A few weeks ago, I was at the Boston Jerkfest
enjoying amazing reggae music and some of the best Caribbean
food I've ever had, And among the vendors I met
was a woman named ivy Loss.

She is a software engineer who has opened a company
that makes honey based products.

It's called Ivees iv y Eees, and that's the website

She makes everything from raw honey to all natural cleansers
and shampoos. There's a honey based toothpaste, a Caribbean born
honey flavored with hibiscus and currell and a creamed ginger
honey that I've been putting in tea and on cereal
and in Sophia's yogurt and everything absolutely delicious. She also
makes a honey based jerk seasoning, and she was also

offering a honey lemonade with her without adult beverage. Added
lots of great ideas for how to use her sweet
creations and also how to run an independent business. She
runs out of Hope and Maine, the Food Incubator in
Rhode Island. She is the first black owned business in
Boston's North End and I really hope that people will
