Speaker 1 (03:07):
And and to what we're saying, this weekend, one of
them goes off, you know, hits three games, absolutely, so

positioning of where folks will end up in the playoffs.
Speaker 2 (03:20):

the Ravens. Can you set our table? I don't like

Rob G tell us about the big I'll be your caddy.
(05:49):

All right, rob you let me let me get this
coruct here we go. Let me do this, all right,
rob G? Cut the lawn force. Wow. No, it's okay,
we'll do that. No, you mentioned it.
Speaker 7 (06:11):
Big game this weekend, the game of the weekend, which
is crazy because we've got the teams that are combined
two and four on the young season, the Chiefs.
Speaker 6 (06:18):
And the Ravens in Arrowhead.
Speaker 7 (06:20):
Now, guys, this is the big deal, obviously because you
got two marquee quarterbacks. But since Lamar Jackson and Patri
Mahomes became starters in twenty eighteen, either the Ravens or
the Chiefs have been the one seed in the AFC
six of those seven seasons. So that tells you that
these two teams and these two quarterbacks have run rough
shot through this conference now for half a decade. And
(06:43):
as you guys know, we've been talking about it for
a couple of weeks.
Speaker 6 (06:47):
In the Super Bowl.
Speaker 7 (06:48):
Era, teams that start the season one in three have
gone on to make the playoffs just eleven percent of
the time.
Speaker 6 (06:57):
So this feels like a must win for both teams.
But Rob will start with you who needs this win more.
The Ravens are the Chiefs. I think it's the Chiefs,
only there's a couple of reasons, Kelvin. It's a home game,
so you don't want to lose another home game, right,
It's a home game for the Chiefs. And even though
(07:21):
the Ravens, the Ravens can justify a loss on the
road to the Chiefs, they could justify it if they
played better and just say they got beat, not giving
up forty points or anything anything other than that. I'm
just saying, like they play a good game and they
and they wind up losing on the road. Kansas City,
you're at home. You don't want to lose another game
start one to three, This would be uncharted territory. And
(07:43):
the other thing is the Ravens haven't lost any games
in the division, you know what I mean? That's the
saving grace. And look at the division? How good are
the Browns? No good? Right?
Speaker 5 (07:57):
Right?
Speaker 8 (07:58):
No?
Speaker 2 (07:58):
We have the other than their defense is good.
Speaker 6 (08:00):
Okay, Pittsburgh's off to a good start, but they got
a forty year old quarterback who could be hurt at
any minute, and the Bengals lost their star quarterback. Seriously, like,
like the division is there to be taken? Would you
agree with that?
Speaker 2 (08:12):
I'll give you that.
Speaker 6 (08:13):
So so that's the part that's good for Baltimore. I
still think that there's the Chiefs beat the Giants, like seriously,
and it wasn't convincing. If Russell Wilson could have thrown
a couple of balls into the end zone, who knows
what happens in that game, or if they didn't have
a kicker with a broken leg, you know, like that
(08:36):
was the other part of the of the game that
didn't work out for the Giants because they were in
that game at the half. Remember the Chiefs scored nine
points against the football New York Football Johnt nine points.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
They just need Travis Kelse to bump and Andy Reid
and get it going. That's what I need.
Speaker 6 (08:51):
Nine in points, that's all they had. So I think
that the Chiefs need to try to establish themselves and
if they could beat the Ravens, quote a good team,
maybe they can get the confidence going where you're talking
about getting some players back and starting to maybe feel
better about themselves. So I think the Chiefs need to win.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
I'm gonna tell you why it's the Ravens. One of
your points that I agree with is the division they could.
You know, the division isn't just this isn't your traditional
Steelers team. This isn't your Bengals with the Joe Burrow
in that offense. So i'll give you that point. But
here's why I think it's actually the Ravens.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
You need to win. A couple of things.
