Thinking eyes music says Calvin got a thriller vibe, because.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
That's funny if this story was there was the leather joints. Okay.
The only thing that's pretty funny is why you're doing that.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
I was actually living it in college when it came
on MTV, Like that was that was a big deal.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
Everybody's older than we think you are.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
I'm just saying I ain't gonna lie my sister. My
sister actually gave you a compliment. She thought she were
you're younger than she thought. Oh yeah, what I'm saying,
you're older than she thought you were, is what I'm
trying to say. She thought you were younger than that, right.
She's like because she watched she watched us, and so
she was like some of the stuff he's saying. She's like,
like your references, She's like, how old is he? And
I was like you about this, She's like, oh, I
(03:00):
thought he was a little younger.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
Well, no, I look younger, thank you, bab a. References
are stuck these what seventies?
Speaker 4 (03:07):
That's giving him some favorite movie was made in nineteen
twenty two, nineteen thirty nine.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
I remember the color television.
Speaker 4 (03:13):
I remember when they admitted to color. Remember we couldn't vote,
Wait when we couldn't vote.
Speaker 5 (03:18):
A couple more coming here from the odd Mob. Here's
one that says that's funny. The thriller joint was funny.
Whoever that was that was a good one. Thinking eyes
music said that. Franklin Hagler says, man, Rob is tall
for no reason.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
I'm sick.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
Stand up, I stand up doing the gift.
Speaker 5 (03:32):
You know, it's just funny, Rob, you were sneaky tall,
Like I don't know why it is.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
Doesn't it just like you don't seem tall to you
kind of get oh he is tall? Hey yo. Yeah.
Everybody who meets me says that. They said, I can't
believe I'll tall you. You're really tall. Perry fam nine says,
y'all shirts look like the American flag. God bless America.
Speaker 4 (03:52):
Yeah, well, actually with you on it right now? Look
at that shot on the on the.
Speaker 2 (03:57):

United Cookies.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
With that music going on, I feel like building a
new ballroom.
Speaker 2 (04:09):
I'm just saying, all right, and they wein't got nothing
better to do.
Speaker 5 (04:13):
Let's just tear it down, build a new ballroom, the
last one in honor of In honor of our friend
Chris christ we started rest in peace. No longer with us,
says the hobo man. I don't know where this came from,
said Chris. Reminds me of my alcoholic uncle. He's super
religious when he's sober. Shout out, Chris, Marry Christian. There'll
(04:41):
be a post about that coming up today. Chris, gonna
make sure you get it right. You're gonna know the
real reason for the season.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
That's right, big yep, Baby's gonna be gonna get this
baby Jesus.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
So Chris on Instagram preaching.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
Did you see it? You always preaching? I know he
always him and the King Movement. Yeah, King shout out
to the King Movement. The first only golfer ever played
and was a King moving golf.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
That's right.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
We played in it down in Miami. That's what we
found out about Kobe. You remember that was that trick y'all?
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Oh y'all out there when it the news had passed.
It's too soon, bro was Yeah, that was rough on
I was because I was at it. I don't rob
you don't Did you come down that Sunday and Monday?
I came on Monday.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
Sunday I was at a day party and you know,
like you got spreads.
Speaker 4 (05:23):
Like what that's a great way you said it. The
spread virus kind of a thing.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
It just kind of goes like and then people are murmuring,
and all of a sudden they're like, what what happened?
Speaker 2 (05:31):
And then people are like, what what did you say? Kobe?
It was crazy, dude.
Speaker 4 (05:36):
I was at a family feud audition here in La
and you are one thousand percent correct, three hundred people
in the banquet hall at the hotel, you know, audition
and then again a gang and you here no no
right people. And I found out first working in news.
So I got a call like and I'm like, I
don't know what to do. I literally froze. Do I
tell the lady who's running this whole thing? And it
(05:58):
just starts spreading. People running out the back door crying.
It was just like a virus. You could just see
people wait, well know all of a sudden what nobody
could believe.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
It it was.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
I was really shocked, definitely where you were moment man
rp Hey, wait great Kobe Bryant, no doubt, Rob G.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
We got some NB NFL nudes.
Speaker 5 (06:14):
I should say, we got an update on the DK
metcalf saga in Pittsburgh. He was suspended yesterday for two games.
We talked about it for getting a lot of mocation
about half a million dollars.
