Hello, and welcome to Connoisseur's Corner. I'm Jordan Rich. Great
to be with you and joining me today is our
good friend Ken Hoggins of Ken's Wineguide dot Com. Don't

So how about some holiday party wine suggestions.

Yeah, I got two wines that are perfect choices for
your listeners to consider for their holiday parties. So I
like to say, when you go to the party, the
best plans to bring an affordable wine that over delivers
that everyone's going to like. So the first wine we'll
do just that. The Elk Cove twenty twenty four Pino
Grief from the Willamette Valley in Oregon, easily found for
less than twenty dollars, scored at ninety two plus points.

It's balanced, slightly viscous, got some poach pair and passion
fruit flavors in there with some stony minerality and saline finishes.
Dry lingers nicely be a crowd pleaser and very popular
at those holiday parties.

BlackBerry compote as well. Dusty fine, moderately grains Hannon's in there.