Speaker 1 (09:28):
One, Lamar Jackson Can has come out and said it
doesn't mean anything to him. He's not paying attention to
the fact that he's one and five against Mahomes. But
he's one and five against Mahomes and you don't want
to go to one in six. And it's not a
solo thing. It's not as if it's one on one.
It isn't tennis. It's not one on one in your
basketball playing basketball in the backyard. But it is verse leader,
verse leader, head of the team, verse head of the team.
(09:50):
And he's one in six including the post one and five.
You don't want to go to one in six. The
other reason, there are things that are starting to crack
within the ravens that you do.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
I don't want to become a problem.
Speaker 1 (10:01):
You want to hurry U put a little patchwork over that, stick,
a little something over.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
It will be fine.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
You don't want Derrick Henry to fumble again in a
big moment and something become a thing where he's losing
confidence because he's a main cog in what you do.
Where there starts to be riffed. Do they not believe
in them? Did John Harball start switching up the game
plan because he keeps fumbling? That could be an issue.
Their defense is horrid, and that already is an issue.
You don't want to lose a big game. Say they
(10:27):
lose thirty two to twenty four or something, and all
of a sudden your defense is giving up thirty points,
Like that's a thing to do and now you start
to lose confidence. Guys start pointing fingers, start bickering. No,
it's your fault. No, it's your fault, and you don't
want to lose it. So for me, I feel like
the Ravens are hanging on by a thread. I don't
worry so much about Lamar. I think he's just win
or lose. He's kind of steady. But I do think
(10:49):
there could start to be chinks in the armor where
they start to crack a little bit if they start
to lose. Whereas the Chiefs have been there before, they've
been bad and come back and gotten too good positions.
They believe they can get to a super Bowl. That's
what because they've done it, so it's in their DNA,
in their minds. Also, the Ravens don't have it. I
think they'll look forward to one more point, one more point.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
The Ravens don't have it. Like they are what they are,
what they are.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
The Chiefs can convince themselves that this will be the
first game of worthy back, he'll be getting his rusk golf.
And then we got Rashid Rice coming back and he's
our number one guy, and so now we get to
see what Taekwan Thornton what this three headed monster of
receivers will look like. So the Chiefs can hang their
hat on that and say, hey, were tough game with
the Ravens.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
We barely lost. Were right in this thing.
Speaker 1 (11:34):
We barely lost to the Chargers, barely lost to the Eagles,
were right there. Now we got our guys back. The
Ravens don't have that. They would just simply be one
in three and you know, be chanting.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
Figure.
Speaker 6 (11:46):
This is where the division plays bigger than you think
it does. Because the Chargers are a good team and
they're undefeated like they might. For the Chiefs to lose
another game, they might be buried where it's gonna be
hard to get back to win the division. That's where
they've been at their strength. That's the thing that would
be different for them if they were to lose this.
(12:06):
And that's why I think it's different. I don't think
anybody in the AFC North, what is it? What's the division?
Speaker 2 (12:16):
The AFC West?
Speaker 6 (12:17):
No, No, No, I'm thinking, yeah, the North is in
the way of the Ravens. We saw it last year.
They got off to an zero and two start and
still wind up winning twelve games or whatever. It was
and did it pretty easily once they got rolling. I
just think the Chiefs would be an uncharted territory where
they're in a division where another team and the Chargers
(12:38):
play the Giants. So they're looking at being four and
oh and the Chiefs would be one in three that
they're right about the Chargers. The division part is why
I think it's important for the Chiefs.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
You're right about the Chargers.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
I think the Chiefs are would resign that and say
I'm chasing the Broncos, who some people had winning the division.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
Some people a little higher on the theater.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
The Chiefs, I think they're like, nah, we can catch them,
we can get them.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
I give you the Charger they look like right now,
this early.
Speaker 6 (13:06):
And especially playing the Giants with a rookie quarterback.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
I mean, I'm don't disrespect don't be disrespecting like that.
