new and exciting to dry. Yeah, this is a great really summer time
about anytime I move over the coffeeand this beverage will be yours for the

summer or anytime, because delicious,it's filling, and it's very good for
you too. You should always makesure that you want to get at least
ten or twenty grams of protein andfiber for breakfast. And this beverage just
does it all. So this recipeis also found in my Satisfied cookbook.
And what it is. You takea half a cup of unsweetened plant based
milk, it could be almond milk, milk, cash you milk, a

half a cup of strong coffee,two scoops of chocolate protein powder, and
you want to make sure that theprotein powder's quality. Stuff. Look for
no added sugar, a lot offiber, a lot of protein, and
no artificial flavors or colors, ahalf a small frozen banana, four to
six ice cubes, put in apersonal blender, let zip for about thirty
to forty five seconds, and frankly, this is my breakfast every day of
