Hello and welcome. This is Connoisseurance Corner. I'm Jordan Rich.
Always something exciting to talk about when it comes to
food and drink in Boston. There's a new place called
Current Tea featuring a bolt fusion of bubble tea and yes,
crispy cheese filled corn dogs. And it's over at Hub Hall,
which is the vibrant food hall next to t D Garden.
We've been talking with the owner, Monica Sue. Now tell

(00:23):
us more about these corn dogs.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
We have a lot of new flavors. For example, the
sweet dogs. It's like it's having these styles sweet sausage,
so it is different from you know, the regular beef sausage.
But we also have that as well, and then a
classic no cheese pulp. Other than cheese dogs, we also
have Boston's biggest fried squid that is coming very soon
and it is very big. It is like almost half

(00:47):
a pound.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Back to tea, you've got quite the selection, and we
all know that tea is very healthy for you.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
We saw like ice cream tea, which is a very unique.
Not a lot of snow stores offered the ice cream tea.
And then we also have bit, the fresh lemon Blast
Tea where we blast tea and ice together. Sometimes we're
a fresh lemonade, but more a stronger tea flavoring. And
we also have cookies and cream and cook It Crumble.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
You know, those are like classic foot flavors, but we
make a twist and again to our milk tea.
