Speaker 1 (00:00):
And welcome to Cindy Stumbo Tough his nails on WBZ
News Radio, and we're here tonight with who Nelson? What
are you?

Speaker 2 (00:08):
You?

Speaker 1 (00:09):
You ghost? You're stuffing your face right now. The sticks bar,
I just want you.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
To know it's I have one every single day, okay,
and the end of the thirty days, I will no
longer like stickers.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Okay, So that's what we're gonna do. Eat snickers. Okay,
very good. You you enjoy your Snickers bar. And when
your teeth are sticking to your tongue and you can't
help me ask Nelson questions, I'll know that's because your
Snickers bar. Okay, got a lover. She's my daughter.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
Oh yummy.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Nelson, Nelson, Nelson, what's going on? Buddy?

Speaker 2 (00:35):
I'm doing fantastic. How are you guys doing?

Speaker 1 (00:38):
You're coming through my phones loud and clear. All right,
let's talk. What's going on? What are you in space?
Loud and clear, loud and clean. You're coming in, Nelson, Yes,
what do you do? Buddy?

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Oh what do I do? Well? Well, thank you for asking.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
But Nelson Pega founder of Chatter Social and I mean
brand new social networking platform that just launched not so
long ago, and we're.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Going absolutely crazy. How's that for a bio?

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Okay, so can you explain to my listeners what social
audio is?

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Mama, look at the questions.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Please you No, I will answer your question. I will
ask you questions. I just want you to explain real
fast so they understand a lot of people don't really
know social audio, and then we'll get into everything else. Okay,
it's a bunch of it's a bunch of Google people
talking to each other and want me to explain like that.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
They give me anxiety every night when you ask me
to come on to srupt my Okay, like this, sometimes
we're playing.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Okay, go ahead, Sammy, ask me Nelson the first question,
because I'm gonna torture because you can sneakers baring a mouth.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Welcome to the show. Can you pleasely introduce yourself and
tell us about Chatter's new V two launch?

Speaker 4 (01:51):
There you go, Thank you for having me. I mean,
I'm Nelson, the packer, founder of Chatter. What We're thrilled
to announce our V two launch. Right, this is a
really heavy update that elevates Chatter into a true hub
for group based social engagement.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
Can you please break that down for listeners that don't
understand Nelson, I mean, just.

Speaker 4 (02:15):
Think, just think social media revapped, right, I mean every
platform that you go on today. I mean it's all
about likes, comments, followers, following. I mean you're not necessarily
connected with anybody online, right, And you know, a group
based platform, chatter being a first, I mean it essentially
places the group as the priority and it places the

(02:36):
individual as secondary.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Right.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
We believe groups are the primary hubs for connections and
the primary hubs through which we can build relationships. Right,
So placing that, as you know, first and foremost for
a social platform is essentially doing things the opposite way
from everybody else.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Okay, good, Simmy, I will let you host. She thinks
this is so easy.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
I don't even understand this question. Let's talk about integration
with Blue Sky. I don't know what even that means.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Just ask the question, what does that mean?

Speaker 2 (03:07):
You know what? You know what. I'll lead you into
the next question. How about that?

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Go ahead?

Speaker 2 (03:11):
All right? All right, hear me with question one again,
I'll lead you into question two.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
I thought we already answered question one.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
We did question one.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
Who's verse?

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Ross? I hope you have a good editing team, bro.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
I wish we were alive on Chattered right now.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
This is what makes us fun, okay, because you have
to explain to people exactly what's going on, and you
just assume, because you're twenty nine years old, that everybody
understands this.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Alright, let's run it again, hear me with the first one.
Let's go, we.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
Already did that. I can help Welcome to the show,
can you briefly, we.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
Don't have to say welcome to the show. Just ask
the god damn question your way. But you already did.

Speaker 3 (03:55):
Talk about the too lunch. Can we just go the
second one?

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Now, you know what? Let me redo my question to
one answer again.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
Okay, go do your answer again to question number one.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Ladies, Thank you for having me. I'm Nelson Paga.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Found it's a great show already. I love it. Okay,
go ahead, that's what makes the fun.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
Well, thank you for having me, ladies. I'm Nelson A Paga,
founder of Chatter Social. We're thrilled to announce our V
two launch. I mean, you know, this is a major
update that elevates Chatter into a true hub for group
based social engagement.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Right.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
We've completely revamped our user experience, you know, focused on
making it easier to connect with people who share your
passions and interests. Right, and most importantly, you know, like
we announced not too long ago, we've officially integrated with
blue Sky, right, one of the fastest growing social apps
this year. I mean, they've done probably about thirty million

(04:57):
people over the past ninety days. And you know, we're
the first social platform of our kind to actually integrate
with blue Sky. So this means thirty five million blue
Sky users now have seamless access to Chatter and the
features that we have, you know, opening up more potential connections,
more groups and of course the richer conversations than we've

(05:18):
ever had before.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
So this is this is a big one for us.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
Okay. So Michael running the board right now, said to me,
just now, is this like a clubhoust Cindy, And I
want you to answer that question because obviously Nattie, so
she knows the clubhouses. I don't know how she knows
how clubhouses. Obviously you're on the at one point, right, No,
you never used it, other people using it, so but

(05:43):
so your friends have used it, and okay, so can
you clarify to her what the difference is so she
can explain to her friends.

