How's that? No, the white snow very very that's got
but carry I grew up in Alabama. I just want to.
Speaker 4 (01:37):
In New York, there's brown snow, there's yellow snow.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
So that's why I say white snow, because all snow
in New York isn't white.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
It isn't created equal exactly.
Speaker 4 (01:49):
You never saw snow falling from your house when you're
growing up in Alabama, did you?
Speaker 2 (01:53):
I did?
Speaker 5 (01:53):
He did?
Speaker 6 (01:54):
It was super white. It was so random, a super white.
We got the super white exciting. We've got a lot

that time.
Speaker 4 (02:19):
You gotta be sorry about write it down committed to
memory eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox. For you
layman out there that can't figure out the numbers and
the letters, it's eight seven seven nine to nine six
sixty three sixty nine trigonometry.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (02:34):
And if you hear feedback on the line, it's your
own fault. It means only one thing.
Speaker 5 (02:38):
You forgot to turn down the radio.

what's upthing in Alex isn't mind being buttered up once
in a while, right Alex? If you got to buttered up.
Speaker 4 (04:00):
Come on, now, could be my last day, you know,
you never know, you never know, Alex, I know that's
all funny.
Speaker 3 (04:07):
All right, let's welcome in the odd couple.
Speaker 7 (04:09):
Cool.
Speaker 4 (04:10):
I can't believe like the years ending so quickly. So
Christmas was good. Everything was good Christmas.
Speaker 6 (04:14):
You know, you're low key, you know it was lokey,
chill the family come to town or no, no family
came to town. I got, you know, family, extended family
here that it was very intimate, very chill, probably.
Speaker 2 (04:24):
Like five people, very very very relaxed.
Speaker 7 (04:27):
Man.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
I don't like the all the all the nonsense that happen, right, No,
I hear you.
Speaker 4 (04:31):
About your same working you know, and spent some time
with some friends and whatnot for Yeah, all right, I
know already already. I don't know where that came from.
But you're getting choked up over the holidays, Glizzy in
my mouth. That did not choke me, just say it.
(04:54):
But I'll say this, Not often do you get a
gift that you want?
Speaker 2 (04:59):
Yeah, and you need what you got.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
My sister, oldest sister, Marianne and her grand son, Oh god,
oh god is right? They got me the bows noise
canceling headphones, which I already had, that had for eight
years or something, so that the cushions or you know,
in the ears of kind of pup pushed in. It's
beat up, you know, because I travel a lot. I
listened to music a lot on a plane. Beautiful, brand
(05:25):
new pair, updated version. I was really excited. Yeah, I
don't get stoked on it, you know what I mean.
I kind of had everything that I really want. That
was something I really wanted and needed.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
So I was very happy.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
So big up to sister Yes mary An who brought
me my first pair of leather sneakers in my life.
Kareem Abdul Jabbars. Really she was working. She's five years
older than me. She was working already. I'm in high school.
I never had leather sneakers. She came home from work
payday with a pair of leathers. I was the happiest guy.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
I see it in your face.
Speaker 4 (06:00):
Pro kads back then, you know what I mean. All right,
let's welcome in the couple of cool. We wouldn't be
able to do this fine radio program without him. Rob
G is our producer. You don't even don't even recognize
Rob G. He's getting thinner by the man him. He
is disappeared. I can't even see him through the screen.
Where is he?
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Where where he came up? If I turned sideways and disappeared.
There you go.
Speaker 4 (06:19):
You know you're feeling good. He can't wait for the summer.
I don't think his wife is that keen on it,
because he's like, what is he doing?
Speaker 2 (06:25):
Trying to get back in the streets.
Speaker 3 (06:27):
No way to super Bowl? Exactly, little weird man.
Speaker 2 (06:31):
It's like Rob Parkers and ABJ. That's right, the same thing,
you know it. You know I slimmed down for August.
Speaker 3 (06:37):
Oh god, that's right.
Speaker 2 (06:39):
Alex is, of course.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
Our engineer talent. You are a hidden talent. Steve is
at the anchor desk. Will keep us updated, Steve throughout
the program. And of course, uh Elijah, that's right.
Speaker 3 (06:52):
Is our social media gurgle all right, carries so much stuff.
