On the Best of The Odd Couple with Chris Broussard and Rob Parker, they cover the hottest topics in sports, starting with the Los Angeles Lakers head-coach search and their meeting with Jason Kidd, with Lakers legend Kurt Rambis in attendance…and Chris & Rob have had enough of this incestuous Lakers front office. New York Giants GM Dave Gettleman threw some underhanded comments at Former Giants WR Odell-Beckham Jr., and we just think Odell could’ve handled his response a lot better. Our guest tonight Antonio Daniels, NBA Champion/Fox Sports NBA Analyst, joins the show to talk all things NBA Playoffs.

(00:22):
You're listening to the Best of the Odd Couple with
Chris Brussard and Rod Harker. All right, Rob, we touched
on it yesterday, and I've said it for the past,
ever since Magic Johnson stepped down, and I said it yesterday.
I said, I'm hearing Little Birdie's all over the place

(00:46):
saying that the Lakers front office they're not doing it backwards.
They're not going out to interview their coaches without having
their front office set. Because guess what the front office
is set? What do you mean? Rob Plinka is in charge.
And guess who's joining him in interviews for the coaches.

(01:08):
Who's Kurt Rambus another Laker family member, Another Laker that's
all his wife Linda, his best friends with Jeanie Buss.
That's all. That's all they know, that's all they know.
And here we are again, the Los Angeles Lakers being

(01:29):
run like a mom and pop stool. It interrupt you
because I want you to go on your rant. But
the news of the day is that they interview Jason Kidd.
Rob Pa Linka and Kurt Rambas interviewed Jason Kidd today
for the Lakers job and kid fine. To me, the
biggest part of that news is that Kurt Rambas was

(01:49):
an interview, because that essentially tells us that's your brain trust.
Rob Pa Linka and Kurt Rambis. There you go, and
this is what's wrong with the Lakers. I mean, seriously, really, Chris,
the Lakers are a big time brand franchise, not just
in the NBA and sports, a historic franchise, and yet

(02:14):
they keep tripping over themselves. They have to. Everybody has
to be tired this way. You don't want to now, Amen,
you can't fire Rambus because that's your best friends. She's
best friends with Jennie Bus, right, and so that they're
just a bad Now, you're right. This is why this
is why it's bad, because that's not where you want

(02:34):
to go in business. You can be best friends outside
of work, you don't. Everybody doesn't have to work with you.
What is this? You're they're becoming embarrassment. This is embarrassing.
And look with Magic obviously he was close to Jeannie,
but he is a Laker grade and you brought him
in Pelinka, you brought in for Kobe. My point is

(02:57):
fool me once. Right at this point, you should know
it hasn't worked. Let's build out a front office like
most other or at least all other elite teams in
the NBAF. This would be the equivalent of James Dolan
with the Knicks having Larry Johnson as his president right

(03:22):
and Ali Huson's agent, as you know, also in the
front arm. I mean, come on, what is this? It
makes no sense to me? And it's honestly, Rob, It's
not even about killing Kurt Rambis No, not at all.
It's just the process. And if only Lakers affiliated people
I would be fine when you bringing in would be

(03:44):
Jerry West and pat Riley. And if Kobe really wanted
to be president, I think he's smart enough, it works
hard enough where I might give him a shot. Outside
of that though, and I don't even like that, because
you do need to build out a real front arm.
That's all I'm saying is if you do that. Bonny
thing is the Lakers shouldn't be where you learn or

(04:06):
practice to be a GM. I don't believe that. And
I mean unless Kobe was under the wing of Jerry
West for a year, do you know what I mean?
This is a consultant, but he's leading the office and
Kobe's learning to do the work and all that. I
could buy that, But to have them jump in and
make decisions right away, I think that's a mistake. And

(04:26):
this is where the Lakers are. They're they're not being
run the way that they should be. And that's why
Chris Boussard. In the last six years they ever made
the playoffs and they have the worst record them and
the Knicks in the league. But you cannot believe if
I I could believe the Knicks have the worst record
in the last six years, but in the NAT sixteen, right,

