Welcome to Connoisseur's Corner once again, It's Jordan Rich and
today joining me is my connoisseur friend, Matt Robinson of
Matt's Meals m atts dash Meals dot com. With an
update on a friend, a couple of friends in Vermont.

Well, it's kind of one friend, but it's two companies.
One of them is Fat Toed Farm, which makes amazing
the caramel sauces with the with the real maple syrup
and stuff, absolutely ridiculous. I put it on Everything Possible.
And their partner company, the Butterfly Bakery of Vermont, which
I had known for like their amazing ginger snaps. I
was recently pleasantly surprised to find that they not only

had their own line of hot sauces, but that some
had been on the popular TV show Hot Ones, and
that one in particular combined so many flavors, it's absolutely amazing.
It's a rum barrel fermented smoked Jlapano sauce. It's a
peppery punch with that sweet rum burn afterwards, and it's
just great on everything. The sauce is made in a
collaboration with Saint John's Brey Distillery and familiar farm, so