Speaker 4 (06:55):
Great Sunday night football game, the Bears who had chance
to win the game on the last play and just
fell short, and the forty nine ers or their offense
over five hundred yards against the bitch. Just an incredible
and so of course everybody because the forty nine ers won,
all the lover is going to Kyle Shanahan, right the winner.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
I get all that.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
Oh my god, look at all the injuries, Look at
where they are they're going. They have a chance to
stay home and have the whole run to the super Bowl.
And then the Super Bowl, of course is at home,
is in San Francisco, so they really have a chance
to get there and maybe win a super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
Finally, Kyle Shanahan has.
Speaker 4 (07:38):
Been there twice, lost, lost as an offensive coordinator with
the Falcons. He was he was a terrible job at
finishing that game against Tom Brady and them that had
a chance to run out the clock, run the ball
or whatever. Throwing the ball, got sacked, a holding, got
knocked out of field goal range, and tom Brady not
(07:58):
only got the touchdown to two point converged and then
won and overtime. Just a terrible, terrible finish, a terrible
like like I'd have nightmares if I was the offensive
coordinator after that. But I'm not gonna got no love
for Kyle Shanahan zero. And what I mean by that
is he's got to finish the job and win the
Super Bowl. We've seen this movie winning a lot of
(08:21):
games in the regular season. Players in and out. This
is not like new Oh my god, how do.
Speaker 2 (08:25):
You do it? Because we've seen this before.
Speaker 4 (08:27):
Doesn't matter who's a quarterback, right, it seems like his
offense will be able to survive no matter who's out there.
And so they've been to two Super Bowl. The time
has come. So I think the only thing that's left
for Kyle Shanahan is can he can he run a
team finish strong and rob g he has some terrible
(08:50):
numbers late in fourth quarters. Rob G, just just throw
these vout to carry real quick, Kyle Shanahan, these are
horrific numbers.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
Oh it's tough.
Speaker 8 (09:01):
If you're a Niners fan, turn your volume down because
this is gonna get real dark, real quickly.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
Guys.
Speaker 8 (09:07):
There have been seven teams that have given up a
ten plus point lead in the Super Bowl. Kyle Shanahan's
teams have lost three of those games, either as the
head coach or is the OC. Of course, twenty eight
to three the largest blown the lead in Super Bowl history.
Speaker 2 (09:19):
He was twenty eight to three.
Speaker 8 (09:21):
He's blown two separate ten point leads as the head
coach of the Niners. Those will be the second highest
blown leads in Super Bowl history.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
Guys, Between the three Super Bowls.
Speaker 8 (09:31):
That Kyle shann has been a part of, two as
the head coach, one one as THEOC, his teams have
been outscored. They combined fifty eight to twelve in the
fourth quarter and over ten Kerry, did you hear that?
Speaker 6 (09:43):
I did fifty eight to twelve in winning time?
Speaker 2 (09:47):
Fifty eight to twelve.
Speaker 4 (09:49):
And that's why I've refuse to give him a parade.
I refuse to throw confetti.
Speaker 3 (09:55):
In his hair.
Speaker 4 (09:56):
I'm not doing any of that about all. Look at
what Kyle Shanahan, He's a junior. No, Nope, go win
the Super Bowl? Go finish it?
Speaker 3 (10:04):
Am I too?
Speaker 2 (10:05):
Am I being wrong? Am I? Am? I little too tall? No,
you've been fair. I'm going to give him credit for
this year.
Speaker 6 (10:11):
And I say that just from the standpoint of we know,
like we know what that team looks like at full tilt.
They're not full till they haven't been full tilt all year.
And for him to be able to have this team
right here, this team right here isn't the most talented team.
This team isn't the team that I thought, even coming
into the year, would be in the position to be
number one in the NFC So I'm going to give
(10:32):
Shanahan credit for what he has achieved, but you're right, Rob,
he has to win the big one, and if he doesn't,
he'll just be remembered as a good coach, a coach
that one game couldn't finish the job, could not finish
the job. You know who he would be if he
does not get this job done. He reminds me of
nd Reid before he got it done, when he was
(10:53):
in Philadelphi. When he was in Philadelphia, right, they went
to four NFC exactly and could not get the job,
not to.
Speaker 2 (10:59):
The Super Bowl.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
Andy Wei didn't leave Philadelphia because he did a job.