Speaker 4 (05:51):
I mean clubhouses, you know, live drop in audio, Right,
Like I jump on a platform, I scan through a
bunch of live rooms, I jump into those live rooms
and I interact with people using my voice only.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
That's clubhouse. We're a completely different platform. We're a social
media platform.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
You can post, you can post images, you can post videos,
you can open live interactive rooms with you know, camera
and without camera, and streaming and group chats, and we're
full on social media platform and live rooms happens to
be one of the many features that we have within
Chatter itself.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
Right, Basically, we go on and I can be live
with Samantha on there. Right, we nab nine eight nine
people up on stage and we're all talking and we're
communicating with each other and the audience. Right, So if
you're not looking good that night, okay, don't go on.
If you're looking good at night, going right, Hey, you're
getting any filters on that stuff anytime soon, because I

(06:47):
know it's a lot of people afraid to put their
face up there. We'm updated no matter what I look like.
I got a point tail in my head, my hairs
in the in my it doesn't matter, gorahat, what's up?

Speaker 4 (06:57):
No, you look you look standing off on your mom.
The other day I happened to jump into a live
room on Chatter and she was there. It was like
how many people seventy eighty people in a row, and
it was only you on camera.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
You look good, you look good. He was feeling ourselves.
That's why she was up on cameras you look good.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
No, I was just I just walked in, so I
wanted to get on and torture Jonathan. So then only
can torture him is if I'm writing his face live right,
like not just my voice, Like my face is on him.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
I'm like, hello, Peten.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
No, you gotta now I'm gonna like hit you with things,
and you gotta steer up my face as I hit
you with things. Right, So that's that's what makes us fun,
Like you can debate in person with each other instead
of like just hiding behind a voice. You get your
face up here right now, you got something to say,
Let's go right, like it's just me. I have fun
with him, So go ahead and I say keep talking.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
No, I mean I mean to an extent like that's
what sort of started this whole Okay, there's something here
when it comes to being able to inter with people, strangers,
random people from all across the world, Like Sydney's in
Boston and she's in my phone and she's on camera,
and I'm in DC. And this other dude in the
room is in Egypt, right, and this other dude in

(08:11):
the room is in England. Right, And we're all able
to congregate in one place.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Am I the only female in the room?

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (08:16):
But what I have to say that's kind different Like
Facebook and Instagram, everyone thinks they quote unquote know the
person that they're actually talking to, and like they say, they.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
Know you, but they don't.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
You've built real, true, lasting long friendships.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
Yes, I have Nelson being one of them.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
Right that a lot of people, like everyone looks forward
to this every night for you guys all to meet
up and hang out.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
Correct and on Okay, everybody, hold that thought. I gotta
go to break hold that thought. Hold that thought. I'm
Sidney stumbling and listens to Toughest Nails on WBZ. We'll
be right back and welcome back to Cidney Stumborn Toughest
Nails on WBZ. Go ahead, Nelson, take it from there.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
No, absolutely, that's what it's all about, right, So it's
beyond just those live rooms and being able to foster
connections through those live engagements. How can we build an
entire platform that foster's engagement like that, whether you're live,
whether you're not live, whether you're on a home feed,
whether you're in a group feed. How do we build
an entire platform around connecting people with like minded individuals

(09:12):
from across the world. That's chatter too, And that's the
difference between you know, what we've done and clubhouse.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
We're not just lives.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
But what I hear moms say a lot is that
you've learned a lot through this and educated yourself a lot,
and you don't say that about anything else yourself.

Speaker 1 (09:30):
So what you get to learn, which I'm so you
know what I'm inquisitive, right, is how other people behave? Yeah, right,
that's a big one for me. So I'm studying people
at all times. And then you're studying and you try
to pick out who's the frauds and who's the trouble
make is, who's the real deal, who's the fags?

Speaker 2 (09:49):
Right?

Speaker 1 (09:50):
So I love that part, and then you finally fit in,
you find your group that you like and then they
get you got like a gang. We are like a gang, right, but.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
Who doesn't like no new friends?

