Welcome. This is Connoisseur's Corner. I'm Jordan Rich and as
you know, we do check out a lot of wonderful restaurants.
One of my favorites is Loc Campagna on Main Street
in Waltham, rated number one by Zagat for gourmet Italian food,
and it's truly a restaurant with a lot of tradition.
Someone who's very proud of the restaurant of the work
he does is Server Angelo Catrucuez, who's been a waiter

at La Compagna for nearly three decades, and he shared
with me why La Campagna is so special.

We're family, We're not an investors restaurant, so we treat
everybody as a family and the people they come here
every week and we have a great food.

We have the same people working on the kitchen for
many many years. We make our bread, who made bread
every day. We make our pasta, who make the desserts.
We have pastry chef and great great wine is the
best wines of Italy. Well appreciate all these people coming
and supporting us for all these years.
