Hello, differends, Welcome to another edition of Connoisseur's Corner. Today
we're talking about wine with one of our favorite guests,
Ken Hoggins with Ken'swineguide dot com. And don't forget to

looking at a beautiful fall season, a great time to
do some wine tasting and testing.

Yeah, you know the tasting panel and I, as you
might imagine, we get to try a lot of wines
before we buy them. In the fall, several retailers around
the state will be holding their grand tastings and their
stores before the holiday season, so I highly recommend that
you take some time and try some wines at these events.
My retailer, Colonial Spirits and Acting is holding three mini
grand tastings over three consecutive Saturdays starting in October eighteenth,

and it's a great opportunity for the local folks to
go in and really try those wines. Many of them
have themes first weekend at Colonials like New Worlds than
the next two are Old world wines. So be sure
to check out your favorite retailers and what they're offering.
The usually announced these kind of events on their website,
you can call the store and ask the wine director.
But really the knowledge of tasting is very powerful because

we highly recommend that you attend these learn what you like.
Many of them are free, some may have a small fee,
but either way, it's worth your time and worth your
experience to really understand what you like, and you're just
going to enjoy the wines that you choose best after that.