Speaker 1 (10:02):
But right, you know, look at he's launched and it's
completely changed now because he's launched now, right, so the
gang is kind of like.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
I mean, you look forward to this every night. I'm
on this is like her version of happy hour.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
It is, it truly is. But it's the conversations, right.
We can be talking about business, we can talk a
real estate, we could be talking about politics, we could
be talking about everything and anything that's going on.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
But for someone like you, who's so busy that looks
forward to this like that means a lot.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
Right, And the problem is is I don't get to
go on till late at night, Like I can't step
into a room until typically like nine or nine thirty.

Speaker 3 (10:37):
I know, she doesn't answer me around like eight o'clock.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
She's on club. She's not chatter chatter, chatta chacha. What
are you doing?

Speaker 3 (10:44):
I need to talk to you now?

Speaker 1 (10:45):
But there is just I guess that people that and
I've and look at I I definitely don't have a
boring life, right, So I'm on there because I want
to be on there. Correct, that's what I mean, right,
So I could be doing nine bazillion things. But you,
like Nelson said, you form these relationships and then there's
people that you like, and then there's people that you

(11:07):
don't like, but you don't you like to not like
them too. It's kind of weird, right, It's like a
reality TV show, Like you want to like them, but
you just can't like them, and then sometimes you like
them and then sometimes you don't like them. We had
a room going the other night in Sclaud said, well
I don't want to talk to you Sidney tonight. Well
that's not gonna happen because I'm here and you're gonna
just start talking to me, right, whether you like it
or not, buddy, So I'm not leaving, so you can leave, right.

(11:28):
But it's just it's it's fun. But you got to
have a personality and enjoy that. And that's what I
like because I have my personality. That's why we have
a radio show that's already had a TV show, right,
we just offered another TV show that we just said
no to. But with that being said, we have big
personalities and that's why I love chatter. So Nelson take

(11:50):
it from there.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
No, absolutely, I mean, and Sammy again, Cindy, I don't
know if you knew this about your mom prior to
what she loves politics. Okay, she loves us politics, that's
a fact.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
Now.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
That group that she engages with every single night is
called Debate the News. And you're literally talking about hundreds
of people across the US that just love politics. Whether
they love Trump, whether they love Biden, whatever the case
may be. They love the art of debating the news,
every single individual in that group, and through that they're

(12:31):
able to do these live rooms on a nightly basis
where they literally debate the freaking.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
News right, both on the right and the left.

Speaker 4 (12:39):
And through that you build relationships, You form connections, but
you also build me You build some you know, relationship
people you don't necessarily like Miki Gabriel as an example,
that is your mom's arch enemy.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
Right, They still night It's like they love to go
at it every single night. It's absolutely crazy, right.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
And they make on you like go at it.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
But then you're also friends.

Speaker 1 (13:02):
No, no, dur and I probably would never ever be
able to be friends.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
But if you hold grudges, you.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
Do know, and we're like, okay, no, no, and then
the next night then then we'll maybe agree and then
we're not disagreeing. But Ray will go with this, go
in the bathroom once somebody's not objective, raised like I'm
out right. So like the other night somebody called something
that wasn't true and you heard racing in the background,

(13:30):
and then the guy went to double check and he goes, oh, boy,
raised right on that one, right, So it's actually it's funny.
And then you've got a really big group of characters
on there, with big names like grand cardone and many
others that come in and we're you know, we're we're.
The truth is where you going to get the chance
to speak to certain people? They will never get the opportunity.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
To do this and do this on your own free
time and don't get paid to do this.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
Oh absolutely not. But think about this, hummy, I think, Sam,
really think hard. How many people go through you and
your brother and your father and everybody else to get
to me? And I do not call those people back
all the time. Okay, so you got no shot at
getting to me unless you guys push me hard, right,
and then you take all my social media. I can't

(14:17):
make myself available, right, that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
I'm saying for someone that's extremely busy, this is something
you look forward to, Yes, and that you choose to
stay up all night talking to these people instead of sleeping.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
Yes, because it's fun to me because hopefully when you're
talking to certain people, you are making a difference in
their lives.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
You're kind of like, you know, when you get into
a brand new show and you don't want to stop
watching it, you binge it. You guys all binge this
every night.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
Yeah, we didn't stop. Yeah, because as long as there's
conversation to be had, then you'll keep having cor But
there's some nights that we go in there and we
just have we just laugh and have fun. Right, So
we know who's going on whose side here, we know
who's sticking together, uh, and we know who's not sticking together.

(15:02):
Like right in the middle of debate, you know, Grant
will say something, Hey, Cindy, I need you at my
I don't know you did this last night. I need
your fly to floor and I need you to guest
on my growth con or whatever what's it.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Called growth growth gone, growth gone?

