Because Micah came to town with his big bag Green
Bay Packers. The Dallas Cowboys were supposed to disintegrate and
blowing the wind and you know, never be seen again.

Because my god, they let Micah go. They traded this
generational talent. What are you gonna do without Michaeh. Great
players have been traded for since pro sports has been around.
It's no big deal. The Red Sox Oldbabe Ruth and
they still have won championships and they're still around and
they still sell out Fenway Park. Wayne Gretzky was traded.

I could go on and on and on. People have
been moved and they move on. Let's hear Jerry gloating
a little bit after the forty forty TI on Sunday
Night Football.

It's very simple, right, Dak was in dispenser in my

happened nothing? They got a forty to forty tied with
a bad football team. Nobody's expecting anything from I think

No, no, no, But I'm saying they weren't theirselves the
last time we saw them comprised as themselves, they were
twelve and five, twelve and five, twelve and five. And
I looked at the Dallas Cowboys. We all expected all
things given, especially with CD. You go, man, this offense
should be good because if they haven't been anything else,
at least the offen has been able to move the ball.
Dak Prescott was an MVP candidate a couple of seasons back.

You figure, okay, they can do this. I looked at
it as you can be that and still have Micah.
If they found a way to make it work, right,
that you didn't have to not have Micah. You and
I sat here months ago thinking, oh, he's gonna stay.
He wants to stay, I would say should I'm talking
about well before that, when he was out here talking

about I just want to be here forever. I don't
care about the money. Now, Oh slow down. If i'm
your agent, hold on, let's let's just let me let
me agent, let me work my magic. So you didn't
They didn't have to be without Michael. They could have
found a way to do this. And because the reason
I say that, I look at the the Green Bay Packers.

Saying credit Dallas's game plan coming in because they had
chip people ready to chip him a receiver, a back
two offensive lineman. They had him locked up in the
sense and he got back there a couple of times,
four quarterback pressures, but he got the big sack that
saved what could have been a loss. Dak Prescott was
about to run in that end zone in the game

they lost. Lost a forty point tie with the Dallas Cowboys.
Is a loss for the ball? Well, no, they literally
could have lost that game, which would be huge in
the record if you're competing with Detroit to see who's
gonna do what Dak Prescott.

Except for Micah making a play that him and only
three four other guys in tire NFL can make. So
my thing is, Michael Parsons is in Green Bay to
only have to make a handful of plays. He doesn't
have to be a Ray Lewis. They would have fifteen
tackles a sack.

I think I think the way they paid him was
not to make one play because because it's more about
an You said the last time they were together, they
were last time they were together, they were on a
playoff game in Dallas and gave up a forty five
piece to the Green Bay Packers. Like he was on
the field. You could sit there and act like he
wasn't playing. He played that game and he was a
part of that. And then when the season started they

points in the first three or four home games. He
was on the field. He was a part of that.
And I'm not saying he's not a good player. I'm
saying you can move on from people. It ain't the
end of the world. Everybody thinks it's the end of
the world when you move on from somebody.

He didn't have to go leverage the farm with three players,
like they're gonna take up fifty percent of the cap,
and then it's harder to put together the rest of
the team. So because he made a mistake with Dak
and CD, he almost had no choice and he finally
did the right thing. We talk about Jerry all the time.
He always bends over backwards at the end. This was

the one time he didn't do it.

To me, I'm looking at it as look at what
you had plus what you could have had. If I
have all of this, plus I have Micah and he's

looking at it as what we could have had and
hopefully became twelve and five, twelve and tel twenty five,
we're inching.

We're getting closer and closer. Maybe this that's why you fire.
Might be the year because they were getting close. I
don't know who they are. They fired, they fired everybody
you're bringing shut. I'm saying no, but you just get

But I'm saying, this is what they do. I don't
ever know who. They never fire somebody and bring in
somebody where you go, who look at that they fired

That was the only the only that was the one time,
and then they couldn't work because him and Jerry exactly.
And so the only time Jerry got a real coach,
real coach where you're like, I don't I'm not just
gonna list simply yes, sir, okay, whatever you say, and
they let that go. So to me, I just can't
get rid of the best player and I haven't seen
the draft picks might not be.

Good and I could be great. They could they could
be great.