(04:49):
I'm gonna tell you something about Lebrin James. If all
you Lakers fans out there and Lebron's fans, Lebron James
knows how important a stable front office is, Yeah, you
he does. That's why I know he can't be happy
with what's going on because he won two of his
championships two of his three in Miami, where even though

(05:12):
he didn't like necessarily the way everything was going, pat
Riley ran a legitimate front office and Lebron saw that.
I remember Lebron telling me before he became a free agent,
he looked at the teams that had won championships. They
were only a handful of Houston, Philadelphia, the Lakers, the Celtics.

(05:37):
He's like, there's a reason Detroit, there's a reason only
eight ye or ten franchise generally win championship, and it's
because they have stability front offices. And the Lakers are
still running this thing like it's nineteen eighty four. Those
days are over. You need people who had new ideas,

(05:59):
who are smart, who are out looking for talent always
um scouting all over the world, Chris, not just locally,
all over the world as a whole big business and
the way of doing business now, and the people know
the analytics, and the people know all kinds of stuff,
and it just can't be your close friends. And I'm

(06:19):
telling you this. Look, the Lakers were in trouble as
it was as far as getting free agents. This is
going to hurt them. When Kawhi Leonard if he even
gives the Lakers a shot. Sits down though, with the
Clippers and then the Lakers, there's going to be a
drastic difference, and just what they've done over the patches

(06:42):
and close, it ain't even close. I'm even with Lebron
being that's all the Lakers they have, and even and
even on Lebron's case, and I'm just saying Chris, even
in his case, he's an aging star, and there's something
brings dramas you know that I'm as still around them,
some negatives, there's some other things there. That's that's all

(07:03):
I'm saying. I mean us to put up great numbers,
but there's something that comes with Lebron. They it's a
good chance it's just gonna end up being Jimmy Butler.
And you know what, that's not bad because Jimmy Butler, Well,
if Kevin Durant leaves the Warriors, I'm not saying the
Lakers certainly wouldn't be the favorites. But Lebron, James, Jimmy

(07:24):
Butler and the young boys, and you ask some shooters
that's if they get that, that'd be a good summer
for them, and ask him. But you know it doesn't
make you the favorite and to someone that they were
hoping for, because we'll see what happened. I'm just saying, right,
you're right, You're right. I mean that would be a
consolation and they maybe we gotta get to this at

(07:47):
some point this week, maybe tomorrow after if OKAC loses.
Paul George, Paul George, I look, taking aside from you know,
do what you want, do what makes you happy is
in individual that's fine. We get that he made a
mistake though back No he didn't. Basketball wipe didn't make
him made a mistake. Right, No, he didn't want to

(08:07):
be a part of it, and he should have been
a party. Didn't want to be a part of I
bet you'd have a much better chance of winning with
besides Rin James. Well he's in the playoffs and now
I have a better chance to win. You're saying, who's
in the playoffs this year? This year? It's not about
this year because Oklahoma's year is one game left, I know,
but they still made the playoffs. What's that mean? He
was he was a runner up or he was in

(08:28):
the conversation, I should say for at one, what's that?
What's he doing right now? He's shooting like thirty seven
percent drugs. Be sure to catch live editions of The
Odd Couple with Chris Brussard and Rob Parker weekdays at
seven pm Eastern four pm Pacific on Fox Sports Radio
and the iHeart Radio Whip. We love bringing in our

(08:50):
main man. He's a Fox Sports NBA analyst and an
NBA champion. Antonio Daniels, what's happening my man? Wait a minute?
But you and he's good with feeding the masses as
well when it comes to chicken wings with his pause. Now,