Speaker 1 (15:19):
Okay, So I said, yeah, I'll be there, right, and
John's like in the middle of my room. You had
to say that, like, and Grant's Grant's got yeah I did.
It's just it's it's just different. And look, Nelson has
become part of this family. Yes, think about that, right sure,
off of there, right, Jonathan, Danny, Danny, There's been a lot,

(15:41):
There's been a lot that have come to Marty, Daphne, Yeah, Mark, Mark,
Mark Days. I mean, we've had a lot of good people.
Storm you know that I trust to be in my home,
staying in my home, right and these are people that
I have met off social audio. Think about it. But

(16:03):
I also know. And then there are people say, oh, Sia,
I'm coming to visit in Boston. Yeah, let's not say
you did okay and we'll be good. Let's not say
it I like you here, but you're you're not coming
any closer. But we've had some amazing great times in
the last five years together down in Florida back up

(16:24):
here in Boston. But Nelson is family. He's totally family.

Speaker 3 (16:28):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
Like what I said, Nelson, don't forget it's this one's birthday.
Or I got a call Smith say, don't forget it's
this one's birthday. But I think I called Nelson. Don't
forget Sammy's birthday. I'm right on it. I'm right on it.
That's that's what it's all about.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
You don't even tell me twice, but let me.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
Oh you've got a voicemail.

Speaker 4 (16:46):
Yeah, okay, all right, I hit I hit it with
a double voice.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
It's actually kind of funny because you know, we have
like Ray and I called the two sons. He's got Cody, yeah,
and I got Nelson rights.

Speaker 3 (17:00):
So I so, let's see you raise, so I get
two extra brothers.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
Right, But I always say the way, let's see you
raised the better son. I got Nelson, you got Cody,
let's see. So it's like a competition thing because he's
got Cody, right, Cody leans on Ray and Nelson leans
more on me. And I'm like, yeah, my son's winning
right now. Your son is failing right now. Oh, my
son's doing better. He's doing better, right Yeah, you know

(17:24):
your son's still going down and my son is still
coming up. So on the sun thing, I think I'm
winning between that. But that's but again, Cody another one right,
like oh and Greg from you know Greg, my god,
he just saved my life.

Speaker 3 (17:37):
Right.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
I met Greg on chatter and a big builder in Utah. Sam.
It was just out there visiting looking at his stuff.

Speaker 3 (17:44):
And when I mean I visited, Cody, I visited, Yeah
you did.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
But Greg saved my life. Man, Like, these guys screwed
up on front doors for me and I couldn't get
front doors for another custom. You know, they're ten feet
high by fourteen feet wide. And guy said, Cindy, I'm
eighteen weeks out. Why you why didn't you not give
this to me? I'm like, because the other guy said
he could get done in four weeks, which didn't happen.
And then I reached out to Greg again, went to

(18:10):
Medham without Nelson, yep, and I have my doors being
shipped from Utah four weeks later, exactly what the guy promised.
Greg put me with his guy. So for me, it's
been great networking on some things, really awesome networking. But
I seem to find the real bees, you know what
I mean. But how many bottles of booze of you sent?

Speaker 3 (18:31):
Oh my god, I think I've yelled at so many
door desk drivers to deliver this. I need an ID,
I need this, I need that.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
Wait, hold that thought we're gonna go to break. This
is Cindy Stumpo and you're listening to Toughest Nails on WBZ.
We'll be right back and welcome back to Toughest Nails
on WBZ. I'm Cindy Stumpo. And you hear what Samantha
and Nelson Nelson take it from they explain to my listeners.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Please, I mean, guys, that's that's just what it is. Right.
It's a social.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
Network built around fostering genuine, authentic connections online.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
Right.

Speaker 4 (18:59):
It's a simple eye jumping on a platform and through
you know, interactive moments, through the really engaging posts on
your feed.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
You're able to discover groups.

Speaker 4 (19:09):
You're able to discover groups of you know, interests that
align with you as a person. And as you join
those groups, you find other people that are also connected.
Right through those various interests that you know align with
the group, and through those you do live rooms, you do,
you know, jump into group chat, whatever the case may be,
and you meet other people just like you that are

(19:31):
interested in the same things that you're interested in.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
Right, And that's for the average person. I mean, you
think about it.

Speaker 4 (19:36):
For a brand, a business, it's literally directing your target
audience to you. There's no skipping through the line to
you know, find X person or run this kind of.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
Ad or whatever the case may be.

Speaker 4 (19:49):
The way the platform is shaped by having groups as primary,
it's relatively easy to find people that share common interest
with you. That's what Chatter is all about.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
Okay, So let's add to that. So you and I
have a national radio show. We're in thirty eight states.
If we want to take this show, we can, whether
we're live, whether we pre tape, if we want to
do a podcast, You and I okay, and really go
cuckoo crazy, because on national radio we have to be
pretty conservative here, right, and actually be us. We could

(20:23):
use Chatter as our landing board to literally put our
own podcast out and grab an audience from there, and
then what happens at that point, People can subscribe, People
can make money by doing that. If you got something
to bring, you bring it.