Rob G said, they're winning the NFC East, Okay, don't
disrespect Johnny Dart like that.
Speaker 6 (13:17):
Well, the year before he had the Jets winning right
with Aaron Rodgers, Dan rob G said Baker Mayfield would
ever play again, and rob G said, oh, I'm sorry
that God, he's not listening, so I hear you, Jim
Rome on the other show.
Speaker 1 (13:32):
I hear you on the division, But I just think
I think the team could crack the Ravens.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
I don't know if they're built to.
Speaker 6 (13:40):
Got too much talent.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
Don't think they don't. I don't.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
This is where I don't agree they do with two
guys and maybe three.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
They don't with the.
Speaker 1 (13:49):
Defense right now, and historically that's also kept them around
and then offense.
Speaker 6 (13:54):
Those two offensive guys there. I just don't they averaging
they average they scored almost forty points or what they
score their averaging? What they rob g and what did
we see what Joe Burrow? Now, I bet you the Ravens. No,
they don't have their Joe Burrow because rob that defense everybody. Yeah,
but when you look at the talent with the with
(14:14):
the Bengals, you know that they don't have anybody they got.
The Ravens have players that just haven't played there.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
They better get it together.
Speaker 6 (14:20):
Because he's not saying they don't have look.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
At their chops.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
Said it like, ooh, we got the Ravens defense. And
Lamar again, it's not just him. He might play the
Chiefs well. Throw for two twenty five, rush for eighty
you know, a couple of but end up losing thirty
two to twenty eight. Like, that's not crazy right now?
Speaker 6 (14:36):
The way his defense, I just think, I just think
the Chiefs need a win against the good team and
the idea of being at home. They don't want to
lose another home game, and they don't want to fall
back anymore in the division. All right, who needs to
win this game? More on Sunday, The Ravens or the
Chiefs one to hear from you continue this conversation eight seven,

ninety nine one Fox? Who you got who needs this
game more? The big game of the weekend, even though
both teams only have one win, Ravens and Chiefs. Who
(17:43):
needs this win more? I say the Ravens need to
win more. Rob says the Chiefs needed more?
Speaker 2 (17:48):
What say you?
Speaker 5 (17:48):
Who?
Speaker 6 (17:49):
We are Ray in Seattle. You're on the couple of
Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 4 (17:52):
What's up right, hey, gentlemen, how is it going? Thank
you for having me on on this funky flash back?
Speaker 10 (18:00):
Yes, sir, Yes, that's right.
Speaker 5 (18:03):
I'm with Rob on this one.
Speaker 4 (18:04):
It's got to be the Chiefs man. I think the
Ravens can call call back from.
Speaker 5 (18:09):
The division if they lose, because the Steelers, you know,
the brown and the Cincinnati Bengals, They're all gonna be
hurting by the middle of the season. I haven't even
started playing their conferences yet, but with three games back
against the Chargers and then the Denver the where they're playing,
you never know.
Speaker 4 (18:25):
I think Kansas City might be.
Speaker 6 (18:26):
Cooked, right, that's I think it's a big game, no doubt,
right because of the division, more so than confidence wise, Kelvin,
you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
Listen, I told you the division. I hear you on that.
Speaker 1 (18:38):
I just think the Ravens' mentality if they lose another one.
You saw Derek can't read a fellout all over the bleachers,
I mean the bench. He couldn't even fall on the bench, right,
he was falling, fumbling, literally on the field and on
the bench.
Speaker 6 (18:52):
Dion in Texas, you're on the couple of Fox Sports Radio.
What's up, Dion?
Speaker 5 (18:56):
Hey, happy Friday.
Speaker 4 (18:57):
Thanks for having me. Two quick points, man, Ravens, I
think they needed a little bit more, and just for
two quick reasons. One is Lamar you already said it before.
He's won and five against Mahomes, and he also lost
a hand couple of games, you know, a handful of games.
Also again, well this year I might.
