This Isscunnas's Corner. I'm Jordan Rich. We're talking about restaurants
in Boston. I get the chance to talk to several
Boston restaurant tours who are doing great work, including the
folks at COG Management Group. They are really active with
some successful properties. And joining me is Ray Tremlay, corporate
beverage Director, to talk about one of the most popular
spots on Washington Street in the Theater district, Ruca Resto bar.

Ruca rest of Bar is our Nie project, which I
am a huge, huge fan of. Between food and drinks,
we definitely need very hard and complementing culinary and coptail
aspects of everything. We're the most non familiar in NIKEA
is a combination of Perugian and Japanese cuisines, so it
gives us quite the array of flavors to play with

Right down by the Theater district.

We get a lot of big crowds and it's you know,
one of our probably largest for our spirit free cocktails
that essentially eating over there to a point we're actually
selling more spirit free cocktails than open air, but the flavor.

Is between the food.

It's personally one of.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
My favorite places to grapple, cocktail and have some food.
We also have quite an extensive selection of Japanese piece
over there.