Speaker 3 (20:39):
To gain what this all is and gain the knowledge
and everything. You guys have all created this web of people.
Most people have to pay thousands of dollars to ever
even get in a room with any of you people
to make their life better.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
Oh okay, let's talk about that Nelson. Yet we'll go
back to that, and again I'm going to say it,
the chances that you're going to get a conversation with
Cindy Stump I don't have the time.

Speaker 3 (21:00):
Or that you'd even take someone seriously.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
True that too, So as long as you bring people
on that come on that like now that we're into.

Speaker 3 (21:11):
It's like my networking group on.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Steroids exactly, and your networking group should now be on Chatter,
you should be that's really the truth, right, because then
they'll figure out these other people other things. But Nelson,
people can make money by coming on shouter. Can you
explain how that's possible?

Speaker 4 (21:29):
Yeah, one hundred percent. You know, so you can you
can gain subscriptions through your group, right, So like people
can subscribe to your group for exclusive offerings, right, exclusive
live events that you want to put together, exclusive posts
that you want to roll out on a daily basis,
weekly basis. I mean, you know, you could have you know,
these individuals online that sell courses. You can literally create

(21:50):
a group around that course and monetize it on Chatter
while also delivering the experience that you want people to
pay for on a platform, I mean within live rooms.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
You know, We also have a.

Speaker 4 (22:00):
Feature called rocket chats where you know, individuals can literally,
you know, attach a dollar amount to their chat messages.
And you know, Cindy, you've been in certain rooms with
me where we have thousands of people, and you know
how fast those chat messages fly, right, So imagine a
person they they're not just doing this to contribute.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
To the to the room hosts.

Speaker 4 (22:21):
They're doing this to get their message out there, to
have their message seen. They attach a dollar amount to it,
It pins to the top of the chat, everybody sees it,
but the host gets that, you know, those funds of course.
And then you know, last, but not least, we have
ticketed events, right because within our live room, you know feature,
individuals can connect high level production equipment, cameras, microphones. You

(22:45):
can literally have a virtual concert if you want to,
on chatter and charge for people to gain entry into
that experience, right, And of course all that's done online.
So yeah, they're multiple ways for people to monetize on
a platform. And again for us, it starts with the
group and it trickles down to the individual, the creators,
et cetera.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
It's going to you go from there.

Speaker 3 (23:07):
How many people you think that like you where probably
extremely lonely before they found this, and that you've basically
helped them. Like this is like therapy for a.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
Lot of people, many lonely people out there.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
I mean like many COVID people were lonely before COVID,
but COVID, you know, through steroids on top of it,
took it to the next level.

Speaker 3 (23:28):
And how people have you guys all helped?

Speaker 1 (23:30):
Oh Jesus Nelson, how many thousands and thousands and thousands
and thousands of dollars have we raised that you you
headed up that with million marathon. You made that happen
A lot. We're talking hundreds of thousands. How's that? Yeah,
a lot that.

Speaker 3 (23:47):
We know is going to somebody that really needs it.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
Oh my god. Christmas giveaways for seven weeks, and I
mean so many, so I can't remember.

Speaker 3 (23:56):
It's only so much to gain, there's nothing to lose, agreed.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
I remember you got to think about it.

Speaker 1 (24:02):
Remember that night I get a phone call. Nelson says,
can you get in the room. I need you. I'm like, okay,
I'll get in the room. All I know is a
cost me. I don't know seventy five hundred. I need
seventy five hundred like, okay, what what am I donating?
It's okay. I get texted the time. Do you have PayPal?

Speaker 3 (24:15):
Do you have this? Do you have that?

Speaker 2 (24:16):
I think it was Nino. I think it was nine.

Speaker 1 (24:19):
Nine thousand dollars and that was the girl that went
to the island Mexico, lost life in Mexico and Robinson
and they where they beat her up and they left
her to die there and then they all went home.
I mean Nelson, I mean, he's done some amazing stuff.
And how much mind did you raise for that family?

Speaker 2 (24:41):
I mean we probably raised probably about one hundred and
sixty thousand that night. That family.

Speaker 1 (24:45):
That's not that's not normal stuff, right. That takes a
lot of time and energy and a lot of doing.
But that's Nelson now. Now Nelson went from the greatest moderator.

Speaker 2 (24:55):
To being what a platform founder?

Speaker 1 (25:00):
What's that feel like?

Speaker 4 (25:02):
It feels great, it feels awesome. I can't I can't
wait for you to ask me that question. A year
from now though, That's what I'm more excited.

Speaker 1 (25:08):
About, because a year from now, what do you see.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
A year from now? This is gone?