Speaker 2 (06:23):
It's a lot of games, real money. That is real. Man.
Speaker 5 (06:27):
They don't have to necessarily guarantee his car. It's probably
gonna get sued. So my man's down big lely. He'll
be living at Rob Parker's place in a minute, that's.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
Right down side.
Speaker 5 (06:35):
You have to sleep on the So as you know,
he appealed the suspension the two games vest Okay, the
the NFL came down and said, no, your appeal is denied.
Speaker 2 (06:47):
You will be suspended the last two games.
Speaker 5 (06:49):
Can't swinging against Cleveland this week and potentially in a
huge game against Baltimore.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
Things go sideways this week. So that's the number one.
Speaker 5 (06:56):
But number two, this is equally as big of a
headline if you paying attention.
Speaker 2 (07:02):
The fan involved.
Speaker 5 (07:03):
We talked about him yesterday and he allegedly said just
called him by his government name. That's what he said.
That's his version of events. Well, the NFL and the
Lions have come down on the decision against that fan
as well, and they've determined that they will not not
take any action against the fan involved in that altercation
with DK Metcalf because quote, there was no violation of
(07:26):
the Fan Code of Conduct.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
And you know what, if they did the research and
the investigation and that's what they found out, because I'm
sure they talked to people in that section and whatnot,
and he didn't violate like some racist stuff and he
didn't do any of that, you know what I mean?
Like this is what the story that was pointed out
by DK right, like like that's where it went and
(07:48):
that's why he reacted in that way. Remember he was
far from the guy and had to walk up to him,
you know what I mean and all that, which was crazy.
But anyway, I'm with the NFL and I'm not with
all There's some NFL analysts out there who are saying, oh,
it's just so agonizing for players that have to endure
(08:09):
fans trash talking them or fans saying bad stuff about
them or ridiculing them and trying to get under their skin.
Like I just think that that's so that's a loser mentality,
that no loser mentality that sports.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
That's what fans do.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
Are you gonna do that when when the college kids
wave the thing when they but when the guys are
trying to make.
Speaker 4 (08:36):
A free throw, like distracting, I couldn't see what they're doing.
Speaker 1 (08:40):
Stop that we're trying to shoot over here? Like what
a where are we? That is your mental toughness? Right
going on the road, going in the place where they're
yelling and screaming, And I think Reggie Jackson and a
Ron and some players I've heard talk about it. There's
nothing greater than everybody's booing hell out of you and
(09:01):
called you out a name, and you're right Reggie Miller
at Madison Square.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
Garden and you and you kill Spike Lee on the court,
you know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
And people are talking junk about you and all kinds
of stuff and you prevail. That's what makes you tough.
That's a part of the game. It's not a picnic.
Everybody's not in your corner. Where when if we developed
this where everybody's gotta play nice and everybody's gonna get
his a trophy and.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
Don't say anything. Don't say anything to the players. You remember, Uh,
Westbrook was wanted to play.
Speaker 1 (09:35):
One of the fans thrown out because he said Westbrook, right,
Westbriak what he say, don't don't about his name, don't.
Speaker 2 (09:42):
Call me west Break. I thought that was clever.
Speaker 1 (09:46):
I mean, really, seriously, it is clever and there should
be nothing wrong. And the same thing with the NFL.
If this guy was in violation and said some foul stuff,
racist stuff, kick him out, don't allow him to buy
any tickets.
Speaker 2 (09:59):
I'm that, But if he's.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
Just trash talking and making it, you know, and trying
to get under DK skin.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
I'm cool with that. That's that's pro sports. That's sports.
Speaker 4 (10:10):
Well, so let's do a little background. Apparently this guy
and d DK Metcalf have gotten into it before. Apparently
this is the guy that DK doesn't like. This Kennedy dude.
He's been reported to the Seattle security to pass. A
source confirmed at ESPN that the Seahawks played in Detroit
twenty two, twenty two three in twenty twenty four and
(10:32):
he had been you know, I guess harassed him.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
Rob G brought that up.
Speaker 4 (10:35):
How he's probably very strategic, very calculated with this. But
as you just mentioned, my partner in crime, that is
his that's his job, that's his right to do that.
I won thousand percent have no pri I was probe
you got a smack a fan. I'm smack a fan.
If a fan throws something at you, I know you don't.