(09:11):
I gotta I got a player's perspective. I'm maybe doing
media now, I got a player's perspective. It ain't over too,
It's ok okay, I got you. I understand that one.
I'm come on, man, now you know no no, no, no no, no, no,
no nope. You sold it well, Antonio, I know you
ain't believe it. All right, let me ask you this
look taking aside, taking a side. You know, every player

(09:34):
as a person can do whatever they want. So if
Paul's happy in Oklahoma City with with the lifestyle and everything,
great and good for him. But basketball wise, I can't
help Antonio. But think he made a big mistake by
not going to the Lakers, even though the front office
is the mass it's Lebrian Jay. Just okay, go ahead,

(09:57):
tell me why I'm wrong. You're wrong, you can't. This
is my thing. Like people say certain things all year long.
The playoffs bring out everyone that's living in the moment.
They're like prisoners of the moment. And you know, you know,
Paul George made the right decision. Really why yes, what
what basket? Okay, number one, because he's having a career

(10:21):
year not in the playoffs. Yeah, all you category, But
people like you know, Antonio, people forget the regular season
if you don't do it in the playoffs. And it's
not just that they're losing. Everybody's jumping on West. He
was hardly so, but he's playing just as badly. Well.
The thing is, Paul George. You know what, when this

(10:43):
year's over, whenever this season ends and the truth comes
out about Paul George's shoulder, I am so interested to
see how people respond Paul George. Remember, during the regular
season against Portland, he almost averaged forty points a game.
He went to the line fifteen times of game. He
shot efficient from three from the free throw line, from

(11:04):
mid range. Everything comes together for him. But now after
all Star Break, he's been up and down. His shoulder
is not healthy. Sometimes he's healthy, sometimes he's not. Every
time you see him getting an interview, he has ice
bags all over his shoulder, so he's not healthy. That's
the thing I would gladly entertain this conversation if Paul

(11:25):
George was one percent healthy because when he's healthy, Westbrook
has a different mentality as well. Westbrook not leaving the
team in Phil goal attendant, he's not leading the team
in usage, but without a healthy Paul George that changes everything.
So this is the injury is why they're struggling the
way they are. That's a huge reason why, and I

(11:47):
think Jeff Van Gundy said it the best. The other way,
there's the other game. There's a drastic difference between an
excuse and a reason. What Paul George has with his
injury is a reason, not an excuse for him to
down the game when they try to get Houston, and
then to not even think about picking up a basketball
until Game one against Portland where he went eight to

(12:09):
twenty four, and then the next game two games later
he goes three or sixteen, and then he struggles again
last game. You have to know that something's not right
with the shoulder. Will Will I know him, you and
you know the only reason why Chris is coming up
with this now is the prisoner of the moment, and

(12:30):
he also knows the moment. He also knows that Lebron's
not getting anybody, So Jimmy blow, they're not getting anybody.
So now he's worried that because Paul George didn't come,
Lebron's gonna be hung out to dry. But let's get
back into the playoffs and uh, the Toronto Raptors, they're
blowing out the Orlando to start this game up by

(12:52):
twenty in the first quarter. Is Orlando ready to go home?
Is Toronto want to just get this thing over with
so they could get ready for the next series. How
do you see this shaping up? Well, I don't think
Orlando's ready to go home. I think Toronto's definitely ready
to end the series. The longer a series goes, it
increases your chances of something silly happening. So if you
have an opportunity to end the series at home on

(13:16):
the road regardless, because the longer the series goes, you're
risk tweaking the ankle, someone tweaking the knee, you know,
something going wrong that could truly affect your next round performance.
So I think if you're Toronto, when you have an
opportunity to end it and it maybe Orlando comes out
and they don't look like they're really ready to go,
you better jump on them boys and close it while

(13:37):
you can't. What about Toronto? Have you learned anything so far?
You know, obviously Kawhi makes a big difference a former MVP,
and he won the championship and all that. We've always
seen this team Toronto about these great regular seasons and
then flame out of the playoffs. Have you learned anything
so far about them and Kauhi's leadership not that far.

