on your line when you do call up, it's your
own fault.
Speaker 2 (02:10):
It means only one thing.
Speaker 3 (02:12):
You forgot to turn down the radio.
Speaker 2 (02:14):

his teeth, Kelvin.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
Kelvin allegedly, yes, allegedly something. I have a whole somewhere. Yeah,
just hit me with the music, Alex.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
Yes, Alex, my two just my toothfist is hurt. I
went to the dentist today.
Speaker 4 (03:04):
The only thing more painful than the procedure was the
price test.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
Joke, these little things right here.
Speaker 4 (03:13):
It's repentiless, but I'm I'm I'm gonna, I'm here.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
You are. I had eight needles, but I'm still here.
So did you ever see that?
Speaker 1 (03:21):
Ya?
Speaker 2 (03:21):
Wait till you see what damage they did to my mouth?
Speaker 1 (03:24):
You were owing them money? Did they punch you? Like
for payment? Hey, you've been ignoring our emails and our mail,
so we need our payment, and like did a jack
of tooth kind of like some some mafia stuff.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
Felt like that unbelievable.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
The only thing worse would be winning us NBA Cup
and then get get the thumb.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
What was that?
Speaker 1 (03:47):
Hey, we're gonna we're gonna talk further about that was
that There are a few things where you see it
or you let's say you heard the hubbub about it.
It's probably not that big, like y'all exaggerating, and then
you see it You're like, oh no, that was I'll
tell you violation on one hundred.
Speaker 4 (04:02):
Rounson's reaction is priceless, like he really is.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Like, dude, you ever heard of the phrase not right now.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
We're gonna talk about that. I agree with you because
that was Come on, bro, anybody's seen it. If you
have not seen the video, then you.
Speaker 1 (04:17):
Got it because because you have to see it before
we talk about it, because you'll think, you know, they're
putt a little extra sauce on.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
It wasn't that bad. No, no, no, they're no extra sauce.
It is what it is. All right, Let's welcome in
the odd couple crew because you wouldn't be able to
do this fine radio program without him.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Rob g is all producer. Mexican is bad. There you
go run. It used to be to go, but Mexican
is like to go. I don't know what happened. Alex
is our engineer.
Speaker 5 (04:43):
You're a hidden talent, no doubt.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
Monty Blago is at the anchor. Keep us.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
You know what this mic is good? It blocks it
so you kept it the point. But by the way,
can I just say, it's just like you and the haircut.
You're the one who draws the I need a haircut,
but like you keep drawing attention.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
I need it too.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
You know it's funny I just sat here with you
for three hours and not realize the truth that.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
It just means you on looking at me. Well I'm not.
Speaker 1 (05:15):
I'm not looking at my mouth. But to say I'm
not not looking at my mouth, that's what I'm saying.
Definitely see now, really not. I promise you you're fine, brother.
Like if we were going out in the streets and
night hanging out something, no, I would still be. I
think you're good man, okay. And I laughed too hard
at my jokes with their tonight that.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
I laughed tonight, my hand will be over my mouth.
Speaker 4 (05:37):
You just gotta find that smooth, that's right. And Elijah
is how social media gurgle, so he.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
Can photoshop a twoth thing while we do the show
on YouTube. Like they'll never even know.
Speaker 4 (05:54):
I know, tonight is the night. I don't want us
to be on YouTube. Okay, I want us to be
on YouTube.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
Can we be on too? Two?
Speaker 3 (06:03):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (06:03):
I guess I can't believe they took it too because
you ain't paying the bill, that's okay.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
For over forty years, tire Rack has been helping customers
find the right tires for how what and where they
drive ship fast and free back by free road has
a protection with convenient installation options like mobile tire inst
the lashatar rack dot com the way tire buying should
be rob g. We do have news coming out of Miami.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
Welcome to the city where the heat is on, not
that bent to the Welcome to Miami involved.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
Don't play that song because you have to be say
goodbye to Miami.
Speaker 7 (06:37):
Because all signs pointing to to a tongue of byla
days being numbered down in South Beach. Talked about a
little bit yesterday and now it's been confirmed. Mike McDaniel
and the Miami Dolphins are benching their QB one to
a tongue of by Loya. Not only is he being benched,
he's not even the backup anymore. He is now the
emergency third quarterback behind rookie Quinn Yours and Jets legend
(07:00):
Zach Wilson. According to Mike McDaniel, he said, quote, Quinn's
getting the start because he gives us.