Speaker 2 (10:53):
Agree with me. No, I don't agree with that. I
know I know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (10:57):
If fans throw something at you, I don't have a
problem with the failed the player going to stands because
we're all humans. If a fan is you know, your
brother just died, and they said, I hope he rots
into something crazy. Hey, oh, I'm not saying you should,
but I understand. Like Chris Rock once said, but when
fans are just heckling, when fans are just being creative,
when fans of the opposing team are coming to raddle
(11:21):
your feathers, ruffle your feathers, or out of your cage
a little bit, that's what they're there to do.
Speaker 2 (11:25):
And I'll give you an example.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
We talked about this a handful of weeks ago, Draymond
Green getting mad because somebody called.
Speaker 2 (11:31):
Him Angel Reese. Where are we now? Exact? Where are
where are we now?
Speaker 4 (11:35):
When he called you a basketball player who you both
have something similar. You both are tough, you both like
to get agitated with people, You grab rebounds, and you
both miss some labs.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
Plain and simple.
Speaker 4 (11:45):
That he called you somebody who was that's a arguably
a compliment, to be honest with you. And so you
called me a lady, called you a basketball player, and
yes she is a woman, and yes he took some
tongue in cheek element to it. But you can off people,
punch people, cuts people out, call your own teammates. We
didn't need it without you. We want without you. B
(12:05):
to Kevin Durant. But now all of a sudden, somebody
calling you injuries a clever heckle. It's an issue. We've
gotten too centive. And you know what the problem with
this is. I tell both of y'all this all the time.
It's over compensation. Fans have gone too far for years.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
You've been covering this league since nineteen eighty seven.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
And all you hear about man playing in Utah was terrible.
Man playing in Denver certain places. Playing in Boston was turning.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Guy in Washington, d c.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
Who was a lawyer who had great seats and heckled
the heck out of you, right and get his name
right now.
Speaker 4 (12:37):
But but there's a difference between I know, those known
hecklers and people who say wild and racist things. Studior
players talk about playing in Boston, playing in Utah, the
racist stuff they had.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
At your right.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
And where I'm going with this is the league allowed
those kinds of things for so long that once it
started to get exposed because of cameras and cell phones,
what happened. They over compensated, and now anything the players
get to do, this get to say that, they get
to grab people point people out. He's heckling. He called
me Westbrook, he called me angel Rees. And it's gone
too far. Roup, And it's gone too far. That's a
(13:09):
part of the game. I like a good clever heckle
out of too. It's a part.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
It's a part, part of the game.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
And we can't ever get to that point where you're
putting people out for for just having fun of the game.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
And trying to get on these races.
Speaker 4 (13:22):
Got you your sibling or child just passed away or
something great and they roasting, that's that's got you, right,
But just hey, you play like angel Rees, all right, Westbrook?
Speaker 2 (13:33):
Stuff like that? Come on, man, Westbrook.
Speaker 4 (13:35):
The floats as Lebron and the Lakers playing round now,
stuff like that, Man, come on man.
Speaker 1 (13:38):

Essentially we're talking about DK Metcalf, suspension uphill the guy
(15:36):
at fault or in the mix of this, the fan
he is not gonna be disciplined from the Lions or
the league. So the conversation becomes our players getting too soft,
our fans think, you think they're crossing the line too far?
Speaker 2 (15:48):
Eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox. What are you
making this whole thing? Who we got?
Speaker 1 (15:51):
All right, let's start. Let's go to Pittsburgh. Alice Hey
in Pittsburg. How are you booble?
Speaker 7 (15:57):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (15:57):
What's happening?
Speaker 7 (15:59):
My guys?
Speaker 8 (16:00):
Do you know what the last time I talked to you?
I think you thought I hung up on you and
called me booblea but I didn't. I had it. We
must have had a bad connection.
Speaker 9 (16:07):
Okay, you're a well, I don't appreciate that. Before you
get to d DK Metcalf, are you still Luke walm
on Aaron Rodgers? Now, I mean, look where your team is.
Speaker 8 (16:19):
You know what he is? He is really endeared. There's
a guy in the middle of the road here. What
is he doing? A skateboard anyway? Okay, he's going anyway
from how I saw about him last year and early
in the season, completely different now I saw him. I
saw a video of him last week sitting singing Christmas
carols with the rest of the Steelers.
