Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hello again, Welcome. I'm Jordan. This is Connoisseur's Corner today.
Our connoisseur is the lovely mona dog GoF who comes
to us direct from her extremely creative kitchen. And you,
of course love to talk about all kinds of food,
including salad, and everyone loves good salad dressing. What about
a recipe for Japanese ginger dressing.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
You know that's salad dressing that you get at the
Japanese restaurant when you're ordering some sushi. Well, this is
my favorite salad dressing. Is that orange dressing that appears
on the salad. I did an inspection. I figured out
I'm going to make it in the healthiest way. All
you need is a personal blender. Do you know what
makes it orange? It's the carrots. So this is what
you need to do. You peel and chopped two carrots,

(00:42):
a quarter small onion chopped, a quarter cup of avocada oil,
three tablespoons of rice vinegar, two tablespoons of reduced sodium
soy sauce or tomarri sauce, one and a half tablespoons
of mince fresh ginger. Make sure you add that and
it gives it a great bite one and a half
teaspoons of honey and a quarter teaspoon turmeric. You put

(01:02):
all those ingredients in the personal blender until smooth. You
check the thick nest. If you find it's a little
too thick, don't worry, just simply add a little water.
Mix it up again. And it's so good, and it's
so delicious, And the salad dressing lasts for a week
in your fridge, and all your friends are going to
come over and go, oh my gosh, what restaurant did
you get that at? You go, no, no, no, I
made it myself, and I made it the healthy way.