Speaker 6 (19:13):
Not be playing la uh.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
Right, he may not play him in the playoffs, but
I do think they are playoff bound.
Speaker 6 (19:21):
He might not play Mahomes is what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (19:24):
He may not, he may play Josh Allen, but I
do think this is a confidence booster, whether he paid
Josh Allen or Mahomes in the playoffs. And then number two,
the last time that Kandas City won the Super Bowl,
they went on the road. I'm not mistaken. They had
a home game and then they went to play Buffalo
to beat Buffalo on the road. Then they beat Lamar
on the road. So I don't think they ain't worried
about the division.
Speaker 6 (19:43):
It ain't that same team though. I'm just telling you,
and yeah, there's a chance that you might be in
third place there, it's just not the same chance.
Speaker 4 (19:51):
But if they get in the playoffs, watch out.
Speaker 6 (19:54):
I think that's easy to say that. People said that
last year about the Super Bowl. Super You're missing it.
People said that last year that all they had to
do is get to the Super Bowl, and I was like, no,
they didn't play well all year and they got blowed
out in the Super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
They got they got. However, they gave themselves a shot
in the Super Bowl.
Speaker 6 (20:15):
No, No, But that's the same thing all these damn
NBA experts. Who are you afraid of about West? Then
the Lake had got Lebron and Luca I take him
over anybody. If they get into the playoffs, they'll be fine.
And guess what they got blowed out in the first.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
Time they get blow out. Here's the difference.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
Okay, here, Patrick Mahomes is thirty in his prime with
the most of you know, some young guys around him
his prime, and he's got three rings where Lebron only
got one.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
My point, ain't got none.
Speaker 6 (20:44):
My point is that's not what people were saying. Just
let them get in the playoffs. There's nobody in the
West who would you rather have the nose two? And
it was all.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
Bs not apples apples to me because the Chiefs have
done this regularly.
Speaker 6 (21:00):
Yeah, but at some point it's not the same Rockefeller
in Louisiana. You're on the couple of Fox Sports Radio.
What's up?
Speaker 5 (21:07):
Rod Man? What's up? Robin Kelvin Man, Look, Hector Friday, y'all,
I'm a long time listener. I'm a big fan of yours.
Speaker 6 (21:14):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (21:14):
I've been listening to you for a long time, watching
your TV. Why listening to y'all when you're pumping in
with chritis bruesalt. But let me tell you right now,
I think both teams need the game bad. Both of
them need a bad The Rainbows defense is bad and
the Chiefs offense is bad. So both teams are in
deferation mode right now.
Speaker 6 (21:32):
Right Have you had to pick one? No, Rockefeller, I agree,
We both agree.
Speaker 2 (21:36):
Yeah, we both agree the Chiefs.
Speaker 6 (21:38):
Why is it about the division? Because the division is
slipping of what a little bit of both?
Speaker 5 (21:43):
A little bit about the division is tough. Dravis Kelsey
is old, mahomes don't have any weapons. So I mean
it's like I said, it's tough on both sides. Man,
But you know not to be along on the call.
But like I said, man, I've been listening to y'all
for a long time. I never got a chance to call,
Thank God off for y'all.
Speaker 10 (22:01):
Go off of what y'all Luca and Ron him Causiana. Indeed, wow,
I always fall to listen to y'all guys, and I
met all Ron folks. Like I said, I've been a
fan of his and for a long time. So keep
doing what y'all doing, man, I appreciate it.
Speaker 6 (22:14):
Thank you, Rockefeller. Man, made Jay No Doubt and New Orleans. Hey,
Luis has some good baseball scores to get you caught
up because already, yes we do.
Speaker 1 (22:26):
Hey, we got Sean King on the other side right now,
Steven Seger and what's trending Hasty.