Speaker 10 (16:40):
They do this thing every year with Pittsburgh Symphony and
they do they dress up and they sing Christmas carols.
And he was sitting with all of them on the
floor looking like I can't believe how happy he looked.
And he looks like he's just happy to be here.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
I think.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
I think that's what Mike Tomlin like that He's happy,
there's no doubt about it.
Speaker 8 (17:00):
And they're anyway back to DK and I wonder before
I forget, I want to wish you guys a Merry
Christmas to all of you, and for taking my phone
calls all year.
Speaker 4 (17:10):
Now.
Speaker 2 (17:11):
We appreciate your support, you know, thank you so much.
I'm gonna winsh you on Marry Christmas.
Speaker 8 (17:16):
Hung up the.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
Oh, here's the other guy. The other guy called up
here with that nonsense. But go ahead, and Alice, where
do you think of DK.
Speaker 8 (17:29):
What I think about DK is you know this guy
has done this before, and there's a video online of him,
and I just saw the video tonight at work of
him saying that it went as planned, like screaming when
it was all over with it, when it's planned, like
he friand this whole thing okay. So even even if
he did, and even if like looking at that video
(17:50):
and looking at him, I wanted to snatch that blue
leg off his head. But DK, these guys should know better.
Speaker 11 (17:56):
What I know.
Speaker 8 (17:59):
There there may and too much money. They stand to
lose too much. And this guy is a clown. He's
probably sitting in his mother's basement right now with his
blue wig one and taking his shirt off of football
games like he didn't show his deer belly. I don't
know who.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
Let that. You can't let that guy beat you. Yeah,
and that's what DK did.
Speaker 4 (18:19):
You can't let the Hey, Alice, thank you, Mary christ
you and your family, no doubt who next?
Speaker 2 (18:25):
Chili Tim in Atlanta let me you know what call
put ChIL you disagree on?
Speaker 4 (18:31):
I think Chili making a point to disagree with you
on every I was like today is today is Tuesday?
Speaker 9 (18:36):
Like?
Speaker 2 (18:36):
Well, Kelvin. You know it's already Wednesday in Japan. Hey,
Jim is gonna call him like he sees you. He's
been a get with me. I see him what I
see Chili?
Speaker 11 (18:48):
No man, you know GI I do I call it.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
I see it.
Speaker 11 (18:52):
I've been thinking it's robbed a couple of times.
Speaker 2 (18:53):
But that's right.
Speaker 4 (18:54):
I needed to be a couple of times a couple
Come on now, chilly, but Chili.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
Chili listens to the show. He knows I'm right a
lot right about this, a lot.
Speaker 11 (19:02):
I give you a couple of weeks, I give he
gets it right every now and then I'll give it
to him. But Merry Christmas to you guys. I really
appreciate you guys, radio show and everything tremendous, your funny God.
Sometimes you guys have me about Ben over Man just.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
Lasting with some of the crazy stuff.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Yeah, we appreciate that, but.
Speaker 3 (19:26):
I appreciate it.
Speaker 5 (19:27):
But with D K.
Speaker 11 (19:28):
Melcalf I was talking about like, how you know this
is a big game. This game is like you know,
can determine you're fighting for your you know, division and
playoffs and are you how are you not that focused?
What's going on in the game that you have to
get up and walk to the guy, and where is
everybody else around you? Like, you know, your teammates not
(19:50):
hear it, like you claiming what you heard. I agree
the people around you like didn't nobody, but nobody else
heard it. Nobody else say hey, man, where you going?
Speaker 4 (20:00):
You're right behind got to hit to him that here's
wall NBA right on your head. I admit that is
right there, or he might be sitting next to you
on to bed.
Speaker 2 (20:10):
Literally, yeah, exactly.
Speaker 11 (20:12):
So I think that's one reason why the league gave
him a two games and day upheld it because it's
like it just doesn't make sense. It's not lining up
what you're saying, DK. He is just not adding up.
And maybe you just had to remembered the guy and
you had this beef with what Yeah, that's what I think.
You gotta be smarter.
Speaker 2 (20:28):
Than that, no doubt. Hey, Merry Christmas, you and the family.