Speaker 4 (25:13):
I mean, just just with this V two integration with
Blue Sky, having access to thirty five million people. That's big,
that's not small, right, And I feel as though as
people begin to experience Chatter and how different we are
as a platform by being so group focused, I feel

(25:34):
like that's that's going to continue to spread, and as
it continues to spread, the platform is going to grow
bigger and bigger and bigger.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
So now I've got now everybody can download it. We
were in beta beta for almost a year, right, a
little over, you know, and now on V two. So
now all people have to do is what go to
the app store and.

Speaker 2 (25:55):
Literally go to the app store, go to the Place store.

Speaker 4 (25:58):
If you're on Android, search Chatter Social the first thing
that comes up, download and you can either create a
new account or you can sign in with your Blue
Sky account.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
So if you already have a blue.

Speaker 4 (26:11):
Sky account, I mean you just simply just sign in
and you know, we already have your you know, your
profile pick or your name, your bio, all.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
Of it essentially.

Speaker 1 (26:19):
So basically, when we leave the studio on a Saturday night,
and if we want to keep the conversation going, we
can let people know, Okay, we're going to pick up
this conversation on Chatter we'll be on at nine thirty, right,
it's time to.

Speaker 3 (26:33):
I mean we could live at home and do it
from the car.

Speaker 1 (26:36):
And do it from the car, but get on broadcasters
and do and do our thing. But we can keep
our conversation going with our listeners in thirty eight states too.
They just have to download the Chatter app and then
they come on. They'll talk to us. Now they're not
just listening to me on radio. They can engage with
me in real life, you know, on a screen looking

(26:56):
at me, me looking at them and talking, which is
very cool. Agree or disagree?

Speaker 3 (27:02):
I agree?

Speaker 2 (27:04):
Damn you ready to meet your fair.

Speaker 3 (27:06):
Oh can't wait. I already know when she texts me,
can you come on that? I have to know, like, okay,
definitely not making that workout class in the morning, and
I'm gonna be up for three hours.

Speaker 1 (27:17):
Well because smidleve is her life by moop. Okay, god forbid,
She's not in the green the next day. I'm never
in the green ever ever. And I really say, like literally,
I'm gonna go to bed at midnight tonight. And then
it tells you, no, no tells her I'm saying. When
I'm on, I said, okay, I'm gonna cut off at midnight.

Speaker 3 (27:35):
It flies by so fast and you're like, how was
it already mid night?

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Exactly? So you're in there talking, debating whatever, and then
I go, how's at twelve o'clock already?

Speaker 3 (27:45):
And then sometimes I like just leave quietly, and I'm like,
I gotta go run away now, but I'll never sleep.

Speaker 1 (27:49):
And then sometimes it's like one thirty in the morning
and I'm pushing myself to get off. Yeah, and I
don't want to get off because the conversation just went
down a great road and now the real stuff's coming
out right, and it's like it.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
Feels like to be hungover.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
Yeah, that's my It's called Chatter hangover because I don't
drink and never have drink in my life. But you
need to download Chatter, by the way, and come on
and listen. I mean, you know with us.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
You know how chat ever said you have any hobbies,
this is one hundred percent your hobby.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
Yeah, this is my hobby. But again, there are people
that love to conversate debate, and then there are people
that just like to listen to it and not engage
and that and that's fine too, but I would advise
people that. Come on, break out of that public speaking
fear because you're on your own device, your own your
own cell phone, whatever. And if you think you say

(28:41):
something stupid, who kids, But hold that thought. We're going
to break. I'm Sidny Stumbling and listen to the Toughest
Nails on w BZ. We'll be right back and welcome
back to Toughest Nails on WBZ News Radio. And I'm
Sidney Stumple, and I'm here with Sammy and I'm here
with Nelson, my adopted son. Now, so did you hear
the music?

Speaker 3 (28:58):
I'll trade you really wonderful.

Speaker 2 (29:03):
Let's go.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
You want Nelson's your brother and you give up jah?

Speaker 2 (29:06):
Okay, Yeah, today's draft day.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Draft day.

Speaker 2 (29:12):
It's like the NBA Draft. You know, teams trade players,
you know.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Okay, So let me ask this question. You have one
right over her head, went right over my head. Okay,
Well that stuff. Okay. So Nelson is do you want
to give up your age? Okay? And Nelson start in
real estate, still plays in the real estate game. And
now he's a tech guy. What's the proper word for

(29:39):
you people?

Speaker 2 (29:41):
A tech founder?

Speaker 1 (29:42):
A tech founder, I'm sorry, tech phounds.

Speaker 3 (29:44):
And he's done all of this because he was terrified
he's going to have to work at McDonald's for the
rest of his life.

Speaker 1 (29:48):
That's true, That is a fact, okay, And I think
you should touch upon that for a minute. What's made
you so aggressive? Not aggressive in a bad way, like
tenacious aggressive. It's not a bad word, but some people
think progressive means anger and whatever. What gave you all
this tenacity? Nelson?

Speaker 2 (30:06):
I don't know, just I guess for me, it's just
the drive to want to be successful.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
And that drive comes somewhere.

