Welcome to Connois Surius Corner. I'm Jordan Rich. All kinds
of tasty things to eat and create in your kitchen
with Mona Dogoff joining us today and Mona. I love
salmon and I love it with a nice glaze. You've
got a great recipe for us.

It's such an easy recipe makes the best salmon on
the grill.

It's savory and sweet, and.

I love serving this maple glaze salmon with brown rice
and a crunchy Asian salad with snuffpeas, carrots and water chestnuts.
This is what you're going to do making the marinate.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
This is the secret.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
You're going to combine a quarter of a cup of
maple syrup, a tablespoon of lemon juice, two tablespoons of
low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos, one teaspoon of
Dijon mustard, ground pepper, and dried ginger. Mix that marinade together.
Leave the marinate. A quarter of the marinade in a
separate dish because you could use that later to base
while you're grilling, because you don't want to touch that

marinade with raw fish. And then you're going to marinate
and one pound of salmon. The three quarters rest of
that marinade for about twenty to thirty minutes.

Preheat your grill to a three fifty, Cook the fish
and brush it with that extra.

Marinager you have on hand. And then after it's done,
top it with some sliced scullions and toasted almonds, and
you've got the most amazing meal.