Speaker 4 (20:31):
Howadays, I absolutely think that it's one of those sick
giving up two days. I think he was sick, Like, man,
if I see this dude again, like you know, when
you see red, no matter what somebody say, try to
walk you off the ledge. I think that's where DK
was you can't be that way, especially especially to our
points earlier. If he didn't say anything racist or anything
like that, which by now I think I would have,
(20:52):
I would have assumed the NFL and the Lions would
have been full investigation. It's cameras everywhere, people posting stuff online,
your fan sitting right there. Somebody would have been like, yo, man,
that dude said blah blah blah what it is? And
there were black people because one of the videos I
saw was a black dude, it was his video. If
he said Dan work, you don't think the brother would
have been like, hey, man, I know we both Lions fans.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
Get this dude up out of here. Because he said
he said that.
Speaker 4 (21:16):
I'm not saying, I'm just telling you how I would
have assumed it would have gone so all right.
Speaker 3 (21:20):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (21:20):
On the other side, we got to talk about old
man Rivers. What do you do if you're the Colts.
We'll tell you that next. Right now, Steve the Seger,
get you set on what's trending against Steve.
Speaker 3 (21:29):
Be sure to catch live editions of The Odd Couple

iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 4 (21:41):
And Steve, thank you if I don't see your brother
Mary Christmas, Happy Holidays, see you Steve. And uh just
at Hay Steve all right, and we ended with that,
appreciate it. The odd couple Robin Kelvin on a trash
talking Tuesday. Every goal starts with an assist on and
off the field. That's why Haleyon and US Soccer are
launching for the Assists. It's a celebration of everyday acts
of support that helped people achieve their goals with iconic
(22:03):
brands like Cincinni and Toms, Voltaire and Advil and Sentrom
And to learn more, go to Haley on assists dot com.
All right, Uh, Philip Rivers, oh Man Rivers, Rob, I
can't hate the man. Looked pretty good last night in
a losing effort. And my gosh, the forty nine man.
(22:23):
The forty nine ers put up Dagner forty nine points
on the Colts. But Philip Rivers look good. Rob g
was the two seventy seven. I believe it was a
couple of touchdowns.
Speaker 5 (22:33):
Interception had that garbage time pick six because he was
trying to lead him back.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
Yeah, second week in a row. It was kind of
hurting the bet from me. But yeah, he looked really good.
Speaker 4 (22:40):
Yeah, I sounded person. That's why it is you and
Rob Person. Yeah, he looked pretty good. But there's a
larger question that play.
Speaker 2 (22:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (22:46):
The big question is because now that they've lost, they
are officially eliminated from postseason contention. And the reason why
that's important is the whole reason that they brought him
in to Indianapolis's off his couch five years fromove playing
in the NFL is Number one to get the healthcare
for his twenty eight kids. Number two was because they
(23:06):
had a slim but outside shot of making the postseason
and they thought he gave them the best chance to win.
They said, hell with developing Riley Leonard, we got to
win and get into the playoffs. Now that they're eliminated,
the question becomes, do you allow Philip Rivers, who's starting
to get his mojo back, to finish what he started,
(23:27):
or do you do the long term play and get
as many snaps right Leonard as possible.
Speaker 4 (23:33):
For me, I'm going this is crazy. I was hating
on it, but I think I'm gonna ride this. Philip
Rivers train on out a couple of reasons why we
had to. From earlier, he touched on something I wanted
to get at, Daniel Jones, rob g how long is
he expected to be out? Because that's gonna be one
of the determining things for.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
Me potentially the start of next season.
Speaker 4 (23:53):
Right, So where I'm going with this is, I'm gonna
have to have multiple quarterbacks on my team regardless, right
because Daniel Jones, my starter projected I'm assuming, is going
to be out. So therefore, if you got Philip Rivers,
who can actually spend this offseason getting in shape, who
can spend this season tutoring up my Riley Leonard watching him,
being behind the vent learning the game, and then I
(24:16):
can say, Philip Rivers coming out here and start two
or three till Daniel Jones is back, and then we
can just call it a career and Riley Leonard can
be my guy to back up.
Speaker 2 (24:24):
It's not a.
Speaker 4 (24:24):
Bad idea because they're looking at this to saying we
actually have a team on paper in their minds that
can compete in being a playoff hunt. You know, they're
hoping for the next couple of years, So you don't
want to get too far behind right now, waiting on
Daniel Jones. So I think the familiarity and the fact
that he's only getting better. I want to see how
fire how far can you go? Okay, how far can
(24:46):
is Philip Rivers?