Speaker 3 (22:30):
Fox Sports Radio has the best sports talk lineup in
the nation. Catch all of our shows at Foxsports Radio

Speaker 1 (22:41):
Live our couple Robin Kelvin on the Fucking Flashback Friday,
and as we always are joined on Fridays, we got
our man, Sean King, former NFL quarterback Fox Sports Radio
NFL analyst Real Sean King on x Yes, right, we're
now with the King.
Speaker 2 (23:00):
Uh, what's up, Sean?
Speaker 5 (23:04):
What's up? What's up?
Speaker 6 (23:05):
I almost didn't want you back on the show unless
you could admit Matthew Stafford's not the best quarterback in
the league. But we won't even go there. I'll just
leave you alone.
Speaker 1 (23:13):
Yeah, Hey, Sean, I had to hear about that for
an hour. He was still I'm trying to warm up
my food. He started telling me at the microwave.
Speaker 5 (23:20):
Well, I mean, outside of Rob putting the voodoo curse
on it shield goal block units of about ten teams
all at once. The Rails went to Philly and out
play they win to lose.
Speaker 6 (23:33):
Sports has a short value. Okay, thank you lost? All right? Hey,
well we're gonna go move off of that. Let's go here.
Who needs up to win more? Is it Baltimore or
is it the Chiefs who needs to win this game?
Speaker 3 (23:47):
Baltimore?
Speaker 5 (23:48):
I mean the Chiefs of excuses. I mean that without
Xavier Worthy and Rashid Rice for most of this Baltimore
for the most part, is healthy. I mean who they
missing Isaiah likely?
Speaker 6 (23:57):
But what about? What? What about the division? Like, seriously,
I get what you're saying, Baltimore, but the division the
where Baltimore is in the AFC North, they have a
chance to win that division. Who's in their way? Cleveland's bad? Uh?
The Bengals don't have their quarterback and the Steelers have
a forty year old quarterback in the division. Could they
(24:18):
still not win that division?
Speaker 5 (24:20):
Well? I think they got more room for Era, especially
considering how the Chargers are playing and r I mean,
Denver's lost a couple of games late, So I think
the Chiefs have less marsin for Era than the Ravens to,
especially considering Joe Burrow is probably gonna be out for
the rest of the year and Jack Brown and definitely
(24:40):
didn't do a lot to build any confidence in the
game versus the Viking.
Speaker 6 (24:44):
Let me let me squeeze in this real quick. Uh,
what about Russell Wilson? If you're if would you go
and make a call to get Russell Wilson If you're
the Bengals and say, dude, we got a team, we
got players, we can't give up on the season, would
you do that?
Speaker 5 (25:01):
No, Russell's the third best quarterback on the Giants. Like,
if you're gonna go get one of the Giants, Kippis,
I get Jameis.
Speaker 6 (25:07):
And crab Legs to be named later. Right.
Speaker 5 (25:10):
Yeah, I'm just saying, like, if we're being honest, no,
I'm asking you a season acquisition like Russ in twenty
twenty five. I know he blitzkrieg the Cowboys, but I
anticipate a lot of quarterbacks are gonna do that. I
don't think Russ is an elite thrower of the football
Jamis Is, I mean, if not, well, but Jamis throws
a ton of interceptions.
Speaker 6 (25:31):
That's why he can't be a starting quarterback. He'll throw
you four, but he throws four interceptions.
Speaker 5 (25:36):
Come on, if you put Jamis on that team with
Jamar Chase and t Higgins and Jessekee and Chase, I disagree.
Speaker 6 (25:43):
He's a turnover machine. That's why he's not a starter.
He has so much talent. He gives up the ball
too much. He just does.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
He does.
Speaker 5 (25:51):
You go back, if you go back, if you go back,
and the results matter, but if you go back. Jamis
is also one of the most unlucky back to that
we've ever seen. Like Brock Purdy has more balls deflected
to hit the grass than anybody I've ever seen. If
Jamis throws the ball and it's not perfect, it gets picked.
