Hello again. Welcome. It's connod SRU's Corner. I'm Jordan Rich.
Great to be with you. Joining me Matt Robinson of
Matt's Meals his website Mattsdashmeals dot com. We always talk
about innovation and this might be an oldie but goodie,
and it's back cultured butter. What are we talking about here?

Talked a lot about cultured food and how good they
are and how delicious they could be, and have also
raved about our friends at Jasper Hill Farms in Vermont,
the great dairy that makes the wonderful cheeses. So I'm
kind of seeing the praises of the food product that
has both. Marissa Morrow worked with Jasper Hill. They still
sell her award winning cheese varieties, but she wanted to
go in a different direction, so she partnered with another

company and came up with Cloudgate Farms and now makes
cultured butter, which is butter that has the active bacteria
like yogurt or keffer and things like that. You can't
really taste it, but the butter is so delicious on
its own, and to know that it actually has these
beneficial things for you know, everyone's talking about dutt Baio
home and the brain gut connection. So if you can