I don't don't think they will per se because you
didn't get the Hall you could have gotten.

re signed them, and now you have one of the
best defensive player in the game still with your team,
who offensively looks really good, and you could have kept
one of the best defensers. And to me, you also
made a foe better in the Packers. So I just
don't see the win in this.

one win each, now the biggest game of the week.
This was crazy, but you know what I mean. You
got the Chiefs and this time it counts. And the
Ravens went to Kansas City. Not only did they get
bad barbecue, they got barbecue period.

Thank one of the boys was on the grill sizzlings.

It just was not good. Uh and uh in that,
where are you on? What? When was your takeaway from that?
Because there's two sides you could look at.
Speaker 5 (09:48):
And I and actually I actually agree because there are

I'm gonna start with the one I said last week,
Elijah boy, I might need you to make me rewind
take up on this. I told y'all my chiefs, don't
worry about the Chiefs were coming. I told y'all that
the chiefs explosive offense was coming. I told y'all, he said,

they can exave you Worthy back. What does he do
his thirty eight yard run? Then obviously he gets twenty
in thirty yard passes all over the place. They give
she Rice coming back in another couple of weeks. Don't
make that phrase, Ryn, I saw you in here. They're coming.
They're getting explosive more and more. Patrick mahomes boy. For
two second. Worthy had one of his numbers. Look, he
had a thirty eight yard run and his total numbers,

what do you have? Two hundred yards?

He only had?

But no, I said, I don't need him to do
I needed to make a thirty eight yard run. I
just wondered, I need him to have a twenty five
and a thirty plus yard that's all I needed. Give me,
get in, give me his me time numbers since he
came home to hit me with two hundred and sixty
four yards. Wow, four touchdowns, that three and thirty seven
and complete obliteration and dominance over the Baltimore Ravens. And
(10:56):
then the other side of the ball. What they said,
You know what, Lamar, you are who you are, you
play You played the ball, you played the position very well.
But dangey, Lamar, we're gonna make you look like it's
the playoffs where you have been questionable at times.
Speaker 3 (11:09):
Lamar out here throwing bad interceptions.
Speaker 5 (11:11):
Lamar Jackson's out here running in He got a back fumble,
running to the back of his lineman, fumbling the ball.
Looks bad on the third couple of third down conversions
and had them all frazzled, and it looked like a
pure dominance from the team. Yes, the Ravens defense is
not great, we know that. But the Chiefs did what
they were supposed to do. If you got a bad defense,
let me exploit it. Your defense is sucking right now,
(11:33):
let me go ahead and put some points up on
your head to the tune of thirty seven. So they
did exactly what they want to do. And then I
told you that the Ravens, we're gonna start falling apart
when they say.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
That's why I said it's a must win when we.
Speaker 5 (11:45):
Were talking about that, said for Detroit, because if you're
the Ravens, you lose, you're gonna start falling apart. And
then they go to the Chiefs, they fall apart, and
they're getting literally fall apart, guys getting hurt all over
the side called the national football winout a doubt and
Lamar's frazzle and I've seen now him and R Henry
in two weeks, both slamming hamlet's falling all over benches
and everything.
Speaker 3 (12:04):
So I just think the Chiefs.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
One of the seventy five percent clips. So when you
start one and three, they're just too talented to be
one and three.
Speaker 3 (12:14):

They're giving up forty one, thirty seven, and thirty eight,
like they almost giving up forty points a game.

You're not winning anything. I don't care.

Derek Henry lamar Jad, I don't care. Defensively, the Lions,
they're still rushing for yards two hundred like the Lions
can run the ball two hundred and fifty yards on
the ground at home. Seriously, their defense is like a
golf course like Swiss cheat their holes everywhere. And my
(13:28):
point is this has been going on for a while
and unless you're gonna fire the defensive coordinator, make some
changes or John Harbaugh saying dude, like he's been here
for a long time. This keeps happening. They got way
on paper, they have way too much talent. We talk
about it all the time. At some point, you can't
keep doing the same thing. You can't keep saying running

