there and play. And as long
as players keep that in mind when they're doing interviews
and working out and training, then they'll be better off.

The idea that you're talking about a number worn by
one of the greatest players ever makes no sense to
me that you would even go in and imply that. Now,
on the flip side, Warren Moon's number which was retired
by the Titans, right the number one? He a allow

kim Ward to wear his number. And kim Ward's gonna
wear it. I guess right, He's gonna take it. But
he's the one who said, yes, you can do it,
and he actually had the jersey for um, you know
what I mean. I'm presented it to him in the
press presser. But I think this is totally out of bounds.
And I even think even with Kim Ward, you should

make your own identity. A numbers retired, leave it retired.
It was retired for him, for him.

For a reason. That means he was great. That's what
fans remember.

That's the only reason your numbers retired, not because they
were tired of giving it out to people, you know
what I mean? Like, can I wear Baby Roots number three?

You can't wear Babe Roots number three.

No, you can't wear Lawrence Taylor's number fifty six, no,
Warren Moon, No, have some some self awareness there you

I want to make my own identity.

I want to be able to have a number play
great and people remember me for wearing that number.

Nobody have to worry about, which I should say Aaron
Judge when he gets his number ninety nine, like you know,
like there's a lot of No, he's wearing a number
that the probably right that nobody really wears, so you
won't have to have that issue. But there are a
lot of those numbers. Teams that have thirty two, thirty two,
twenty four. Willie May's wore twenty four. There's a lot

of those number one right where it's going to be hard.
Even Lebron had twenty three, like Michael Jordan, I thought
that was a mistake, like like to wear that number.

I don't know what his number was.

And maybe he wore twenty three in high school or
whatever because he liked Michael Jordan or whatever.

what are they gonna do Carmelo And obviously Joki just
has a better career than Carmelo. But I'm just saying

gets weird. Well Carmelo's going with that fifteen and then
but Carmelo's going into the Basketball Hall of Fame now, yeah,
and so that would be weird not to retire his
numbers exactly. We're shopped it there, yea, even.

retired Derek Jeter's number two, nobody's getting him.

So that was a great example. Imagine some new hot
shot young shortstop gets drafted out of high school. He's
the new one, and he goes, yeah, y'all got jeter
number phone number? Why so I can call him and
ask him? Can I wear that number? Two? Sir, you
are not have a see young man. Let's talk. Let
me show you. Let me show you what the locker
room is, Let me show you what the clubhouse is.

go to get our ankles tape. Like we're gonna completely
move on from that question you just asked me, because
there's no way you just asked me. Can you to

want I want to have a great career when my
numbers retired and it's already retired.

Six when I think of the giant uniform, there's only
one player, Lawrence Tailor. There might only be one player
in all of NFL. You think at number fifty six, right, seriously?
Like I mean, if I said fifty six, you go
Lawrence Taylor. They're not gonna say no, I'm talking about
somebody else. But that's your initial thought, and I'm not
my last one. For me, I'm not mad at Lawrence
Taylor saying.

No, no, because he's within bounds and woo. I put
in too much blood, sweat, tears. I put in too
much time. I won super Bowls, like, oh, we're not
doing that. I put I He didn't just play. They
were a great tail, great team, memorable. I'm memorable. The
jersey numbers memorable. Also, he might have some type of

like as far as his deal, like when the number
fifty six giants jersey, I get that a dollar of
the sale. We don't need no mix ups for you
get the dollar way it's his fifty Okay, well you
none up. And he played in the era where the
money ain't like it is now. I need every dollar.
That's why you see older heads like him signing autographs
pulling up to Vegas. Do they make a lot of money, Yeah,
going up to take pictures and sign helmets. So yeah,

I just I have no problem with him saying no
equally as much as I have no problem with Warren
Moon being that gracious but I think it's up to
the you. Would you be warn Moon or would you
be La especially key part if i'm Lawrence Taylor as
good as Warren Moon was, and maybe great if he
was allowed to play earlier in his career in the NFL.

That's was great in this conversation for another day, Warren
Moon was spectacular. Lawrence Taylor is iconic. I'm not giving
up that blue fifty six. They letting you have a
young man, go get a fifty seven, go get eleven.
I think that's what he wore. Penn State, you know,
do your thing, and but fifty six in blue and
the giants all the hell I've been through in life,
the ups and downs, that means something to me. And

I graciously say no, thank you, young man. I'm holding
one of this same thing too.

ask him? I would be embarrassed to even ask he
was a Hall of Famer. Why would you even? And
I don't know what kem Ward if he asked him
or not.

I do not know guy, if he was being kin hee,
I know you already wore this number, young man. I
don't want to look out. You don't have to worry
about it. Maybe, So that's why I said, I'm not
mad if Warren Moon chose to do that. And I
think it's fair to say if you're a Lawrence Taylor
or someone like that, and if you're Barry Sanders number
twenty and you're like, no, we ain't wearing and Detroit
now like that's people.

Would probably not be happy if somebody tried to put
on the twenty serious, just like New York.