Speaker 2 (07:06):
The best chance to win. To is future uncertain?
Speaker 1 (07:13):
You want to go first? Well, look, it's simple to me.
Tua is a product of when you're not the it person.
You know you ever been rock When you were out
in the streets, rob or you looking at a young lady.
You got the perfect girl, and you'll get a lot
more grace when you look the part.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
If she's exactly how you like.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Physically, she's five whatever, she's got these assets, she's smart,
she's got this great smile, she's not missing a tooth,
she's got a wow. I'm just saying her, not you.
She's got a job, everything great. You know what you do,
You're a lot a lot of grace when she ain't.
When she's stacked like that, when she's got it going
(07:53):
on like that, you start to allow, well, maybe she
snapped a little attitude at me, or yeah, well maybe
she did. Is she has a little late problem, But
I can do with that. When she's got it going
on like that. It Tua is the opposite, because he's
the little engine that could. We always are looking for
the faults in Tua. You know, Tua is not strong enough.
Tua is too small, His arm isn't this. He can't
(08:14):
really run. And I think part of it also stems
back from college. He was a little backup that came
in and had the nice Disney moment and came in
and saved the day in a big game, and I
think he always viewed that way. I don't think you've
ever been viewed fully as a franchise guy, at least
particularly in the league, and now it seems within his
own organization. And I also think he is dealing with
(08:34):
the concussions where you still look at him as man.
He's a hit away, he's a hit away, and then
when he does something great, you gota ignore it. I
don't know anybody who's had more nice games that we
never bring up. We never bring it up. We don't
talk about it. That's a good game, that's a great throw.
We just move on. And I also think he is
being the byproduct or the scapegoat for a lot of
(08:55):
chaos down there in Miami. Mike McDaniels let them run
a asylum at times, a lot of miscommunication issues, guys
aren't happy, guys leaving, talking, bad guys on the team.
Tyreek Hill loves him, then he does it, now he
hates him again, And I think he's kind of become
easy to be the scapegoat or the fall guy. I'm
not saying he's been great every year. He's got fifteen interceptions.
(09:16):
He's leading the league. You don't want to be that, obviously,
But what did we talk about last or a couple
days ago. They went on a four game winning street.
They had quietly been getting better and better and back
to what they hoped they'd be. And I feel like
he often can be the scapegoat. But again, I just
think he is because he never had the assets. He
never walked in as the big guy. He's never been
(09:37):
the Justin Herbert prototypical. He looks the part feeling like
he was always fighting an uphill battle, and anytime that
one of those issues would arise, it was confirmation bias.
Why he is not the guy? Why Tua ain't that?
And that's why, because he's been equally as good as
many and not as bad as we've made it out
to be.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
I agree with you. I think this whole thing's it stinks.
It wreeks.
Speaker 4 (10:03):
I'm gonna call it a tool fish because it's that bad.
Speaker 1 (10:07):
Go for some right now, but don't laugh out. I
got my hand over my mouth. No, seriously, this is outrageous.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
This is a desperate coach who's trying to push the black.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Before the last game, which was bad, I raised my hand.
It was bad.
Speaker 4 (10:27):
He played poorly. They had just won four games in
a row. What are we talking about? I wish somebody
down there in Miami would have said to the coach, right, Uh,
this season, Tua has a higher passer rating.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
Than Joe Burrow, Trevor Lawrence.
Speaker 4 (10:48):
Jane Daniels, and only one point behind where Patrick Mahomes was.
That's the guy you're benching for. Two scrubs behind him,
and he's.
Speaker 2 (10:57):
The third underachieved.
Speaker 1 (10:59):
Okay, he was supposed to be that guy and they
never worked out, So you don't act like he's that guy.
Speaker 4 (11:04):
Right, This is what I'm saying. And in his career,
if you compare him to his peers like Trevor Lawrence,
Justin Herbert and Jordan Love, guess what. Tua is number
one and win percentage, number two in passing yards per game,
number two in passer rating, and tied for first in
(11:25):
Pro Bowl nods.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
What are we doing here?
Speaker 4 (11:28):
No wonder Miami weeks a bad Tua fish?
Speaker 2 (11:34):
What is going on?
Speaker 4 (11:36):
Look at the man as the whole and he dropped
the seventy piece and we're not talking about nuggets. That
was seventy full pieces of chicken. Do you remember the game? Like,
what do we It's always towards fault no matter what's going.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
On there in Miami. I get it.