the same people and the same coaches out there. That's why, Like,
like the Giants weren't expected San Francisco, John expected to
win anything this year.
Speaker 5 (14:01):
No what they do. They ran Bob Melvin.
Speaker 1 (14:04):
Out after two years of like and I get it,
John Harbor won a super Bowl that was many moons ago. Like,
at some point, we need you to do something else,
Like there's no reason. And all I'm saying is, yes,
Kansas City got off. They're two and two. The Ravens
are one and three. Kansas City still has other teams
and games. That was like a one off and unbelievable
(14:27):
how bad they had been offensively that they finally got
Patrick Mahome didn't even have three hundred yards, but he
got four touchdowns and you know he had a good game.
I'm not and Lamar struggled and whatnot. I'm not writing
off the Ravens only because of the division. At their win,
the division and the one team who I said was
gonna win more than ten games better bet on it
(14:49):
is the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have now three wins, one
loss and haven't won one game at home yet, like
one home game.

Which is really really a great if you would have
asked thembody, yeah, I mean they they they credit them
for winning games. And if you were watching the game,
they could have lost. It could have lost to the Patriots.
They could have lost. Who was the first one? I
was the Bears, but and they found a way to win,
So I credit them. But I want to go back
to the Ravens. What the issue I have with the
Ravens is when the issh hits the fire all of them,
(15:20):
you can't. I can't, John Harball, something seems a little
bit off with the play called and when they're going
to go for fourth down, should we do this? Lamar
Jackson gets a little tight when the defense can't look
lockdown and buckle down, and you can't have all three
phases to me be frazzled and looking frantic. And that's why,
like if the Chiefs aren't scoring, which they haven't been, duh,
(15:41):
there's no denying that their defense can lock in and
I think since twenty twenty three, they've had the lowest
points per game on the defensive and holding teams like
seventeen eighteen the game you say super Bowl, hanswer that one, okay,
but that got them to the super Bowl. And I'm
saying they can only say, all right, our defense gonna
keep us in it.

The reason why I see that Stroud has been in
so many games over the last year year and a
half that you're be like, how are they in it?
Because his defense kept giving him a chance. Here's the
ball back, all right, try to go win this all right? Man, Hey,
here's the ball backs scored a few touchdowns, right, and
that's why they would be in so many games that
you feel like, how are the Texans still in this game?
And that's what the thing that worries me about the
Ravens right now is that from the coaching for Lamar
(16:22):
tightening up and say I got this out, make it
happen in the crunch moments, for the defense saying Daniel,
we've been we gonna let y'all down all game, We're
gonna lock down in this fourth quarter. I'm not getting
that from and I'm getting that from the better teams
right there somewhere where the Eagles. We could talk about
how bad they were. We'll get on that in a
bit in the second half. But their defense at all, right,
we're not gonna let anybody else score. We're gonna the
special teams. We're gonna block two field goals last week.

That's what conserves me about the Ravens. Who's going to
stand up?

And it seems like when it starts going down, the
whole thing spirals out of control. And I don't like
that from a team that I put in the Dagon
Super Bowl. If you look at the sheet right there,
ro Chiefs Lions, I said, ah, not the Chiefs this
year with the Ravens. Dag you say your first pick
is the first guess is always the best? I said,
have stuck with that. The way the Ravens playing right now, stop,

that's my concern, right rob. They can't stop from faltering,
like you know what I mean, Like if they're like
we've seen Josh Allen defensive letting points. But Josh Allen said,
hop on the back, I'm gonna get it done. And
that's got anything done. I mean, I'm saying he's won
games where he's like, I'm gonna get this thing done.
And to me, John Harbor, I'll give you credit. I
don't think you fire him?

What like seriously like seriously, I'm coming off these these
games where you this is these are bad games, like
nothing has changed here like you would think. Okay, we
we that game one was terrible in Buffalo. We gotta
make some changes. We gotta do something different. We gotta
send the house on these quarterbacks. Put more pressure.

We gotta do. We cannot do what we're doing.

Okay, and all you're doing is giving up almost forty
points a game in your losses.

The reason why we're gonna talk about I'm not letting
him go because when you look at the Ravens, they
have been a stable and a good, very good organization
for twenty five years.

I get I'm not mad as if you say that
that's not crazy. I understand that. For me, I love stability.
I love knowing what I have. I love I have
my shot every year to get to the postseas AFC
Championship and from there get to the super Bowl. You
never know, and he has provided that I have a
culture which it thrives. For Lamar to thrive and win
seventy five percent these games, we do have to tweet

the defense. The defense had been better the last prior
to the last couple of sece. That's another justin fields
fumble where am I?

