we open with the Shenam Blanc from California. This might
be the best domestic Shennon blanc that I've tried in
a very long time. The packs twenty twenty three Helios
Shennon Blanc for twenty five dollars is excellent, certainly one
of the best values of the summer. Full bodied, very

nicely balanced, round and seamless. I love the very tasty
and drew pear and lemon verbina flavors along with notes
of honey and camomeal tea. It's dry, it's flavors in
a city lingered nicely. I would pair this ninety four
pointer with some chicken pacata or chicken fransei.

Ken yeah. Next up's the twenty twenty two Penfolds Been
twenty eight from US.

Yeah, it's a Charaz. It's midnight purple colored. It's got
some boisonberry and BlackBerry bouquet with hints of oak. Full bodied, round, bright, dense.
It's got stewed black plumb and stony minerality flavors, along
with some black pepper and some black licorice. It's pretty complex,
moderate dusty tannins that are nicely extended. I put this
ninety three point Charaz with steak fajitas. It says the

SRPS forty, but I can tell you you can find
it in the mid twenties, which even makes it better.