I mean, if it bounces off something like, all of
(26:12):
them fall in the hands of the defense. And sometimes
I think that will regress and this will be a
chance for him. People had written off Sam Donald, look
at him. People had written off Daniel Jones, look at him.
I know it's early for both of those quarterbacks, but
maybe Jamis is in that same Oh no.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
Sean, I feel like I feel like Jamis loves his
role as a backup, eating w's with people having other
you can't eat another man W.
Speaker 2 (26:37):
Man.
Speaker 5 (26:38):
All I'm saying is if I was a GM of
the Bengals and I was going to call the Giants,
it would be for Jamis Winston.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
Now I get it. I think I think the ceiling
is still high.
Speaker 1 (26:46):
I get what you mean by that, even though he
turns out he's more explosive at this point.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
Let me go here.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
Ain't nobody denying that? Let me ask you what just
brought up Sam Donald? I want to go to that game,
but I don't want to talk about Sam Donal. I
want to talk about who is Kyler Murray?
Speaker 10 (26:59):
You?
Speaker 1 (26:59):
You know, the position, you coach, the position you played,
the position. Who is Kyler Murray? After all this, I
feel like he gets more of a pass. And so
many other young quarterbacks give or take a year above
his age, maybe a year older, who we would be
criticized and are expecting more from, or we say the
talent's there, but why aren't the w stacking up? Kyler
Murray kind of just gets to escape with nobody looking.
Speaker 5 (27:21):
Well. It's interesting because and shout out to the big
Wells who always treated me great when I was there.
The Cardinals are irrelevant, like the coverage of that particular
brand is non existent. So that's why Kyler gets a pass.
Speaker 6 (27:36):
I don't disagree with you, I'd understand.
Speaker 5 (27:39):
I think the lesson to be learned is because we
have a quarterback that at a point in his career
when his contract is up. If I don't think said quarterback,
whether that be Kyler, Murray or tul if I don't think,
I know when the championship with that quarterback, I'd rather
not have one than give that quarterback a all tie
(28:00):
year deal at a price point where we can't move
on from him. And I think the Cardinals and the
Dolphins are in the same spot. They gave those extensions
at the going rate and they now know. I think
it inside of both organizations that we can't win a
championship with this guy, but they're stuck.
Speaker 6 (28:16):
Yeah. Uh, it's you're damned if you do, damned if
you don't. If you don't sign the guy, then you
wind up paying later like the Cowboys wind up with
Dak paying him sixty million dollars. You know what, because
they didn't They didn't sign him earlier, because showing the
longer you go, the more it's gonna cost you. It
doesn't matter whether you're good or not, like the asking
(28:38):
price or what they decide they're gonna pay you. I mean,
that's that's the problem with their paying the position rather
than the player. Correct.
Speaker 5 (28:46):
I agree with that totally. I'm just saying, if I'm
an organization, I'd rather go a year or two trying
to find a guy then to be stuck for four
or five with a guy. Get No, we can't win.
That's all I was saying.
Speaker 6 (28:58):
I agree. I just think that's where they are. I'm
with you. Sometimes I would rather walk away than pay
some of those guys. Let's let's talk about Sam Donald
and the Seahawks, and I'm not Sam. Sam Donald lost
it for me when he had the two bad games
at the end of the year, and I was totally
in lockstep with Minnesota moving on from him. Where are
(29:22):
you on Sam Donald and his long range? Not just
playing well for some games, but can you win with him?
Is he the guy?
Speaker 5 (29:30):
I think he's a good regular season quarterback. He's got
to prove that he can handle the pressure of the playoffs. See,
I agree with you. I think it was a game,
a division game that the last game of the years.
Speaker 6 (29:43):
Remember that and they were in the reds four times
and he couldn't remember, they couldn't score.
Speaker 5 (29:49):
He was awful. So he's got to play his way
out of that. But for Seattle, if they were gonna
get off of Gino Smith, he was the best available
option for what they want to do, and so far,
so good.