Like people don't even understand. Like I said all the time,
he didn't leave because they were like, oh yeah, okay,
you're great, go ahead.
Speaker 3 (11:09):
No, Tony Dungee didn't.
Speaker 4 (11:11):
Leave Tampa Bay because he got the job done and
they could kno get over the hum.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (11:17):
No, this team with Mike Shanahan, he has to win
a Super Bocht with Kyle Shanahan. He has to win
a Super Bowl, though, and it's it's time And this
is the thing, Rob. If he does it this year,
in my opinion, it'll be one of the best coaching
jobs I've seen, because this team isn't this team isn't
scary when you look at them.
Speaker 4 (11:35):
They have two guys on offense. But here's here's one
to pull water on your head. They entered the season
with the easiest the easiest strength to see schedule in
the league. So when people want to heap all the praise,
and I'm not knocking him for beating you, you gotta
win them.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
I got that. It's just like and we'll talk about
it later. The Patriots.
Speaker 4 (11:57):
Yeah yeah, how many teams did Patriots beat over teams
over five two one? The New York Giants have beaten
more teams than the Patriots over five hundred. Just think
about that. So I'm just saying it doesn't mean that
you you want to lose to him, but you do
look at like your strength. Like people weren't giving the
Bears and Caleb credit. Go to Philadelphia, Yeah, show it that,
(12:19):
go win Nagat and they went in one game.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
Okay, now your your tone changed.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
And then in the in the uh for Kyle Shanahan
all the I'm with Okay, I'm not like poo.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
Pool in the season. I'm not poo pooling the season.
Speaker 4 (12:36):
I'm just saying I'm not ready to throw a parade
because if he does the same exact thing and they
have this easy path where they stay at home and
they can play the super Bowl at home, and they
get knocked out. Remember the lines were fifteen and two
last year and they had the same scenario. Not the
super Bowl at home, but oh here we go, We're
gonna have to buy and then you got two games
(12:56):
at home. Washington comes in with a rookie quarter you No,
he has to win, and I'm sure he knows that
as well. I don't think he's wanting a parade right
now either, Rob, So I think if he was listening
to the show right now, he will probably agree with
what you're saying, as far as he needs to get
the job done, you know, get this championship and bring
you know. And he's also coaching with a story franchise too,
(13:17):
that is used to winning Super Bowls and being and
being the last one standing. So for him, he has
to get the job done for sure, no doubt.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
All right.
Speaker 4 (13:24):
Eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox eight seven seven
nine nine six sixty three sixty nine. Is it super
Bowl or Boss for Kyle Shanahan and the forty nine ers.

up in about seven minutes, Adam pac Man Jones, a
guy used to defend up and down. First take with
Skip Bayless. You did, I sure did it. I absolutely did.
I thought his rights were infringed to Pond. I really did.
All right, but we'll have pac Man. We'll talk to
him some football stuff. But we're taking your phone calls
eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox. Where are you
(15:25):
on the Kyle Shanahan? You ready to give him a
parade already? Or does he have to do something, actually
win a big game for you to really give him
his full credit? Be specific win the Super Bowls. Well,
he's one big game. He's got to win the Super
Big There you go, All right, let's do this. Jeremy
and Orange County. You're in the couple of Fox Sports Radio,
Orange County, California, of course, what's up, Jeremy, How are
(15:47):
you good?
Speaker 5 (15:49):
Good?
Speaker 4 (15:50):
Rob left Long Niner fans.
Speaker 7 (15:51):
So let me just say a few things and then
I'll take a comments off there in six for Reviedy,
I agree with Carrie.
Speaker 9 (15:57):
You know, he could be Andy Reid.
Speaker 7 (15:59):
You know, I don't think he has to win this year.
I think he will get one, but I don't think
I can't put that Falcon Patriots all on him.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
He gets more flags than the coach.
Speaker 4 (16:08):
No, no, no, he gets playing because go back and
rewatch that game.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
I'm Jeremy and I'm dead serious.
Speaker 4 (16:15):
Julio Jones making unbelievable catch on third down to set
up first and ten at the twenty two. All you
have to do is you're in field goal range. Why
are you passing the ball? Come on, man, that's football.