Speaker 7 (24:47):
Thing?
Speaker 2 (24:47):
You see?
Speaker 1 (24:47):
This makes no sense because you know the Steelers made
a mistake by bringing in forty one year old Aaron Rodgers.
But now you're going to sit here and talk about
a forty four year old Philip Rivers who you brought
in to win a game to try to make the
playoffs and he lost ball.
Speaker 4 (25:03):
To tell you what, because Daniel Jones quarterback, No he's not.
They act like Daniel Jones is their quarter He is
not their quarter. Jones absolutely their He was terrible at
the end of the year before he got hurt. I
didn't say Daniel Jones was Joneses their quarterback. Will look
(25:24):
at somebody else. They got other people to look at.
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 1 (25:27):
After watching Daniel Jones the centigrade after that early start
against bad.
Speaker 4 (25:32):
Team, Daniel Jones the guy, that's the reason doesn't make
any say the guy.
Speaker 2 (25:40):
You should go get a guy and take a look.
Speaker 4 (25:41):
They held Jones, you would make it literally their start
around forty four year old.
Speaker 2 (25:47):
It makes no sense you you if you wailed.
Speaker 1 (25:50):
Against the Steelers, don't have to die this don't make
any said, don't have a guy.
Speaker 2 (25:55):
He hasn't played that well. Did you watch him? I
don't care what the number was on. Did he got
forty eight?
Speaker 7 (26:02):
Play?
Speaker 2 (26:04):
He did?
Speaker 9 (26:05):
He did not?
Speaker 4 (26:06):
You can't forty eight twenty if.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
On principle you watched the game against Seattle. He played
well in that game, hen caugh from the game. Dude,
he threw a pick at the at the end. He
was bad.
Speaker 4 (26:17):
The principal the principal of not wanting him.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
I'm gonna be with you on that.
Speaker 4 (26:23):
But the idea that he play bad is two different things,
and he has it to bring him. You don't like
him signing up. I get that. I can get your
point of that, sassy, And you're gonna bring that guy
back and give him siss Just call him sad. He
clearly hat sassy, got fifteen kids? What are you talking.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
About to bring that to waist snaps on a forty
four year row who couldn't even get the job done
that you needed, you needed him to come in and
win you a game and hope you could do it.
Speaker 2 (26:50):
And what happened. It did not happen. Man, move on,
tell like and tell that guy to go on his way.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
You got your five more years of all healthy Soult insurance.
Speaker 2 (27:01):
That's what you got.
Speaker 1 (27:02):
I hooked you up because you're my buddy coneyism. Come on, man,
stop wasting snap on a senior citizen on a grand pap.
Speaker 4 (27:09):
This is where we differ because I know Daniel Jones
is coming back. Who is their guy, and if it's
gonna be missing two or three games, and I just
want to maybe go to and one something like that
in those two or three games and then hand the
ball back over to him. I can see them absolutely
doing that. What would you look like if you got
in shake? What would you look like with an off
training We don't need you for a full season next year.
(27:30):
I don't think that's possible at this point. We just
need you for a couple of games. And if you're
Riley Leonard, you should be offended by this, by the way,
and you should dust off whoever comes in this training
camp and whoever tries to get that that starting position
until Daniel Jones is back. You should be offended. You
should take pride in this. You should take it as
as an insult and absolutely go out there and smoke
whomever comes into training camp that think they're taking your
(27:53):
position because you thought it was yours all year.
Speaker 2 (27:55):
You've been a backup all year.
Speaker 4 (27:57):
I'm sure you felt like you earned it all year,
and they went outside to and they got somebody else.
So that should be an insult to injury. You should
take offense in a good way, and you should come
back and absolutely feel like you're about Tony like any
other competition.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
If you're Riley Leonard, you must be crazy.
Speaker 1 (28:13):
I can't even believe after you get eliminated, you're gonna
bring back a forty four year old to Waiste snaps
on that guy.
Speaker 4 (28:19):
Because they're about to have a Netflix Disney movie. I
was so crazy they about to have a whole Disney movie.
Notice cut Disney movie on what that he failed? Yeah
that he didn't failed. That he they're gonna do. They're
gonna say he did it and he played well, and
who knows, maybe he'll win the last game of the season.