Speaker 4 (11:57):
Because he was a toss salad, because you got banged around.
They always look at it like, whenever something goes wrong,
just blame that guy, Blame the little lefty who can't
stay healthy. Seriously, but the numbers, would you bett justin Herbert,
I just gave you.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
These are his peers.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
You know the league is still drooling waiting for it
to become the guy exactly.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
It doesn't make any sense. It's mind boggling.
Speaker 4 (12:24):
And you wonder all the time why certain organizations don't win,
why the Dolphins haven't won since indeed, Moby Dick was
a guppy. I mean that is so fitting for those fins.
Those are that organization dead fish laying around in the water.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
Awful.
Speaker 1 (12:46):
I just think too the issue with him, and I
was telling Robb Gi this. I think the other issue
with Miami specifically is Mike McDaniels hasn't been as bad
as it seems at times, and two hasn't either, But
when they're bad collectively, it looks.
Speaker 4 (13:00):
I'm done with Mike mcdannel R. I don't care if he's
black or white. I don't care.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
Yes, you do either way. But if Michael Jackson are
you talking about right now? I kid you not.
Speaker 8 (13:09):
I looked at Elijah. I's like, there's no way Ron
Parker's defending a black quarterback right now. He's like, he's
not black. I'm not black. He makes sense.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
He's the Samoan Sniper is his nickname.
Speaker 4 (13:19):
But I'm talking about the coach, some other coach who
doesn't even know what what if he's black or white.
Speaker 1 (13:23):
I'm just saying the issue with them is they fizzled
out in the playoffs that I told you.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
We talked about this last season.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
You got mad issues Tyreek Hill, this guy, you know,
the big story comes out. Mike McDaniels has all these
guys coming in late, never checking him, and so then
two has to be the guy to kind of check people,
and it doesn't really seem authentic coming from him. So
when they aren't great, it is also then becomes a
spectacle down there, and that adds to why it looks
(13:50):
even worse because they, as you mentioned there, they haven't
been bad together, the coach and the quarterback as far
as how they've been over the last five years since
they've kind of really started their run. They haven't been horrible.
But when it is horrible, it looks bad. When it
is horrible, it's a lot of yak in the yak
and talking and beef and guys don't like this, and
now Tyreek Hill putting the uh the thank you out there,
(14:12):
you know, or a sorry to peace sign, you know,
and then saying little stuff by the way, I don't
like Tyer Hill drives me crazy. One minute, you'd love
to remember. Oh, he's more accurate, he's more this than Patrick.
Speaker 4 (14:23):
I love.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
Then I'm just saying, look, I'm saying, don't be my guy,
and don't be or the chips on you know down,
do not be my guy.
Speaker 2 (14:32):
Now if you ride with me, you ride with me.
You know what I mean. I don't like that.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
I'm not a fan of fair Weather, but yeah that
I Tua hasn't been great. You can't have twenty touchdowns
of fifteen interceptions, but the idea that he is the
reason why this team has been mediocre up and down,
or to act like he's fully full of blame. Mike McDaniel,
I do need you to get some of that mirror
and put some of that the half that smoke on
you too.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
I need you look in that mirror.
Speaker 4 (14:54):

Speaker 2 (17:06):
Is he a bum? Eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox?
What do you saying?
Speaker 4 (17:10):
Let's go with Barb in Illinois. You're in the ydd
couple of Fox Sports Radio. What's up, Barb?
Speaker 2 (17:15):
How are you? Boubla?
Speaker 9 (17:17):
I'm good? Happy holidays, Happy holiday? Thank you. I want
to just say, Mike McDaniel is pulling a c y
a and help. It isn't the first time, won't be
the last time. Mike needs to go.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
I hear you, right.
Speaker 1 (17:37):
I mean I told her I'm with barbing that I
need a lot more smoke aimed at him.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
You know, I need a lot more that the blame pointed. Welcome,
thank you.
Speaker 4 (17:46):
How about Meg? Another bubla Meg? In Montana? You're on
the yard couple of Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
How are you?
Speaker 1 (17:52):
Meg?
Speaker 10 (17:53):
Hey?
Speaker 5 (17:54):
Rob?
Speaker 10 (17:54):
I'm doing all right considering the Dolphins just scutty lemonade,
I know.
Speaker 1 (17:58):
Right, well, I mean, listen, you guys at least started
to win four in a row, and I want to
at least a decent team.
