Hello and welcome. This is Conno Truths Corner. I'm Jordan
Rich continuing my conversation with the Laura Robbins, who's the
owner operator of the Fireside Tavern in Sherborne, mass with
delicious casual fare. Tell us more about the summer menu
and cocktail program.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
My whole goal with my culinary team is to give
them some creative license to bring what they are are
feeling for the season with a couple of rules.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
One is, on every plate, you have to have something local.
On every plate. You have to have something completely made
from scratch.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
You know, the watermelon salad, which is you know, sort
of like that fresh crisp watermelon with the arugula, with
the feta cheese wonderful and definitely evokes summer.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
And you know, we have a beat salad our number
one cellar right now.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
You know you wouldn't necessarily think beats in summer, but
pairing it with some roasted pistachios and some goat cheese
just really is.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
Just wowing everyone. And on top of that, you can
add any type of rote you want any of our salads.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
What we really have going is two types of salmon
right now, we get it from Captain Martin's.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
And so right now we have a pan sered salmon.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
That's, you know, got some couscous with feta and some
cucumber and tomato salmon over a cold kind noodle perfect
for summer.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
That's sort of cold noodle with the sesame flavoring. They're
loving it.
