Welcome to Callous Service Corner Jr. Here with you, continuing
my conversation with the owner of East Boston's Florenza Cafe,
a terrific spot. The name is Stefano Bruno, and now
this beloved neighborhood spot has expanded its offerings with exclusive cocktails,
beer and wine.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
We hired a liquor consultant, it's called Liquid Assets, and
he really helped with me curate a really nice beer,
wine and now cocktail menu.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
So let's talk about some of these cocktails. They're very
innovative and creative. Just give us an example of a
few of them.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
We should really focus on the Negroni, a very popular
Italian type cocktail. So we have a house Negroni that
we actually installed on tap, so we nitrogen infuse it
and we make it special in a tag and so
people can experience a really nice, you know, on tap Negroni.
Another one called the Amalfi Violet that's made with violet
(00:56):
type gin. It's really amazing. It's delicate, purple and colar.
It's really nice. And then we have the White Negroni.
It's made with a gin resource from Vermont. It's really
nice and delicate it's a little more interesting, so it's real.
It's really good. Compliments to the menu, we have, of course,
the apparol sprits. We make a Lemonchello sprits. Lemon Cello
is imported from Colabria, and we have the classic Hugo
(01:19):
sprits with the Alda flower.
