Greetings and welcome to another edition of Connosrous Corner. Jordan
here and joining me Mona Dolgoff from her kitchen. She's
a nutrition coach, a culinary expert, and the author of
several great cookbooks, including Satisfy and Satisfy. Let's talk about
something that sounds great. A dreamy tart cherry sparkler.

Yeah. You know, sometimes mocktails are aokay, and it's the
perfect way to put your mind at ease, to relax,
and even having a little mocktail as a nightcap before
you go to sleep, especially if you use the right ingredients.
So one ingredient that's perfect for a late nightcap is
tart cherry juice. So I've made a tart cherry juice sparkler.
Very easy to make. You take a quarter of a
(00:39):
cup of tart cherry juice, add in juice of half
of a lime, twelve ounces of sparkling water if you
want to use plain spring water, that's fine, some ice
and some fresh mint leaves. Mix it all together, pour
it over ice, muddle in those mint leaves, and just
have a wonderful, calmbing, refreshing drink before bedtime.