Yeah, I don't know. They looked, Oh yeah, they look bad.

And the Chiefs all of a sudden gonna be on
the rise. And that's what I walked away the last
couple of weeks. I told you or they're coming, and
the league should have beat them when they were down, and.

they're down? They did beat them. No, the Eagles, I said,
the league. They beat the league up to the tune
of fifteen and one with Mahomes. Yeah, but the Eagles
handed them, Oh debth that wasn't impressible.

guess the lack of production. And he posted a picture
of a quote, and that quote is if you're not welcomed,

not listen to quietly withdraw, don't make a scene, shrug
your shoulders and be on your way.

Right, basically saying that he's he wants to be out.

He he he doesn't care about the winning, doesn't care

I'm the Eagles, I would happily move off from him. Seriously,

So we could replace him with somebody who really wants

one catch for eight yards, five for twenty seven, and

He says, I'm one of the top two three four
receivers in the league. I should be averaging eighty ninety
yards a game, six seven, eight catches, you know, a
touchdown every other game. That's how he feels. So I
don't have a problem with him wanting more. Receivers have
been doing it. What's the position. We called it the
diva in NFL receivers, you named the receiver. For the
most part, they've been doing that. My issue is him

going so public with a team that has been so
trying to be locked in and be focused on going
to super Bowls and winning multiple super Bowls. My issue
is with that he's going public and putting tweets out
there because now we got to talk about the tweet
Rob Parker kelvin Washington, which means the next hey, aj
I saw your tweet at the game now instead of
talking about how we can get better as an offense

because it can't have zero passing ark in the second half?
Right what nineteen thirty two? The leather helmet team is this?
So I agree they need to get better offensively for
where they're trying to go. If you're trying to get
better and for the end of the season, postseason, super Bowl,
they got to get better offensively.

But see, just make your public face to think about
it all the time, disustice all.

want that guy. If I'm in the front office, thank you,
I gotta move off for you. I really want somebody
who wants to be here, wants to be a part
of the team.

weren't great. They kept winning. You gotta keep winning. It's
about winning. That's the only thing that matters. When you
start talking about your personal numbers on a team that's

you're not satisfied, dude, you're eating dirt. But if you

should be satisfied.

He's the man, and I think that comes with it.
He wants to be able to say, well, winning. Now

To get better offensively because they've been keeping in these
weird games where they should lose, but they find ways
to win. And we know that's not gonna be beneficial
towards the end of the season. But you don't have
to make a fuss. You don't have to read a
book on the sideline, you don't have to make a
fuss last year a couple of times. You don't have
to make everybody think you and jaylen Hurst don't get along.
You don't have to do it two weeks ago or
after the win last week when you had a big night.

Guess what we're supposed to do. We've got to be
more explosive. So I have an issue with that, and
I agree at a certain point we're gonna have to
move forward because you keep being a distraction and a
team that is a reigning Super Bowl champ play into
a couple of Super Bowls in the last three years,
and it's trying to go back again.

So that's my issue. I don't have an issue.

generational talent. What are you gonna do without Michaeh. Great
players have been traded for since pro sports has been around.
It's no big deal. The Red Sox Oldbabe Ruth and
they still have won championships and they're still around and
they still sell out Fenway Park. Wayne Gretzky was traded.

I could go on and on and on. People have
been moved and they move on. Let's hear Jerry gloating
a little bit after the forty forty TI on Sunday
Night Football.

It's very simple, right, Dak was in dispenser in my
mind right now, and so yes, and Michael Wison.

and he made the right choice long term for the Cowboys,

And in his vaunted Packers came to Dallas and what

happened nothing? They got a forty to forty tied with
a bad football team. Nobody's expecting anything from I think
Jerry is the winner.

got Micah heard, DeMarcus Lawrence was in and out.

He wasn't guy the whole year.

No, no, no, But I'm saying they weren't theirselves the
last time we saw them comprised as themselves, they were
twelve and five, twelve and five, twelve and five. And
I looked at the Dallas Cowboys. We all expected all
things given, especially with CD. You go, man, this offense
should be good because if they haven't been anything else,
at least the offen has been able to move the ball.
Dak Prescott was an MVP candidate a couple of seasons back.