Speaker 4 (30:15):
I'll say, my environment grown up. And the reason why
I say that is because I don't really have anyone
in my family that's been like super successful, Like not
my parents, not my uncles, not my grandparents, whatever. But
going to school in England, I lived around success, right.

(30:35):
Almost all my friends going absolutely crazy, Their parents are
going absolutely crazy.

Speaker 2 (30:39):
So I've seen it.

Speaker 4 (30:40):
It's always been around me, but it's never been you know,
it's never never been within.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
Like my you know, within like my.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
Blood relations right, And I've always wanted that for myself.
I've always wanted my kids to grow up differently than
I did, right, I've always wanted to.

Speaker 2 (30:58):
Just be successful. You know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (31:00):
And you know, luckily for me, I've just happened to
be passionate about things that have a high tendency of
potentially being successful, this being one of them.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Right.

Speaker 4 (31:14):
The technology sector right now, I mean, Sammy's favorite thing
is Whoop. I mean Whoop just crossed a multi billion
dollar evaluation the other day, right, So, like the technology
sector is is just completely different.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
I mean for us.

Speaker 4 (31:28):
So for example, like these thirty five million people we
get access to right now on Blue Sky, if we
had every single one of these people download Chatter through
this integration, Chatter is a multi billion dollar company just
like that.

Speaker 2 (31:43):
Right, So, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (31:45):
But most importantly, it's something I'm passionate about. Like I
love this job, I love building new features, I love
I really love this, you know.

Speaker 1 (31:53):
So, so I've known Nelson almost five years now, right Yep.
I've called him a little phenom because he's a phene
But so, you know how in Boston we call everybody kids. Yep.
It's just everybody's a kid. You could be ninety years old,
you're a kid, yep. And he I brought when he
came to Boston one time, I said, hey me, you
know this kid, Nelson, But I'm not a kid. I'm like,
but you no, I'm not a don't call me kid.

(32:15):
I'm a grown man. I'm like, I've had a listeners
for five years old. I'm a grown man. I'm like,
but you're a kid, Like, you're always gonna be a kid,
and you're gonna be a kid to me. But they
don't understand, like when we talk on certain apps, like
when I call somebody a kid, use guys. No, we
don't say use guys, okay, And we don't say acts.
We don't say use guys. But when I say you people,

(32:36):
what do you mean? You people? Like, that's just the
way that we talk about. My point is Nelson's been
a phenom since I met him. Yep, he's a I
think he's just an old soul. And that's that's why
we've gone along for so long. Because I look back
at at my age when I was his age, I
was a phenom, right, I was not the norm, but

(32:56):
my age was still my generation still had that tenacity
and want to get up and go and be successful.
We want to get out house eighteen and start living
our lives and make something of our lives. But for
his generation. He's a total phenom because he's married, he's
got three children, right, yes, okay, specially right here three.
He's wopping those babies out pretty fast.

Speaker 3 (33:18):
But and he's not thirty yet.

Speaker 1 (33:20):
He's not even thirty yet, and that's not the norm.
So you hear the way he talks. He has old
school values. He didn't get to he was lucky enough
to be able to go to school in the UK.
And you know those kids, the parents driving of private
planes rolls as Batley's, They live in a big life.

Speaker 3 (33:37):
Right, Explain that you basically failed out? No, not that
he quit on himself there and then he came to
America and his parents didn't know that he was here,
They thought that he was in the UK.

Speaker 1 (33:49):
Would you want to discuss that.

Speaker 3 (33:50):
That's a huge part of what makes you even bigger
than who you are. Now, that's the biggest that's the
best part. Well, okay, he wasn't like he didn't go
to college till learn all these things or all that
stuff like this is all hands on experience.

Speaker 1 (34:03):
Yeah, he's hands on. He takes, he takes action, learns knowledge,
knowledge creates more action and there we go action knowledge.
Why you need both all the time. Do take those
way from me?

Speaker 3 (34:15):
No?

Speaker 1 (34:15):
No, no, no, no no. So what Sammy's saying is when
you end up coming to America on.

Speaker 3 (34:21):
The UK, like the movie Coming to America, Coming to
Coming to America, it's time.

Speaker 2 (34:27):
Out of the UK, though not Africa directly UK.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
He came out of the UK twist to the movie.

Speaker 3 (34:32):
I mean, can you imagine if I went to another
country and you didn't know where I was?

Speaker 1 (34:36):
No, he told his parents, who stole in school, right,
But his parents also led him to believe that if
you don't make it in life, you're gonna work at
McDonald You're gonna work at DALs. So that was that
fear that probably said, well, we have to work at McDonalds,
like I'm.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Gonna be Well, you told me i'd work. I didn't
know what that was, but I didn't sound cool.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
Yeah, I said, Sammy, if you know that was my
threat to her, I'm gonna leave you and drop you
off here on Broadway Review. I don't know what I said.
I'm going to hit in the head with a with
a golf club. I think, I don't know. I think
your father did all the raising with Chad and I
did all the raising with you. But Nelson, do you
feel proud of yourself?