Speaker 10 (18:04):
Which was definitely in spite of Tua somehow our defense
and our running.
Speaker 5 (18:13):
Back h and the man.
Speaker 2 (18:14):
Yeah, he's been balled it down.
Speaker 10 (18:17):
Mike McDaniel may have made some questionable play calls this season,
but sorry, Barb, I disagree. McDaniel is not the problem.
Tua is the problem. Bench him.
Speaker 9 (18:27):
See what we have.
Speaker 10 (18:28):
I'm so sick of him. You never want your quarterback's
leading stat to be the most interceptions in the NFL.
Speaker 2 (18:34):
Oh, there's no doubt. Oh, we agree with that.
Speaker 4 (18:37):
The interception fifteen is really high.
Speaker 2 (18:40):
And he played pool against Pittsburgh.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
But you knew that was going to happen. He was
five and forty degree or below weather. So now it's
oh and six.
Speaker 2 (18:47):
So all right, Meg, thank you, and happy holidays.
Speaker 10 (18:51):
Happy holidays, Rob you Towo Covin.
Speaker 2 (18:53):
Appreciate it, Thank you.
Speaker 4 (18:54):
Enjoy Dennis in Las Vegas. You're on the couple. Fox
Sports Radio.
Speaker 2 (18:59):
What's up, Dennis, Hey, guys, a great show. Thank you,
appreciate you.
Speaker 3 (19:06):
Longtime Dolphins fan.
Speaker 5 (19:08):
The Dolphins have to do this.
Speaker 10 (19:10):
I don't think they're putting all the blame onto it.
They need to see who they got and this hure guy.
Speaker 9 (19:16):
Listen, Tua is an okay quarterback.
Speaker 5 (19:20):
Most quarterbacks in the NFL are okay or average.
Speaker 10 (19:23):
He's been the beneficiary of some great wide receiver play.
Speaker 3 (19:28):
The scheme they do on offense.
Speaker 5 (19:30):
If if the guy's not right wide open, he doesn't
usually hit him. He doesn't have a spectacular arm, and
most quarterbacks don't. There's only a few good quarterbacks.
Speaker 10 (19:39):
They need to see who they got.
Speaker 4 (19:41):
Now, do you really let me let me say this
real quick and I'll let you continue. You really think
they're gonna find a quarterback between these two guys.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
I'm just asking you just I would rather.
Speaker 5 (19:51):
I'd rather there's only one. There's only one way to
find out. They're gonna have to play.
Speaker 4 (19:57):
And what I'm asking you, I get it, Dennis. But
I'm just asking you. Do you think one of these
two guys will be your quarterback next year?
Speaker 5 (20:08):
That's all well, as a fan, you want to hope so,
but I understand what you're being analytical and subjective laws
of averages say probably probably not.
Speaker 4 (20:21):
I would right now, I would rather have a shrimp
skewer than yours.
Speaker 2 (20:26):
Yeah, then go with yours.
Speaker 1 (20:27):
I'm just saying, listen, yeah, And I give what Dennis
is saying, Man, I think the yeah, two of the
issue is they also bought into him, right, forty five
something dollion dollars. They bought it, yeah, and they sold
it as if that was their guys. So then it
turns into what happened.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
So, but you know what the problem is and and
the way that the system is set up. The NFL
has done this to themselves instead of giving people real
contracts three or four years, Kelvin, if you play well,
you get another one.
Speaker 2 (20:54):
If you don't play well, you get hurt.
Speaker 4 (20:56):
Give somebody real a real three or four year, fully
guaranteed cons right, you have to earn another one.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
That is so simple. But no, oh no, the quarterback crazy.
Speaker 4 (21:08):
It's all of this stuff and then you can't get
rid of anybody. But the way the language is and
the same thing to Sean Watson, you you owe him
one hundred and forty million dollars against the cap if
if you cut him, you know what I mean. Like,
the NFL has done this and that's why you keep
doing this with these quarterbacks.
Speaker 3 (21:25):

I never missed your.
Speaker 5 (21:52):
Stuff, Calvin, Rob, Happy holidays, Happy NBA Cup champions?
Speaker 1 (21:58):
Oh please, Mark, no disrespect market. Let him build his
bannerud Mark, don't be don't be a shill for the NBA.
Speaker 4 (22:05):
That thing is garbage and you know it and everybody
knows it.
Speaker 5 (22:09):
Rob. I wasn't being a show for the n b A.