(13:58):
I think Kawai is fan tastic, but I don't think
Kawai has meant anything other than what we've expected when
it comes playoff time. He's battle chested and he's been
there before, so this isn't new to him. And just
like we talked about before, think about Kyle Lowry. Kyle
Lowry does not have to be an All Star Kyle
Lowry for this team to be successful. He can't do

(14:19):
what he did in Game one. Of this series and
not score at all, but he can be averaged from
time to time. Well, I think I was gonna say,
I think Siakam passcal Siakam has become their second best player.
That's exactly why he does not have to be an
AU star anymore. If you go back to last year,
even two years ago, if Kyle Lowry and DeMar de

(14:41):
Rosen weren't all star Kyle Lowry DeMar de Rosen, they
were not winning. Right now, Kyle Lowry can go out
there and be average and be mediocre from time to
time because you still have one of the top five
guys in the game and Kawhi Leonard. You have a
battle chested guy who's an NBA champion and knocked down
shooter and Danny Green and the improvement Pascal Siakam has
been fantastic for that team, along with the addition of

(15:04):
Marcus Ault. All Right, Antonio. The other series in the East,
I mean, both second round series are gonna be phenomenal
assuming Philadelphia and Toronto get there. Are you convinced that
Boston has righted its ship and could beat Milwaukee? I
got Milwaukee in six. Now what do you think? See?
This is another situation for me of people being a
prisoner of the moment, because if you go back two

(15:26):
weeks ago, everybody was questioning Boston, well, it does Kyrie
Irby know how to leave? Kim brad Stevens coach, She's guys,
did Jaydon Tatum and Jalen Brown know how to follow?
It was all these questions and then they come out
in the first round and then they play against an
under man Indiana Pacers team without their all star, and
they played well. I give it to them. Boston did

(15:48):
play well. But for me and to kind of make
me a believer, I wanted to see what happened when
adversity strikes because all year long, the issue with the
Boston Celtics has not been when things have been going great.
The issue have been when adversity comes. How do how
does Tyrie Irving affect that? You know, I mean, how
does he handle that? How does Jason Tatum and Jaylen

(16:09):
Brown handle that? The egos and all these other things
that come along that become an issue once adversity comes.
And the first round with an underman non star in
the end, the Pacers team there was zero adversity. Antonio,
we got less to the minute left Jason Kidd interview
with the Lakers. Is he really in a running for

(16:29):
that gig or this is still about Tyrone Lou getting
that job? For me, I think it's about Toronto Lou.
But I don't know, man, I have no idea. Would
that be a good look you think give Kid? I mean,
last two stops haven't been good for kids, right, and
that's what you have to think of. Obviously, he's one
of the best point guards to ever play this game.

(16:51):
But I think you have to go with someone that
has it. All depends on the way that they want
to go. Do they want to go with someone that
has a relationship previously with Lebron James or do they
want to go and beer outside of the Laker orbit
and bringing someone different and kind of start fresh and
start clean. That remains to be seen. Yeah, And the
interesting thing with Kid is he, even though he never

(17:13):
coached Lebron or playing with Lebron, loves Kid. So that's
to me too. Yeah, they played Remember they played together
in the Olympics, and Lebron just gained a lot of
respect for him. So that would also still be in
this whole Laker you know what I mean? Like it
still would be a Lebron I don't want to say
a Lebron higher, but very much of Lebron from should

(17:36):
be though. Right, It's gonna be tough to find someone
who Lebron does not have any relationship, right, and I
agree you should do. Yeah, if you bring in the
Montie Williams. You know they work together during the Olympic
trout as well. So somebody you know, but I mean
outside of the Laker meeting that wasn't a player, someone
that wasn't a player, someone that haven't been there before,

(17:56):
or whatever it may be. But I have no idea
what direct action. You know, Juwan Howard, you know you
hear Juwan Howard's name. Juwan Howard connected to Lebron through Miami,
but he didn't play in LA. So you know, we'll see,
all right, Antonio, great stuff outside. I'm hungry, piece with