One on one. You run the ball three straight times,
you eat up the clock, you leave no time for Brady.
Speaker 3 (16:34):
You kick a field goal, you're up by eleven.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
That's that's textbook.
Speaker 4 (16:38):
That Shanahan ramp passing plays, a holding, and a sack
out of field goal. Right, come on, Jeremy, I'm not
gonna give you a pass on that. That's bad offensive
play caller. I'm sorry, it just is terrible. Mike in Orlando,
(16:58):
you're in the couple of Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 9 (17:00):
What's up, Mike, Let's start with I love the show.
I let's do it every night.
Speaker 3 (17:05):
Thank you, Mike. We appreciate you. We really do.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
Thank you.
Speaker 9 (17:08):
But like I told you a screener, it's like, why
are you you? And Rob? I like you, but why
are you always talking on both sides your mouth?
Speaker 2 (17:15):
What are you talking about?
Speaker 9 (17:16):
One minute, you say we shouldn't punish the Hayleb Williams
for the teams that he plays, but then you say
we should punish the Niners for the teams they play.
Speaker 4 (17:26):
No, I didn't say that. I'm saying to you. Listen,
listen to what I'm saying that. I'm not gonna give
Shanahan a parade for having a good record during the season. Okay,
like they're trying to crown him. They've already done that.
He's been to the super Bowl twice. So this is
what they do. This is not new this year. And
(17:47):
I'm just telling you they had the easiest schedule coming in.
So this is what Shanahan does. He piles up wins
during the regular season. My only point, Mike is at
some point you gotta win, otherwise you become my Uh.
Marv Levy with the Buffalo Bills who want the four straight.
Speaker 3 (18:05):
Super Bowls and never won.
Speaker 4 (18:07):
But Grant with the Minnesota Vikings went to four super Bowls,
never won. It ain't about going Do you want to
go and stand outside the playboy manchin, or do you
want to go in?
Speaker 3 (18:18):
I want to go in.
Speaker 2 (18:19):
Mike, Mike don't want to go Mike, Mike gone.
Speaker 3 (18:25):
Maybe he went inside.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
He was at the door knocking and got let in.
You get my point.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
At some point you gotta punch your ticket.
Speaker 4 (18:34):
Ramone in Indianapolis, you're on the couple of Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
What's up? And I'm glad the coach didn't make the playoffs?
Speaker 7 (18:42):
So oh my god, man, we're sitting up here. First
of all, Shanahan has got to win it. He'll be
Jeff Fisher who didn't win it.
Speaker 5 (18:49):
Uh what's what's uh?
Speaker 7 (18:52):
The coach of Houston back in the day.
Speaker 3 (18:54):
Uh, Rex Ryan Buddy, Ryan Buddy.
Speaker 7 (18:57):
Right, didn't win it. He's got want to be played
to win the game. You gotta win the big one,
just like Josh Allen yesterday missing that throat in seat.
Speaker 3 (19:06):
I don't throw that in there.
Speaker 7 (19:08):
Because the national radio always makes excuses for him if
that'd have been Lamar Lange Mark Andrews in the hands.
Speaker 5 (19:16):
Yet it was his fault. Uh. Jalien can't get any respect.
Speaker 7 (19:20):
He's got a reen, so you gotta win the big one. Here,
we got a forty five year old who said this
just was a blast. He had fun, so you know
he was selfish. He was thinking about himself. They lost
all the games. They should have played the rookie from
Notre Dame to see what he got.
Speaker 9 (19:36):
You only go to You don't have a.
Speaker 7 (19:37):
First round medicine laughing stock here, But that's what you
get here in Indianapolis.
Speaker 4 (19:41):
And that sauce, that sauce gardener tray is horrible now
it is. Guess what sauce gardener was one in seven
with the Jets and one in seven with the Cults.
How about that two and fourteen on the year, number
one draft pick, right and.
Speaker 2 (19:58):
They'd be the number one pick in the draft right there.
Unbelievaborst record than the Raiders. That's right.
Speaker 3 (20:04):
That is that crazy.
Speaker 6 (20:05):
No, I when we talked about this that I mean
that trade was so bad, so bad for the Colts.
I mean they wanted to go all in and obviously
I understood that at the time, But what did I say?
I did not, But I didn't like the trade from
the beginning.