Speaker 3 (35:13):
Because you should?

Speaker 4 (35:15):
I mean, I mean to an extent, of course, But
you know the job's not done right, No, the job's
not done.

Speaker 1 (35:21):
Down, But do something that I've never done. As you
elevate it and start to climb the ladder where you're climbing,
enjoy those successes, even the little steps. Enjoy them. That's
something I never did for myself. You just can't go
to Vegas. The minute we hit this many things, we're

(35:42):
all going off to Vegas. Oh yeah, yeah, you're definitely
off Vegas. You can go there for your thirtieth. Yeah
we'll be different. He'll be there for thirtieth. But yeah,
he's just Nelson's just Nelson. Nelson is just We always
say he's gonna be the worst billionaire ever. Maybe we
don't want to become a billionaire. All right, what's that?

(36:07):
All right? Let's he say what's say?

Speaker 3 (36:10):
Onright?

Speaker 1 (36:11):
No, he doesn't say all right, A right, A right,
that's not Nelson. Nelson is there we go when he
mute somebody. There we go and he mute somebody. But no,
I want you to take those moments to say every
step along the way. I'm doing good. I this is great.
This is you got to give yourself the accolades because
if you don't give him to yourself, no one else
going to give them to you, buddy, no one else.

(36:33):
So you have to do that. I wish I did
that more even racist. Do you ever say, like, hey,
you know you just went to a closing or whatever, Hey,
good job, Sinny. No, we know, No, got more things
I can get done off the next one, and Sammy
the same thing. So her and I do not do that,
and we should.

Speaker 3 (36:54):
So I think it's more exciting when a deal goes
to P and S than when I deal closes, because
that's your bone. But the minute that's that PS and
money's down hard, I can stop focusing there.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
Can keep going. Okay, well you might like P and S,
but I like clothing because then the money's in my pocket.

Speaker 3 (37:10):
Right, I understand that, But like it's like the heaviest
thing that's shopped the P and S.

Speaker 1 (37:15):
Your high's done there. Yeah, and that's nothing with chatter
is there's many brokers on there from all over the
country that you can say, hey, you know, I got
somebody relocating here. We call it relocating neror like I
talked to brokers all the time to see what the
markets are doing in different places. That's a big one,
you know. I want to know how is sales in
New Jersey right now? Last night I was talking and

(37:37):
to one woman, She's like, Cindy, it's they're blowing off
the shelves here in New Jersey, which is crazy, huh.

Speaker 3 (37:43):
Which is crazy. Their taxes are really high for.

Speaker 1 (37:45):
Real estate, tex whatever whatever they're selling, so they're not
slowing down, right, So then you might speak to somebody
another state where it is slow. So it just gives
me a network to feel a temperature of the country
at all times, which is great for me in business
to knowing what the temperature is now. So what else
you want to tell us about Chada Man?

Speaker 4 (38:05):
I mean, I think we've said we've said it more
than enough to get people curious. And I guess for
anybody that's listening to the show right now that's curious again,
go into the app store, go into the play store,
download Chatter Social. Once you get on there, search for
something you're interested in and find a group right that

(38:27):
connects with that interest, Join that group and participate. You're
going to meet like minded individuals. You're going to meet
new people from all over the world and just flow
from there, just flow from there.

Speaker 1 (38:40):
And then you'll end up in other groups. So you
never thought you would. And we got to go to
break and I love you so much, Nelson, But hold
that thought for one minute. We'll be right back. I'm
Sidney Stumble You listen Toughest Nails in WBZ and welcome
back to Toughest Nails on WBZ. And I'm here with Sammy.
I'm here with Nelson, the founder owner of Chatter. Nelson
please explain to my listeners how they can download this up.

Speaker 4 (39:01):
Ladies and gentlemen again, just go to the app store,
go to the play store, search Chatter Socials the first
thing that comes up.

Speaker 2 (39:08):
Download it.

Speaker 4 (39:09):
Sign up either with a new account or sign in
with blue Sky if you have a Blue Sky account,
and just enjoy the platform.

Speaker 2 (39:16):
Find groups that connect.

Speaker 4 (39:17):
With your interests right join those groups, find other people
that you know have similar interest with you, and just
build build, build form authentic connections and just go absolutely crazy.

Speaker 2 (39:28):
Just go absolutely crazy and.

Speaker 1 (39:31):
Just follow me. The world's your oyster. You listening to
Cindy Stumbo chuff his Nails on WBZ News Radio ten thirty.
Have a great, safe weekend, and we'll see you next week.