(18:16):
a drink. Don't forget I get a drink too. I'll
talk to you next week. Be sure to catch live
editions of The Odd Couple with Chris Brussar and Rob
Parker weekdays at seven pm Eastern, four pm Pacific. Rob
Big Story, It Just Won't go away. The New York

(18:38):
Giants and Odell Beckham Junior. What was it two months ago?
Maybe that he got traded one not long a month
and a half, rob Gi a month? Ye, it's been
all a month? Yeah, I don't think it's been two
still a month. That's thirty days he was traded to
the Cleveland Browns and they're still talking about him, and

(19:00):
he's still talking about them. Dave Getleman, the Beliguered. I'm
gonna call him Beliguered because he better get something done
this year. The Beliguered general manager of the New York
Football Giants, said this in a recent article on New
Jersey dot com Jay dot com about their culture, their

(19:23):
new culture. They used to have a culture problem. Now
they don't rob you what he say. He said, football
is the ultimate team game. If all eleven guys aren't
doing the right thing, you're not gonna be successful. There's
more to it than just collecting talent. There's a cultural
thing to it that's critical. I have not been on
a team that's gone to a Super Bowl that's had
a culture problem. So the reporter says, do you guys

(19:46):
have a culture problem with the Giants? Getleman responded, not anymore,
with a little smile. All right, everyone rightfully looked at
that as a shot. No, it was right right, Odell
Beckham junior And was it land in college? Is that
who he's talking about? He's talking about O b J,

(20:07):
and O b J didn't take it lying down. Some
people wouldn't at him on Twitter. And here's what ob
J said, Ask any one of my teammates of who
I was as a teammate and a man and a person. Yes,
I'm a cancer to a place that's okay with losing
because I want to win that bad capital letters. You're

(20:28):
absolutely correct. All right, Rob G, I'm gonna let you
have to not Rob G, Rob P, I'm gonna let
you have the first stab at this. What do you think?
Whose side are you on? First of all, not Gettleman's.
I think that guy has been a disaster already. As G.
I'm with the Giants, don't I don't know. I don't
know what he's doing. I don't know what team he's

(20:48):
putting together. I really I think he's a disaster. Seriously, argue,
and this second draft, this second draft he'll have, will
be just the icing on the cake. And how if
he passes on the quarterback quarter all right, It'll just
tell you where this guy's head is and this whole
Eli infatuation, which is kind of sick in itself. He's
an old quarterback and they need to move on. We

(21:10):
gave him two parades. We know he won them Super
Bowl twice. Nobody's taking that away from Eli. But you
gotta move forward. Look at the history of the NFL
and all the great quarterbacks. Chris, who finished your career elsewhere? Right?
All right? Bent over backwards to make it a soft
landing for him, no question. Joe Montana won four Super

(21:30):
Bowl four and oh he got shown the dor to
Kansas City, Okay, And they went with the younger Steve
Young right, Ye, okay, we get it, so stop paying Manning. Right.
They went with Andrew Lott, and it was the right decision.
It was the right to say, even though while he
wound up winning another Super Bowl mostly because of Denver's

(21:50):
defense and not because of him, but Chris. The only
thing I will say is I'm worried if I'm if
I'm a Cleveland Brown fan, I'm a little worried because
I'm starting to think that OBJ, as happy as he
proclaims to be, ain't really that happy that he got
shuttled out of New York. I know that sounds good
and they had a chance to win and turn this

(22:12):
thing around. But I'm not so sure because he seems
to be bothered and sometimes you could have just let
it go, don't respond, move forward, forget the Giants. It's
old news, you're not there. Why do you care what
they're talking about. They haven't want anything in a long time, right.
I do think you're right in that, yeah, that he