Speaker 4 (20:19):
Because of Also, you were putting in that you really
thought Daniel Jones that was the issue.
Speaker 3 (20:25):
Like I was like, dude, this is not real, like
not real.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
And guess what, even before he got hurt, the wheels
were coming off Alredy it was Yes, So I don't
even know if he would have stayed healthy, would they
have made it. But unless the only way that that
Philip Rivers thing looks good is if he got.
Speaker 6 (20:44):
You in the playoffs and he didn't, and if Daniel
Jones would have stayed I mean, Philip Rivers played well enough.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
It just it was not going to work. Even with
Daniel Jones.
Speaker 3 (20:52):
He just bad. And Rob G's gonna owe me some cheesecake.
Speaker 2 (20:56):
I tell you that he didn't tell me that. Yes,
I've been racking up.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
I know, except for the Steelers let me down. That
was another one. I gotta wait sweat it out on Sunday.
But all right, Steve the Seger's at the anchor desk,
who will update us.
Speaker 3 (21:09):

Now, let's welcome in.
Speaker 4 (21:35):
Adam Pacman Jones, of course, the former NFL pro bowler.
Speaker 3 (21:40):
What's up, pac Man?
Speaker 5 (21:41):
How are you man? I'm doing good man. How are
y'all doing? What's up? Okay?
Speaker 2 (21:45):
How what's up? Pack? All's good man? How you doing?
Speaker 5 (21:48):
Boy man? I'm doing good man. I can't complain at all.
Speaker 4 (21:51):
I do want to say this before we get started.
And he played thirteen years in the NFL. Of course
the cornerback returned specialists. But I was back in the
day on first take during those during your career, and
I was battling time and time again. I thought the
NFL had stepped out of their bounds. Man, I really did.
(22:12):
I'm not telling you that to you know, carry I don't.
Speaker 3 (22:15):
I'm not.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
I don't glaze people, but say it.
Speaker 4 (22:18):
Come on, man, keep it PG saying I thought it
was out of bounds. I really did, Like like going
to a strict club. You know, we call this Magic
City Monday on the show.
Speaker 3 (22:28):
You know what you think? Come on, you know what
I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (22:32):
That's all but pac Man' let's talk some NFL and
let's start with that great game Sunday night, of course,
the Bears and the forty nine Ers.
Speaker 2 (22:41):
Just your thoughts. I thought Caleb Williams played outstanding.
Speaker 4 (22:44):
I know he can get the touchdown at the end
of pull that out the Cardiac Bears. But just your
thoughts on Caleb and his progression and where he is
with the Bears and their record this year.
Speaker 5 (22:55):
Well, I would have never thought that the Bears would
be what it now. But we got to give credit
to the offensive line for the Bear they probably talked
three top four as far as the offensive line. They
averaged four and a half yards per carry. Hey, Tayler
playing really good. And I'm not a fan of the nails.
They gave them a lot of shit at the beginning
(23:16):
of the season about his nails. And actually, I have
to paint my nails this week on the show because
I didn't think they were win over eight games.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
Oh my, are they going to do your choes to
I'm just asking.
Speaker 5 (23:33):
I'm just only gonna paint the pinky. You know it's
gonna be. It won't be a flamboyant color, like a
neutral color. I will say this Pack Tenaham got to
be coach up to get Bro. All the injuries they had,
perty missing like six games, losing the best linebacker in
the NFL this year, and they just find a way
(23:54):
Bro to win the game.
Speaker 6 (23:56):
Hey, Pat, I want to I want to ask you
about your team. One of your one of your former
teams in the Bengals, and obviously every year coming into
the season, we always kind of crowned them as one
of the most dangerous teams in the league because they
got Joe Burrow, they got the receivers Higgins and Chase
and all that, but their defense has been bad for
the last I mean four or five years.
Speaker 5 (24:16):
In my horrible that is an understatement.
Speaker 6 (24:21):
Exactly how are they going to fix that team? We
know they're usually you know, cash poor when it comes
to you know, having the money and having the resources
to get it done. How do they get that situation
fixed in Cincinnati?