I was being a troll for you.
Speaker 2 (22:13):
Okay, there we go. Don't I don't mind that? Then?
How are you happy? Holidays?
Speaker 5 (22:18):
Likewise, I'm doing well. I will say that well. NBA Cup, Yeah,
I get it. It's it's not that big of a deal.
But Jam's don't Why can't you play along and do
the whole banner?
Speaker 4 (22:30):
No, No, we're gonna talk about we're talking about we
got a big top in the car that I do
want to I do want to find out if you
take your thumb in a row way after the game,
all right, the official could they tee you up? Because
I think I would have teed up Josh Harden double text.
By the way, what was what was that?
Speaker 5 (22:49):
I think it was real? Uh, it was real?
Speaker 2 (22:53):
What do you mean he said it was a ain't
falling for that?
Speaker 4 (22:55):
I know he said that, but no, no ai ai
the way that runs and jumped out of his shorts.
Speaker 5 (23:02):
Yeah, I'm saying that was apparently his excuse right right,
the video The video doesn't lie. Uh you know this
isn't the Bruder film.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
Yeah, we'll get a little deeper into that. We got
some more talk on that, but just overall, stay with
the Knicks for a little bit. Yeah, we're on. Yeah,
Mike Brown now the coach.
Speaker 4 (23:19):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
We had Antonio Daniels on.
Speaker 1 (23:21):
He was talking about how maybe pressure that you can't
just be good, you can't just make the posts. You
gotta win it all because otherwise you're saying, you know,
Timms did that. So Mike Brown's in a situation where
you gotta win.
Speaker 2 (23:32):
You buy that, I do.
Speaker 5 (23:34):
I mean, the Knicks are on a roll. They had
all the right pieces together, but they fired Tom Tibodo
for a reason. Yeah, there may have been some shortcomings
with rotations adjustments, but the Knicks had the expectation that
they're going to contend for a championship. So even though
Mike Brown and the group are doing well, it's NBA Finals,
NBA Championship or a bus. They do have a shot
(23:57):
because these turned Copperd's landscape is open without you know,
Indianda and Boston.
Speaker 2 (24:03):
If they don't get.
Speaker 5 (24:06):
He has lost two games, they might go on to
feed and the rest of the lay, so it might
be pretty sough.
Speaker 2 (24:10):
Yeah, you ain't lying about that.
Speaker 4 (24:12):
Uh how about the Spurs and where they are Wemby's back,
you know, can they contend in the West?
Speaker 3 (24:20):
The Spurs, they very well can.
Speaker 5 (24:23):
I mean, look, they beat the Thunder in the semi
finals of the NBA Cup. You know, I think the
Thunder had bigger fish to fry. But the Spurs have
shown that they're the real deal. They have, you know,
all the makings that made the pat Spurs dynasty great.
They have a generational star like Tim duncan Thick for one,
Beniama that has so many skills and they have so
many complimentary pieces, especially with their back core with de
(24:44):
Aaron Fox and Stephan Castle, Dylan Harper. Even though it's
obviously the Aaron Fox, who gets most of it because
of his all star credentials. Those two young players of
Castle and Harper are the real deal, and they also
have some other good veteran voices in the group, like
Harrison Barnes. I think the one underrated thing about this
first team is this team has had a deal with
(25:05):
injuries for one ten games, Darren Fox with eight games,
but they've been mostly still been able to win because
they have good depth and teamwork around them. So I
still would choose a Thunder, but the Spurs could very
well make it a competitive series and possibly even upside them, especially.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
When you have a guy named Wemby on the team.
Everyone knows WHI Yeah, I don't. I gotta come up
with another name for him. Mark, so that the tall guy.
You don't want to say his name once, Just say
it once, you know, because because you're going through it,
I'm gonna say it Wimby. Everyone knows swim.
Speaker 1 (25:48):
Sorry, I'm sorry, markin my bad what the graphic? We
got to use the graphic? Yeah about bad man?
Speaker 2 (25:54):
Sorry? Mark Ahead, I'm sorry. We're doing a radio show.
We just happened to be talking to you.
Speaker 5 (25:57):
Okay, it's yours show. I'm just honored to be on it. Yeah.
