Doc Rivers who said, hey, I haven't heard about a trade.

Obviously we know that the strained calf muscle last night
could put them out two to four weeks, which is
terrible timing. Right the story drops, everybody's talking about it,
then boom that night you get injured for two to

make sure he's all right so they could trade him.
But my point then yesterday Martin was Essentially, we don't

have to as fans of games, teams, league, sports, every
time doesn't have to be you mentioned Kobe, the late
great Kobe Bryant. Everything doesn't always have to be. I
was there in my whole career. I played ten years,
twenty years, whatever it may be, with one team. Sure,
we'd all love that, but that's not realistic, especially in
a free agent era.

A lot of times people will say, you know, if
they want to use it against Lebron or Kevin Durant
or whoever, they'll say, man Magic was on one team

he was talking about it last season with the Knicks
in the offseason. This can be one of those things
where it's a good breakup. We can still see each other.

some bonus for what again? Where's how how many times

you're can trade the star? Then the next star is
the guy that brings you to these Convererence finals. In
Tyre's Halliburton, the Milwaukee Bucks should want to trade Jann.

Giannis and the fact that as great of a talent
he is, if I would have told you, this guy
is a two time MVP of Finals, MVP, Defensive Player
of the Year, all these things.

was another team, I would still trade and mortgage a

up against the Heatles where it's like I have no
shot you.

the Eastern Conference regularly, not even the finals regularly. That

is disturbing to me. When there's no real out in
his way, there's no real opposition in his way. He's

sooner that we understand this Ravens team is not scary
at all, will all be better off for it.

ankle and it was a hamstring, and it's all ham strings.

there's no real you'd almost rather have something broken. Doctors

Lamar to become beat down and wear himself down, you

And the main part, Martin last point for me, he
doesn't look good running. If there's anything else you could say,
well that's Lamar. It was running and getting away from things.

He's not escaping as much.

He's also turning down runs that I felt like in
the past he would have taken, and not even just
he would have taken, Like he's turning down runs I
would expect like Dak Prescott to take.

Dak will go get a first down, But you're not

some time and make it happen those types of plays

because the damage comes a lot of times on the
design runs. On the actual runs are the bruns where
you got them line it up and playing a pseudo
running back. But ultimately, whether he's shut down or not,
whether he plays or not, that's the bigger thing for me.

On the Pittsburgh Steelers than it is a clap on
the face for a salute to the Baltimore Ravens. Lamar
Jackson hurt, I'm sorry, he's hurt. He's hurt, and it's
not going to get any better. I'm not saying shut
him down. I'm not saying whether you should play or
you shouldn't play. But this is a team that at
a forty to twenty four lead in Week one against

Buffalo and gave it up. They have been blowing things healthy.
Now that they're hurt, it's just not happening. And the
sooner that we understand this Ravens team is not scary
at all, will all be better off for it.

touchdowns and an interception. Game before that only one hundred
and fifty three yards, no touchdowns. Game before that only

that one hundred and seventy six with one touchdown. Like,
he hasn't looked like himself where he's putting up, you know,

Like where you're like, that's the are he hasn't looked
like himself. I believe he's more injured than he's letting on.
He's just as one, you know, a football guy. And
I want to cut it through and again, I think
looking at the division saying hmm, there's still a chance.
I think he's much more hurt than he's letting on.
And I just don't think they're they're where they're supposed

they're really gonna have to, in my opinion, start having
conversation and you use the word shut it down or

conversations because Lamar, I know you're gonna want to compete.
I know you're gonna want to play, but it's an
ankle and it was a hamstring, and it's all ham strings.

As you know, you've been covering sports all these years.

Ham Strings are weird, right, You feel all right, but
there's no real you'd almost rather have something broken. Doctors
always say, then pull ligaments or stretch ligaments, because at
least we know put in the cast.

Six weeks boom, it's here. You're ready to go.

With ligaments and ham strings, and you know those things
get weird. You know, not how to really heal them.
He'll only healing is time, Well how much time?

So with hamstrings now ankle injuries, you just don't want
Lamar to become beat down and wear himself down, you
know what I mean. So I understand their indivision. Maybe
you go another week or two to see where we're at.
But he means too much and he's been playing bad.
And the main part, Martin last point for me, he
doesn't look good running. If there's anything else you could say,
well that's Lamar. It was running and getting away from things.

He doesn't look Guys are catching him that normally don't.
He's not escaping as much.

He's also turning down runs that I felt like in
the past he would have taken, and not even just
he would have taken, Like he's turning down runs I
would expect like Dak Prescott to take.

But he's not particularly mobile, but he is athletic, Like
Dak will go get a first down, But you're not
calling for Deck to go run for a first down, right,
Those are the first downs that I honestly thought I
wanted to see Lamar getting more and more as his
career aged less design runs more. Let's you know, buy
some time and make it happen those types of plays

because the damage comes a lot of times on the
design runs. On the actual runs are the bruns where
you got them line it up and playing a pseudo
running back. But ultimately, whether he's shut down or not,
whether he plays or not, that's the bigger thing for me.

I personally don't like the idea of just shutting guys
down because your season is over, but I understand the logic,
