Speaker 1 (00:03):
Welcome to Connorser's Corner. This is Jordan continuing my conversation
with Sarah Raggy Wragge of Sarah Raggy Wellness, who's put
together an innovative nutrition brand that helps you create lifelong
behavioral changes and a big key to success, as Sarah says,
is having a coach or a mentor to bring you along.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
The mentoring is really a partnership between us and the client.
There is an established relationship of trust, and it starts
with education. Once you know you can't unknow. And so
when you put those little bits of information into somebody's
brain and then they go to make a choice and
they can pull up that piece of information. Okay, I'm

(00:42):
going to eat this instead of this, because this is
going to spike my bloodsher it make me feel really
tired afterwards, I'm going to make a different choice. Sometimes
the choice is I don't care. I'm going to have
that and spike my blood sugar, right, And we're supportive
of that because this is life, and so the mentorship
needs to be a relationship that's back and forth where
there's trust and honesty, education, but also we're going to

(01:06):
kick your butt when you need it. And we're going
to hug you when you need it, but there needs
to be a swift kick sometimes to get us going,
and that's why you hire us.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
So much revolves around the foods we eat. And you
can find out more about Sarah Raggy's wellness program and
the difference it might make at our website, Sarah with
an H Reggy wr a gge dot com. I'm Jordan
and we cover it all right here on Connosur's Corner. WBZ,