Speaker 2 (28:34):
Play he did not play. He lost both games. He
didn't play well. I refused to buy into that that
he played well.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
Absolutely lost. He didn't play with things. I'm totally wished
it didn't. But they got forty niners, put up a
forty nine er on him.
Speaker 2 (28:48):
He played well, I'm not play well. They got blowed out.
I don't care.
Speaker 1 (28:51):
Stop it no, stop like he didn't play, he didn't
play well, he didn't play well. I'm sorry, I'm not
buying it now, didn'ty What do you mean? How didn't
What what.
Speaker 2 (29:00):
They bring him here for? To put up numbers or
to win the game? To win the game? Okay, did
they win any games while I was there? He played?
It was he did not. I was with you. I
thought it. What did I say?
Speaker 4 (29:08):
Rose an indictment on the league that you can't find
a quarterback.
Speaker 1 (29:12):
It's not that they can't, it's this is cronyism. This
is a coach hooking up his home boys. This ain't
I don't say, no indictment of the league. This is
an indictment of the coach. Coach that that's what this is.
If I'm the owner there, even though they've done nothing
but but do these kind of stunts anyway, and this
is part for the course.
Speaker 2 (29:33):
I'm happy. It's a radio. Turn the radio up in Indianapolis.
Speaker 1 (29:37):
If if we're on in Indianapolis, I'm happy that you
guys lost because you put a forty four year old
guy in that quarterback. I'm happy that you started seven
and one and it disintegrated because you bought into Daniel Jones.
I'm even happier that Philip Rivers was the reason why
you didn't make the playoffs. Keep doing it, keep doing
(29:58):
the nonsense, keep doing the before are we in the tricker?
Speaker 2 (30:01):
We keep doing it.
Speaker 4 (30:03):
Who will be worse if the Colts bounce back next
year or the Chiefs? Which will be worse for you?
Speaker 2 (30:09):
No, neither one.
Speaker 4 (30:10):
Neither one is bouncing back. Rob Ze we sitting there.
Where will we be next? He'll be here right in
Super Bowl in LA. Who will be worse? The Colts
are the Chiefs. That's a tough one. Still Chiefs, still
ABC Chiefs.
Speaker 2 (30:24):
Rams would be horrible for Rob oh Man because he
gonna lose either way. Yep, chief that last year.
Speaker 1 (30:31):
I'm just waiting for the Rams to get knocked out
and then I'll be good.
Speaker 4 (30:35):
If it's an MVP season for Stafford and he wins
a Super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (30:40):
If it's Rams Patriots, I've been on the Drake May
train all year.
Speaker 5 (30:45):
I told you if he's amazing, stand up for Drake May.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
He's in the US Avans.
Speaker 4 (30:51):
Patriot quarterback ever, yes, including the Loats.
Speaker 2 (30:55):
It's all right. All I'm telling you is I've been
right all year, all year.
Speaker 5 (31:00):
Most things not all happening in the Ravens. Rob all
year was going on with Giannis and the Bucks. All
you us, your NBA champions.
Speaker 2 (31:06):
I told you that start. Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (31:09):
The only guy who got like seven interceptions in four games.
Speaker 2 (31:13):
I didn't tell you the man about that way.
Speaker 1 (31:15):
I told him they're gonna start anybody else seven interceptions.
If Dylan Uh Gabriel had to uh, he's he's got
game up and two interceptions.
Speaker 2 (31:24):
But Shadul has seven interceptions in four because Dylan Gabriel
ain't throwing no passes like him. Beautiful man. Two.
Speaker 4 (31:30):
He left it there looking like the young Russell Wilson
when he was throwing them am air strikes down the field.
All right, last call seven ninety nine on Fox A
celebrating the guy perception. I told you he was gonna start.
That's all I'm saying, Rob, Get you were right, No,

(31:50):
told you he was gonna start. I can't get one,
and he.
Speaker 2 (31:54):
Didn't do it.
Speaker 1 (31:55):
He a reason he gotta start, he says Andre and
perfectly healthy.
Speaker 4 (32:00):
Now, Rob g No, you know what else you's wrong,
Deshaun Watson. They just deactivate. We wouldn't even get him.
Speaker 2 (32:06):
Out of here, are you? He gonna be the starter
next year we'll talk about this cat. Just get one.
