Hey, welcome once again to Connois Service Corner. This is
Jordan continuing my conversation with the owner of Cafe Saint Germain,
Louis Lagaric, a very comfortable, friendly French bistro, and Luik
shares more with us about the cuisine.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
The cuisine is a traditional French it's from all regions.
We do dishes from the nose, from the south, you know,
from everywhere. We change our menu full times a year,
but we keep up classics like Pivogum on us cargo,
you know, Kokova. We have a few dishes that never
changes because we make people upset.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
When they're changing. Yeah, we just play with with seafood,
mostly because we have such great seafood here.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Now, something really neat happens Mondays and Tuesdays. We're getting
at four pm. It's a delicious tapas menu.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
When we're first stop him to attract people and you
decided to have a few nights when we did the
French tapas. It's the menu with about twenty different items.
You pay for the four menu and you order as
much as you.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Want and you eat here as long as it takes
as still closing time.

we always busy, always.

People from seven am to ten pm at night.