You figure, okay, they can do this. I looked at
it as you can be that and still have Micah.
If they found a way to make it work, right,
that you didn't have to not have Micah. You and
I sat here months ago thinking, oh, he's gonna stay.
He wants to stay, I would say should I'm talking
about well before that, when he was out here talking

about I just want to be here forever. I don't
care about the money. Now, Oh slow down. If i'm
your agent, hold on, let's let's just let me let
me agent, let me work my magic. So you didn't
They didn't have to be without Michael. They could have
found a way to do this. And because the reason
I say that, I look at the the Green Bay Packers.

He's in a good situation where the Packers made the
postseason last year and the year before, and the Packers
are a good team. He has a chance to He

You just need to come in here and be a

These types of guys that are specialists, they come.

Into one sack that No, no, I'm gonna tell you why. Okay,
he showed at the very end. First of all, he
got quadruple team all game. I mean they but credit
is that man?

Saying credit Dallas's game plan coming in because they had
chip people ready to chip him a receiver, a back
two offensive lineman. They had him locked up in the
sense and he got back there a couple of times,
four quarterback pressures, but he got the big sack that
saved what could have been a loss. Dak Prescott was
about to run in that end zone in the game

they lost. Lost a forty point tie with the Dallas Cowboys.
Is a loss for the ball? Well, no, they literally
could have lost that game, which would be huge in
the record if you're competing with Detroit to see who's
gonna do what Dak Prescott.
Speaker 3 (05:36):
Help is running into the end zone.
Speaker 5 (05:39):
Except for Micah making a play that him and only
three four other guys in tire NFL can make. So
my thing is, Michael Parsons is in Green Bay to
only have to make a handful of plays. He doesn't
have to be a Ray Lewis. They would have fifteen
tackles a sack.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
I think I think the way they paid him was
not to make one play because because it's more about
an You said the last time they were together, they
were last time they were together, they were on a
playoff game in Dallas and gave up a forty five
piece to the Green Bay Packers. Like he was on
the field. You could sit there and act like he
wasn't playing. He played that game and he was a
part of that. And then when the season started they
(06:17):
gave go look it up. They gave up forty plus
points in the first three or four home games. He
was on the field. He was a part of that.
And I'm not saying he's not a good player. I'm
saying you can move on from people. It ain't the
end of the world. Everybody thinks it's the end of
the world when you move on from somebody.

That's all I'm saying. Jerry got his picks.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
He didn't have to go leverage the farm with three players,
like they're gonna take up fifty percent of the cap,
and then it's harder to put together the rest of
the team. So because he made a mistake with Dak
and CD, he almost had no choice and he finally
did the right thing. We talk about Jerry all the time.
He always bends over backwards at the end. This was

the one time he didn't do it.

Only this is where we differ. Though.

To me, I'm looking at it as look at what
you had plus what you could have had. If I
have all of this, plus I have Micah and he's
only what twenty six, we're only gonna get better. I'm
looking at it as what we could have had and
hopefully became twelve and five, twelve and tel twenty five,
we're inching.

We're getting closer and closer. Maybe this that's why you fire.
Might be the year because they were getting close. I
don't know who they are. They fired, they fired everybody
you're bringing shut. I'm saying no, but you just get
it at.

got fired any.

But I'm saying, this is what they do. I don't
ever know who. They never fire somebody and bring in
somebody where you go, who look at that they fired
people and then.

Bring in like, only one time can they hired Bill Parcels.

That was the only the only that was the one time,
and then they couldn't work because him and Jerry exactly.
And so the only time Jerry got a real coach,
real coach where you're like, I don't I'm not just
gonna list simply yes, sir, okay, whatever you say, and
they let that go. So to me, I just can't
get rid of the best player and I haven't seen
the draft picks might not be.

Good and I could be great. They could they could
be great.

I don't don't think they will per se because you
didn't get the Hall you could have gotten.

So that's my point right ended with this.