Speaker 5 (24:31):
I hate when people say cash They got the high
pave receiver in the right now, they got the third
highs paid quarterback. They've paid Joe Burrow, they paid Chase,
and paid t Higan and also played the d N
that only played with two or three games that was
meaningful of this year. So like, I ain't gonna say
(24:53):
they cash pours now. The way they choose to spend
their money there could be worked in a in a
different way. But we got to get some veterans. We
need a veteran offensive blind, we need a veteran linebacker,
a veteran safety. And when I say veteran, I mean
like that's to make some places that understand what Loui
(25:14):
is trying to do. I mean lou I, Miss lou
Damn I do Miss Luke understand what we're trying to
do as a defense. I just don't like the match coverage.
And I understand he was good in college, and you
know what I'm talking about him saying no names, but
the coordinated you can get in college. But it's a
lot of what's the word, it's a lot of it's
(25:39):
no principles to the defense when you're playing match coverage.
Like I hated it. I played it in Denver. It
wasn't I want my man, give me my man, let
me handle my job. But when we're playing match coverage,
when they come out in bunch. Well, you got this
guy if he comes this part. There's no principles in
the defense, if you ask me. But I do think
that Joe Burrow, my sources said, that's what the conversations
(26:03):
have been about the last couple of weeks about that
we need veteran guys on defense. Are you gonna spend
money to get us some veterans on defense? Offense? They'll
pick out the way when you score thirty something points
a game, or even twenty four points a game in
the NFL, you expect to win the game.
Speaker 4 (26:20):
Yeah, but don't you have to put some of the
blame on Joe Burrow. He got the receivers paid, they
didn't leave money for defense.
Speaker 3 (26:26):
I mean you can't.
Speaker 5 (26:27):
Nah, you can't do that. No, well, now player, we
won't hell, no after player. We want everybody to get paid.
Speaker 3 (26:33):
No, but everybody, everybody the Cincinnati Bengals.
Speaker 5 (26:36):
Is it to a fault that they suck down there?
Speaker 3 (26:39):
No? But no. But my point is paid.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
My point is, dude, you got to think about, Okay,
this is nice to have two receivers. Don't you need
somebody to protect you on our offensive line? Don't you
need somebody playmakers on defense, like like there's other things
that you need.
Speaker 3 (26:55):
You don't need both receivers.
Speaker 5 (26:57):
At top dollars, Like, yeah, Joe have gotten hit, but
he ain't got hit that much this year compared to
his first two years in the league.
Speaker 3 (27:05):
And I got another pushback for you.
Speaker 4 (27:07):
Kyle Shanahan is not the coach of the year, not
even close. Lion Lian Cohen in Jacksonville done. Wait a minute,
they had four.
Speaker 3 (27:16):
Wins last year.
Speaker 4 (27:17):
It's his first year as coach and they won twelve games.
Speaker 3 (27:20):
No, no, ain't no way.
Speaker 4 (27:23):
Kyle Shanahan is coaching the year Jacksonville was dead.
Speaker 5 (27:28):
He played a wide receiver running million dollars. He is
playing race card down in Mi End. He got the
best linebacker in football. He didn't even have his quarterback
for six weeks. He ain't even had to running back
the first three weeks.
Speaker 3 (27:43):
Wait a minute, Jacksonville was dead in the water. Are
you kidding?
Speaker 4 (27:47):
Travis Hunters not even playing. They went from four they
went from four wins to.
Speaker 3 (27:54):
Twelve wins playing good there?
Speaker 4 (27:57):
No, come on, Manute, you would to bet some the
pepper Wings for Magic City, pac Man, want to bet
some wings?
Speaker 6 (28:08):
Hey, Pat you're here, Hey you see when you first
came on the show, he was showing you love.
Speaker 2 (28:12):
Now you're trying to bet you for Wings.
Speaker 3 (28:14):
Wings.
Speaker 4 (28:16):
Ain't no way Kyle Shannan's gonna be coaching the year.
I'm just telling you, it ain't gonna happen.
Speaker 5 (28:20):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
What's the other team tonight?
Speaker 5 (28:23):
Hold on? Hold on? What did they win this week?
Have home field advantage? The super Bowl is where I'm
you know where in San Francisco.
Speaker 4 (28:32):
But it's still it still has nothing to revitalize a
dead franchise that won four games last year.
Speaker 2 (28:38):
Nah, he ain't no coach of the Year.