Speaker 1 (30:00):
Let me go here, real quick shot. The Eagles Buccaneers.
That should be a good game. You got the Buccaneers
who are playing some good football. Baker comes back the
Eagles obviously, as we know, rating champs. But I want
to start with the Eagles and Aj Brown saying, give
me more targets. We could be more explosive. We got
some dogs on this team. On the other side, people say,
(30:21):
hey man, you're winning. Mind your businesses, keep playing football,
keep winning. Where do you come out on this with
Are you more in lign with Aj Brown like finding
his way to make this more explosive or a win
is a win is a win.
Speaker 5 (30:34):
I think if you're going to allocate resources at the
position like they have with the contract they gave Aj
in the contract they gave Devonte Smith, why then not
use them. I think what Aj showed in the Rams game,
he doesn't have to be open to be great. I mean,
he wasn't open on a lot of those catches, but
he's a very good contested catch guy. He gets extremely frustrated.
(30:57):
That's why he started reading books on the sideline accomplice.
As Jalen Hurts has been, he goes through these stretches
where he just does not attempt to push the ball
to its outside receivers. It's worked for Philly so far.
I think Philly could be even better. They did.
Speaker 6 (31:12):
They play really well in the second half though, I
mean touchdowns. I mean I don't. I just don't when
you're winning.
Speaker 5 (31:18):
I'm not, no, not you, not you.
Speaker 6 (31:21):
I'm just saying like that. That seems so selfish to me.
It'd be one thing if you lost and you couldn't
move the ball in the second half, you know what
I mean, and you didn't use your weapons. But when
you're winning and that, guys, what is he's seventeen or
eighteen and zero in his last eighteen games.
Speaker 5 (31:36):
Look at it from this standpoint, we're happy with the
success we've had, but as we get more experience and
more time under our built we should also be evolving
in a positive way. We should be getting better, right
we should be getting more consistent utilizing all of our
weapons week in and week out. So it's not a criticism,
it's just something. If I'm Sirianni, I challenge the offense
(31:58):
to continue to get better. They're more dynamic when they
throw the ball outside because it opens up more space
for Saquon and Jalen to run the ball.
Speaker 2 (32:06):
Yeah, they got to figure out where to get Squon going.
Speaker 6 (32:08):
I mean, right now is over, it's all done.
Speaker 1 (32:11):
Yeah, he didn't look at anything. It's not that he's
not talented. Still, you know, all right, well shot.
Speaker 5 (32:18):
You wouldn't say that teams are teams are loading the box.
They're saying we're gonna take sa Quan away and force
Hurts to beat us.
Speaker 6 (32:24):
So and yeah, that that didn't work out in the
Super Bowl, I'll tell you that.
Speaker 5 (32:28):
Hey, Jalen is the defending Super Bowl champion and Super
Bowl MVP. I will say this though, before I go
shout out to all the bad quarterbacks that Shadu talked about.
Speaker 6 (32:37):
Yeah, including including Shador because he can't even get off
the bench and they have the worst rated quarterback in
the league.
Speaker 1 (32:45):
Hey, you know we're getting on that a little bit
later in the show San you can bet on that
you appreciate you.
Speaker 2 (32:51):
All Right, A good day, no doubt, have a good
weekend all right.

All Right, I want you to remember the other day

all right, I forgot what I was yesterday. But it
wasn't three and oh one and two three okay, it waszing.
Speaker 2 (35:03):
Three Okay, Alex hit the music.
Speaker 6 (35:07):
Now I'm twenty five, twenty three and twenty five, Sorry
about that.
Speaker 2 (35:12):
You know, I'm not mad at you though. You've had
a nice bottle week or so.
Speaker 6 (35:15):
I was able to get back there.
Speaker 2 (35:17):
And yeah, you're even fighting back. You're fighting back like
somebody hairline. You're fighting back.