(22:33):
he clearly wanted he left New York. He was a
part of New York. He was the biggest thing going right.
Him and Aaron Judge are probably the two biggest stars
sports stars in New York. Chris. If he had entered
the NFL in Cleveland, just say, or some other small
town you know team and they're not winning, he would
not be obj. I mean he would and and I'm

(22:56):
saying he still played well well, he wouldn't have the
nash No celebrity that he has right now. I'm not
sure only from this standpoint, And maybe I know what
you mean New York, New York's I'm gonna do. But
that catch you made on that National Game on that
Saturday Night Football. That's the one where everybody in America
noticed who that guy was. I remember watching that and

(23:17):
me and Chris Collins words said the same thing at
the same time. Chris I said, that's the greatest. That's
the best cat job I've ever seen. He said the
same exact thing. And I bet you most people watching
that game, am I right? I was like, what was that?
Who was that? No? It was incredible, But yeah, he's down.

(23:41):
Here's what I'll say, though, that I don't these modern
day a lot of them athletes who grow up attached
to social media, they can't just ignore it. So I'm
not going to say just because he's responding to social

(24:01):
media that he's a scorned lover, that he's still you know,
that he really isn't happy in Cleveland, and that I
should be concerned about it, because I just think that's
how these guys are. Kevin Durant is that way, you know,
And it's not It's just that they can't turn off
to social media. Whenever they're not doing something, whether it's

(24:24):
playing ball or whatever, that phone is in their hand
and they're looking at Instagram, but I'm looking at Twitter
and they're they're responding but I'm gonna say this to you,
and I know you agree. He can't turn it off.
You were born and I don't know Iowa Cleveland, right,
all that stuff, But it is Cleveland. Christ You can

(24:44):
say whatever you want. I don't know a dishing the
people you are dissing it. It's Cleveland. Just sat here
and saying the praises a freaking Detroit one. It's Cleveland,
Detroit done, says Motown. What do you mean? What has
Cleveland never done? Cleveland? Never see the slayers against the
mistake by the lake. You know, Cleveland of fame is

(25:05):
in Cleveland. Could it be in Cleveland? It should be
in New York. Harder rock and roll, still beaten, and
from what I see, and I'm believing, Wait a minute,
the harder rocking roll, the harder rock and roll in Cleveland.
Give me a little Juwey Lewis. So he put me
Lewis in the news. Why is it in Cleveland? Because

(25:28):
they have free space, there's nothing now and they were like,
we want to build this building. Where can we go
and there's nothing but free space? And it was Cleveland. Arguably, arguably,
it's gonna quiet you down quickly. Arguably the best football
player ever played where Cleveland, Jim Brown? Arguably I don't agree,

(25:49):
but arguably the best basketball player ever played where? Yes, sir, Cleveland,
that's right, Cleveland is Let me think I'm trying running
my name through the baseball player. Now he's trying. He's
trying to poo poo Motown and read the Franklin. You
know what Motown music is a part of our lives.

(26:10):
Come on, put Franklin. I'm might have been pooing Motown.
I feel like saying Franklin, God done. Sit Areatha Franklin?
And I want you to put on You make me
feel like a natural woman. And me and Chris you
can I mean, did you know this song? Chris? Look Motown?
I mean doing any numbers know the late grade of
reading Franklin songs from Motown? And we love them. Up

(26:33):
Here we go. You sing it because you because you
go ahead and sing. I'm voice right now. Someone is fired, Lee,
You are butchering it. Just one line? Hold on, you
couldn't get one line to sound like her? Go but
let him sing first. I'll join in. And all right,
look man, we gotta show to dude. We got time.
We can't wait all day. Here we go, Here we go,

(26:56):
Hitt the Caribs, Here we go. You make me feel,
you make me feel, you make me feel like god,
natcha woman. Stop. I'm a woman. And you know the
first I thought I couldn't sing to put up Cleveland

(27:17):
again to that against we we at Lowtown and Detroit.
Listen to Hue and don't make me throw some both
thugs at Harmony. What does he say you? He said it?
He said, you know, New York all that, but Cleveland,
that's where the harder rocket rolls still Beleveland they're another