Speaker 4 (28:43):
All right, Hey, let's let let me ask you about
the Rams are playing tonight. Where are you on them?
How good are they? Could they get to the super Bowl?
And are you a Matthew Stafford guy?
Speaker 5 (28:56):
I like Matthew Stafford? He is the DP this year.
We had a conversation on my show Shutout Too Lightly, Bro.
We had a conversation on the show today, should it
be Drake May or Matthew He got ten more touchdowns,
Drake May has got like two hundred more yards then
he got as far as passing was. But I like,
(29:19):
I like, I like Matthew he's a Georgia boy too,
so you know.
Speaker 6 (29:22):
You know, like, yeah, Matthew Stafford's a guy for sure.
I mean he's I mean he needed on his resume
as well. He's played well enough for the team.
Speaker 4 (29:31):
It's by default, it's by default, by Defaultault.
Speaker 6 (29:36):
Robes Pack you got to know that he's he's an
anti Detroit guy.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
And so when Detroit he was there with Matthew Stafford.
Speaker 4 (29:43):
I saw Matthew as we called him in Detroit, staff Patford.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (29:48):
Yeah, I watched his whole career. Uh no, No, what
was the other team? I wanted to ask you about Philadelphia?
Just tell us one last thing. We got about a
minute to go, pack Man here. Uh Philadelphia, Uh, they
get to win, but again a struggle the second half.
Speaker 2 (30:05):
Can't score Jalen Hurts oh for seven or eight.
Speaker 6 (30:09):
Passing seventeen toty yards in the second half.
Speaker 2 (30:12):
Yeah, like crazy, What do you make of Philadelphia?
Speaker 4 (30:15):
I can't see them repeating but obviously gonna get in
the playoffs.
Speaker 2 (30:18):
But what's going wrong here?
Speaker 5 (30:21):
Definitely not repeating. I don't believe all the hype. I
think they are a decent team. Their conference is sub
part of the worst conference in football, and it's no,
it's a lot of eye guys on the team. And
when you get eye guys and shit, be selfish, even
(30:41):
when you've seen the other day when they just want
the head coach running into the locker room him look
like it's beef. And I'm not. I ain't saying that
I'm the smartest motherfucker. But when you see him walking
there and look at him like, yeah, look up, looked
at him like, man, when you get the fuck away?
Speaker 4 (31:00):
All right, thank you, Adam Pacman Jones joining us here
on the Odd Couple, Rob Parker, Kerry Washington right here,

Speaker 4 (31:25):
Of course, we got the Shekel City coming up, and
if the Rams want to make a deep playoff run,
they have to win tonight.
Speaker 2 (31:32):
I'll explain that next.
Speaker 4 (31:33):
It is the Odd Couple, Rob Parker, Kerry Road right

Right etn back in there, Troppic is Trevor. It's a
quarterback draw to the five pig gonna walk into the
end zone. What a play call? Trevor Lawrence runs it
in trump six yards away, his second rushing touchdown of
the game. Jacksonville's take it the lead.

All right, now, let's do a little Shekel sit.
Speaker 3 (33:00):
Welcome two Shekel City, the home base for Rob Parkers
Dany Dicks against the sprat.
Speaker 4 (33:11):
All right on Friday, I was one and two. That
gives me a record of one o two and ninety four.
Here we go tonight, a little Shekel city, a little
football and basketball spirts. I'm gonna take the best bet,
the Rams minus seven in Atlanta to take on the Falcons.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
They don't beat the Falcony. I mean, then again, Matthew.
Speaker 5 (33:34):
Here we go.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
Three interceptions second, here we go.
Speaker 4 (33:37):
I got the Spurs minus three and a half. They
host the Calves in San Antonio. And I'm gonna take
the Houston. I know it's a big number minus thirteen
and a half taking on the Indiana Pacers. So I
got Houston minus thirteen and a half, Spurs minus three
and a half, and the Rams minus seven. I remember, Kerry,
(33:58):
I'm not telling you who to bet on, ah Haul,
I'm telling you who I better.
Speaker 3 (34:03):
Did I do that?
Speaker 5 (34:06):
No?
Speaker 3 (34:07):
Adam bang Man Jones.
Speaker 2 (34:08):
Did that that?