With Wemby, Uh, you've seen that he's overcome the blood
clot issue that's behind him. He's not ever going to
be injury free because of his body makeup. But I
think that when you're looking at his games, there's not
really any weakness. He's about the right stuff. He has
(26:18):
a lot of a lot of good resiliency. He's a
great leader. I think, as scary as it sounds, he's
just getting started. Uh this is first and many d
P o Y awards. If healthy, he'll contend for m
v P in future season.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
Is a chance that he could quit to join the Monk,
could full time? And I think that was just a
summer project. I'm just asking. I mean, not too many
people going to the Monks, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 5 (26:42):
That's that's I think that's the summer off season restoration
training regiment.
Speaker 1 (26:48):
Cut his hair too. He was dedicated. Yeah, Mark Madina
essentially Sports five but I thought, yeah, no, the the
one he was like a detect text of and he
was OCD. Yeah, Margie onder score Madina. Let me ask you,
this is there a team we're not looking at? I
think me and me and Rob had a conversation earlier.
I thought, Kevin Durant to the Rockets will be a
(27:09):
really good thing for them, could maybe potentially get them
in the Western Conference finals, a battle a thunder type team.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
Uh, he's not sold on it. But where are you
is it?
Speaker 1 (27:17):
Is it a Rockets team that maybe we're not talking
about enough? Is there a team in the East you know?
Is the Pistons seems to be on Orlando? Is it
something a team that kind of is quietly going about
their business.
Speaker 5 (27:28):
Well not quietly, but yeah, Detroit is the real deal?
K Cunningham, I think it's right.
Speaker 2 (27:32):
Now we say that a real deal? What do you
mean by that? Mark?
Speaker 4 (27:35):
Seriously, I want you to They're gonna be in the
Eastern Conference finals?
Speaker 2 (27:39):
Is that the real deal? Or they're just gonna win
a playoff series? What's what does that mean?
Speaker 5 (27:43):
Thinks vill at least get to the second round, but
they could get to the East finals if Cleveland doesn't
get tacked together. Kray Cunningham, Right now, I think it's
fourth and MVP. And they have a really good like team.
And what I mean by that is, you know, they
play well as a team, they all get along, They
have a good core, so yeah, they are the real deal.
(28:05):
What's your skepticism on the Rockets. I don't get that.
Speaker 4 (28:08):
No, I just Kevin Durant stand healthy the whole time. Uh,
you know, as as an older guy. Remember he got heard.
Speaker 2 (28:15):
The last time he got heard, he was doing a
layup line or something or at the best. That's that's it.
I mean, that's it. He could play.
Speaker 5 (28:23):
He's not going to play all eighty two. But when
on the court, he's efficient, all Star caliber level.
Speaker 2 (28:28):
But he's a great player. He's a great place.
Speaker 5 (28:30):
Unlike the Suns last year, the Rockets have a really
good roster around him with young talent, Alman Thompson, Albert Shingoon.
I mean the thunder are one A one D one
C against everyone else in the West. But Broke Houston
Denver there in the mix and Rob I know you're
going to roll your eyes here, but outside chance, I
(28:50):
would say the Lakers as like, uh dangerous playoffs.
Speaker 2 (28:55):
No, you don't, you don't believe that at all.
Speaker 5 (28:57):
That's intending mix. But Luca in that MVP combo.
Speaker 2 (29:01):
But but they defensively we've seen.
Speaker 5 (29:04):
Yeah, defensively they're terrible.
Speaker 2 (29:06):
I guess Okay, and that's why you can't. You won't
be all.
Speaker 5 (29:10):
You can't.
Speaker 1 (29:10):
It's too The Thunder are too good, Denver's too good,
Houston's too good.
Speaker 4 (29:14):
The Lakers are the only franchise with four statues out
front and two inside.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
I'm just saying.
Speaker 5 (29:22):
I agree with you here. That's not they're not on
the contending sets. I just said, dangerous playoffs seeing that
you want to want to stay.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
Yeah, I mean if you're if you're if you're not
the top two, if you're not Houston, maybe the Thunder
then obviously I think yeah, if you're, if you're in
Minnesota or a Denver, I do forget those three. If
you remember any other team, I agree that you you
know they can. They have a chance to beat in
the West. I'll give you that, all right, Mark, We
appreciate it man, Thank you holidays.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
Great to have you on as always.
Speaker 5 (29:50):
Likewise, happy holidays, and Calvin contain to keep Robin line here.
Speaker 1 (29:54):
Listen, man, that's why they pay me this medium bucks.
I appreciate your brother. We'll do it again.
Speaker 5 (29:59):
Appreciate you guys.
Speaker 1 (30:00):