Speaker 6 (35:23):
Hey see where mine is is still here, man, I'm
hanging in.
Speaker 2 (35:27):
Oh listen, you've done good for yourself.
Speaker 6 (35:30):
I'm happy.
Speaker 2 (35:31):
I think I'm good at the age I am at
this point. I think I made it. I think I
made it all right.
Speaker 6 (35:35):
Here we go, Boston plus one and a half runs
playing the Tigers in Boston, Yankees minus one and a half,
hosting the Orioles, and the Cincinnati Reds plus one and
a half taking on the Milwaukee Brewers in Milwaukee. So again,
(35:56):
Cincinnati plus one and a half, the Yankees is one
and a half, and Boston plus one and a half.
And remember, Calvin, I'm not telling you who to bet on.
I'm telling you why bet on.
Speaker 1 (36:08):
All right, there you have it. We'll see how you're doing.
We'll check back in on Monday. Uh man. You know,
we got one of the games that we thought would
be a little bit bigger. We had a little bit
more hopes for it, but it's not quite the biggest one.
Right now is you got the Packers. They'll be in
town taking on the Cowboys, and that's obviously the return
of Micah to Dallas.
Speaker 2 (36:28):
What can we expect?
Speaker 6 (36:29):
Turn off your Micah, turn off your.
Speaker 1 (36:31):
Michael, which is by the way, has it been turned off?
I ain't heard nothing from him, so I'm assuming he
look like he might have turned off.
Speaker 6 (36:37):
Did he stopped the podcast?
Speaker 1 (36:38):
Yeah, he said he's gonna, you know, focus on football
and lock in and so far him pause, yeah, oh
it's coming pause, it's coming back. He definitely ain't shutting
it down. Alex pause, Yeah, pause that. But I was thinking, Rob,
I was, if I'm a Cowboy fan, I'm gonna boom
Micah after the first you know, like I'm the boom
(37:00):
because he's on the opposing team. But I'm not gonna
do the ceremonial, you know, and starting get outside linebacker
Mike got parts because the real booze I think in
Dallas at some point they got to start projecting them
boos at Jerry.
Speaker 5 (37:13):
Nah.
Speaker 6 (37:13):
You couldn't be more wrong on this way.
Speaker 2 (37:15):
And I know it's hard and I know, but.
Speaker 6 (37:18):
Too many to be traded. He has to be traded.
Speaker 2 (37:21):
Why why would you know, why do you have this
elected memory? He said he wanted to be there.
Speaker 1 (37:27):
No, he did not, that's what he said, Rob g
did he knocked about it? He said, I wanted to
be a cowboy.
Speaker 6 (37:32):
Ever month that was after and then he went in
and his people went to Jerry and them and said
that he wanted to be traded and not that.
Speaker 1 (37:42):
We used to have conversations about him coming out saying
it before he talked his agent. We like, dude, don't
say that publicly. I want to be a cowboy for.
Speaker 6 (37:50):
Like, no Google, when he asked for the trade, there's
a story, Rob g Am I missing this.
Speaker 7 (37:57):
I think you're both right. He's got different viewpoints of
and you're drawing the line of demarcation.
Speaker 6 (38:02):
But at some point he asked to be traded.
Speaker 1 (38:05):
Jarry, I hear you, and I believe it's after he
felt like he was being wrong, was.
Speaker 6 (38:11):
Being called who has to be traded?
Speaker 3 (38:13):
Do?
Speaker 6 (38:13):
What? What do you want? You asked me to trade you?
Speaker 1 (38:15):
But this is after your owner has bundled, bumbled and
fumbled something multiple times.
Speaker 2 (38:21):
He can blunder things, and so at some point.
Speaker 1 (38:24):
No, like you had everybody mad at Matt Miller, right,
money too late money too early, not going after people
like like Derrick Henry.
Speaker 2 (38:34):
At some point you got a Matt Millan. This thing
put a little iro on him. Dang it. You go
form the protest