Speaker 4 (34:12):
That's where you earn your money, Alex did you spraining
your finger?
Speaker 3 (34:16):
I'm a little A week right now?
Speaker 2 (34:17):
A week? Yeah, you need some you need some uh
need little some crud or something. I'm a little you
haven't worked out that finger in a long time.
Speaker 4 (34:27):
Oh my goodness, Hey yo, hey yo, hey yo, rob G.
Speaker 2 (34:32):
Big game tonight. Not for the Falcons. No, it's a
big game for the Los Angeles.
Speaker 8 (34:39):
Rams, or as I like to call them, the Lambs,
because if they do not win each of these final
two games this game, obviously there's gonna be some competition.
Next week should be a cake walk rest our, guys,
let's get out of here for Week eighteen. So this
is really the game they got to take care of
because if they win these next two, they will lock
in the five seed.
Speaker 2 (34:59):
Why that important?
Speaker 8 (35:00):
The five city in NFC will travel to take on
the winner of the NFC South.
Speaker 2 (35:05):
Yes, that division is terrible.
Speaker 8 (35:07):
If somehow the Rams fumble away one of these next
two games instead, they can find themselves down to the
sixth seed, which means traveling to either Chicago or traveling
either take on the Eagles.
Speaker 6 (35:21):
Yeah, they'll beat the Eagles. They'll beat that one. That
one though, in the Chicago one will be hard, The
conditions will be tough. You know Kayla's playing well, Yeah,
that'll be a tough one. They need to win for sure, Yeah,
uh definitely, Yeah, they gotta win.
Speaker 2 (35:34):
Yeah, I'm not as convinced.
Speaker 4 (35:36):
As everybody that the Rams are going to the NFC
title Game or whatever. I picked the Rams to go
to the Super Bowl, So I'm just telling you, no, yeah, yeah, yeah,
still feel good.
Speaker 6 (35:44):
I still feel good. And even though the NFC is
pretty tough, NFC is good. It's not that tough. It's
a little overrated. Okay, yeah yeah, I mean you think
think about the top teams over there. Who you think
who's the top team in the NFCD you before we
get out of this break?
Speaker 2 (35:57):
That's good? Uh? I don't feel as good about the Eagles, right? Okay?
Who don't? Right? I don't feel that good about the Rams? Okay?
And who else? Who do you feel Who do you
feel good about? We know you don't feel good about, right,
Who do you feel good about?
Speaker 4 (36:10):
And I picked the Packers originally? No, No, I'm just
saying that's what I picked originally. I like the Bears.
I like what they have. I like the idea of
a team that is never out of the game. I
think I think there's something there. Even last night they
lost and the forty nine ers had their way against
their and they still didn't just roll over.
Speaker 2 (36:32):
It could have been like, oh, we're not winning this.
Speaker 4 (36:34):
We can't stop Therey got five hundred yards in offense, right,
we can't still had a chance to win.
Speaker 2 (36:40):
So who do you think is better than them in
the NFCA The Rams and.
Speaker 4 (36:43):
Then you got well, then you also got the forty
nine ers, right for Niners are good? Yeah, I mean
a good or if that's just good, and then the Seahawks. Seahawks,
I would take if I'm just over the Rams, or
just take Dawn over over Matthew Stafford. No, say no,
I would say the forty to me, would still have
a chance to get to the Super Bowl. My big
(37:04):
thing is can they win it? Not can they get there?
Because they've gotten there twice? So do who'd you pick?
So you had Baltimore? So neither one of your teams
is getting there. That's that's not true. I would take
the four at this point right now, forty nine ers
are Bears. The Bears just got something going. I can't
(37:24):
sit here and say definitively, but if you're asking me to,
like like after last night and those two met in
the NFC Championship game, I would take the Bears. Wow,
I would, all right, because that was in San Francisco.
I'm just saying like they should have gotten drubbed there
and they fought.
Speaker 2 (37:44):
They did, and that's something you could take back with you,
do you.
Speaker 3 (37:47):
Know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (37:48):
I like the Bear story for sure. For sure.
Speaker 6 (37:50):
Well yeah, but the Rams still I think is the
best team in NFC.
Speaker 2 (37:55):
All right, our number two can't wait.
Speaker 4 (37:58):
Carry's been wrong before the selling it