You could have got a bigger haul, You could have
re signed them, and now you have one of the
best defensive player in the game still with your team,
who offensively looks really good, and you could have kept
one of the best defensers. And to me, you also
made a foe better in the Packers. So I just
don't see the win in this.

had a thirty eight yard run and his total numbers,

Looks bad on the third couple of third down conversions
and had them all frazzled, and it looked like a
pure dominance from the team. Yes, the Ravens defense is
not great, we know that. But the Chiefs did what
they were supposed to do. If you got a bad defense,
let me exploit it. Your defense is sucking right now,

let me go ahead and put some points up on
your head to the tune of thirty seven. So they
did exactly what they want to do. And then I
told you that the Ravens, we're gonna start falling apart
when they say.

and unless you're gonna fire the defensive coordinator, make some
changes or John Harbaugh saying dude, like he's been here
for a long time. This keeps happening. They got way
on paper, they have way too much talent. We talk
about it all the time. At some point, you can't
keep doing the same thing. You can't keep saying running

the same people and the same coaches out there. That's why, Like,
like the Giants weren't expected San Francisco, John expected to
win anything this year.

how bad they had been offensively that they finally got
Patrick Mahome didn't even have three hundred yards, but he
got four touchdowns and you know he had a good game.
I'm not and Lamar struggled and whatnot. I'm not writing
off the Ravens only because of the division. At their win,
the division and the one team who I said was
gonna win more than ten games better bet on it

is the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have now three wins, one
loss and haven't won one game at home yet, like
one home game.

Which is really really a great if you would have
asked thembody, yeah, I mean they they they credit them
for winning games. And if you were watching the game,
they could have lost. It could have lost to the Patriots.
They could have lost. Who was the first one? I
was the Bears, but and they found a way to win,
So I credit them. But I want to go back
to the Ravens. What the issue I have with the
Ravens is when the issh hits the fire all of them,

you can't. I can't, John Harball, something seems a little
bit off with the play called and when they're going
to go for fourth down, should we do this? Lamar
Jackson gets a little tight when the defense can't look
lockdown and buckle down, and you can't have all three
phases to me be frazzled and looking frantic. And that's why,
like if the Chiefs aren't scoring, which they haven't been, duh,

there's no denying that their defense can lock in and
I think since twenty twenty three, they've had the lowest
points per game on the defensive and holding teams like
seventeen eighteen the game you say super Bowl, hanswer that one, okay,
but that got them to the super Bowl. And I'm
saying they can only say, all right, our defense gonna
keep us in it.

And that's what the thing that worries me about the
Ravens right now is that from the coaching for Lamar

tightening up and say I got this out, make it
happen in the crunch moments, for the defense saying Daniel,
we've been we gonna let y'all down all game, We're
gonna lock down in this fourth quarter. I'm not getting
that from and I'm getting that from the better teams
right there somewhere where the Eagles. We could talk about
how bad they were. We'll get on that in a
bit in the second half. But their defense at all, right,
we're not gonna let anybody else score. We're gonna the
special teams. We're gonna block two field goals last week.

That's what conserves me about the Ravens. Who's going to
stand up?

And it seems like when it starts going down, the
whole thing spirals out of control. And I don't like

have stuck with that. The way the Ravens playing right now, stop,

that's my concern, right rob. They can't stop from faltering,

we've seen Josh Allen defensive letting points. But Josh Allen said,
hop on the back, I'm gonna get it done. And
that's got anything done. I mean, I'm saying he's won
games where he's like, I'm gonna get this thing done.
And to me, John Harbor, I'll give you credit. I
don't think you fire him?

diva in NFL receivers, you named the receiver. For the
most part, they've been doing that. My issue is him

going so public with a team that has been so
trying to be locked in and be focused on going
to super Bowls and winning multiple super Bowls. My issue
is with that he's going public and putting tweets out
there because now we got to talk about the tweet

talking about how we can get better as an offense

So I agree they need to get better offensively for
where they're trying to go. If you're trying to get
better and for the end of the season, postseason, super Bowl,

who wants to be here, wants to be a part

To get better offensively because they've been keeping in these

fuss last year a couple of times. You don't have
to make everybody think you and jaylen Hurst don't get along.
You don't have to do it two weeks ago or
after the win last week when you had a big night.

Guess what we're supposed to do. We've got to be
more explosive. So I have an issue with that, and
I agree at a certain point we're gonna have to
move forward because you keep being a distraction and a
team that is a reigning Super Bowl champ play into
a couple of Super Bowls in the last three years,
and it's trying to go back again.