(27:42):
rapper from Cleveland. H Coody, another one, another one in Detroit?
What do you mean? Eminem? All right? I think I
trump you right there? You got about Eminem? We did
trump there. Y'all got music. I give you music, and
we made the call. We made the car. Everybody who

(28:02):
drives a running Detroit. This is a sports show, Ryan Parker,
you're giving me the car. You're giving me Motown bad
bad boy pistons. I'm gonna go what I'm telling you.
I look, Cleveland won the Titlan twenty sixteen. Y'all haven't
been good since Lebron sent you off packing in two

(28:25):
thousand and seven, Alet's give me a tissue after that
with the Franklin. Why are you changing the subject anyway?
I'm just trying to subject was ob J? Yes, he
doesn't want to be in Cleveland. How in the world
the Franklin trying to sing? Man? God, you know you
like that part? All right? Ob J? Look, first, you're

(28:51):
right about gentleman. I'm not get a pass. I'm sorry,
and I don't have a problem with ob J. Now,
I think ob J, you know, he there were some
things he did I didn't like. I think he woke
up and realize, you know what I really am in Cleveland,
and I'm not so sure he's gonna be happy about it.
Just because you want to win badly doesn't mean you

(29:12):
need to be kicking over, kicking nets and you know,
turning over Gatorade coolers and things like that. He's an
emotional guy. You gotta control that. At some point, you
need to become an adult and control that. So I'm
not saying OBJ did everything right, but I am saying
he's right about the Giants. You are okay with losing,

(29:38):
because if you weren't, you would have drafted a quarterback
by now, and you would certainly draft one this year.
Let's see if they do, and let's see if they
draft the right one. The right one is Dwayne Haskins
at six. That's the right one through fifty touchdowns, got

(29:59):
this size, I mean, he's the right one. So I'm
with OBJ on that. You criticize him, but don't blame
it all on OBJ. You is Dave get him in
all swoll up because of the four games they played
without OBJ at the end the last season. Is that's

(30:19):
what's got you thinking your team is really good without
your best wide receiver, your best player, four games at
the end of the year when people are taking you lightly.
That's what's got get him in thinking, oh we'll be
fine without OBJ. He will rule the day. I think
that you can't trade a talent like that, and they

(30:41):
made that decision, don't have to live with it. I
think that they've made a big mistake. But I also
believe that OBJ is a New York kind of guy.
He's a nightclub. He's the blonde hair on the black man.
He's a look at me, He's that guy, you know
what I mean that doesn't play in Cleveland. There's nobody

(31:02):
you don't know the first thing about nobody black in
Cleveland with blonde hair, anybody zero. There is a few
few brothers, No, there are not in Cleveland. I don't
know what that is Cleveland. You know that thing about
your friends you have there all three They ain't got
blind hair, none of that. But look, you're only in

(31:24):
Cleveland for a few months, then you can go. That's
just that's his hometown. Now, that's what he's all about.
He's gonna go down to the strip Cleveland, what they
call that place where all the balls, the flats big
enough for Lebron, is big enough Phobi. No, it's a difference.
Lebron was born outside of Cleveland. He didn't know better,

(31:45):
He didn't know about He didn't know. He went back
at half four splendid years in Cleveland, trust me, all right?
Did the Giants solve their culture problem? Dave Gentleman's words
when they traded Odell Beckham Junior to the Browns. You're
turned away in eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox.

(32:07):
And if you want to give me props for singing,
you make me feel like a natural woman. You know.
Rita Franklin will take that as well. I think you're
gonna be the topic of trash talk. Why in the
third hour, They're gonna be a lot of catch trash.
And you're singing. I thought I couldn't sing. My goodness,
you make me sound like Barry White. Luther Van draws
Freddy Jackson. Wow. Fox Sports Radio has the best sports
