Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hello there, and welcome to Connoisseur's Corner. I'm Jordan Rich,
and we talk about food, whether you're go out and
dine in a fancy restaurant or a local hangout, or
whether you decide to do something special and healthy and delicious.
At halt, we have Mona dogof with us, author of
many cookbooks, including her great one, Satisfy, and this recipe
comes from Satisfy. Tell us about it.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Yeah, it's a sheet pan turkey tender loin with apples
and leaks. Turkey tender loin is extremely lean and it's
so simple to make. You're going to preheat your oven
at four hundred degrees, spray is sheetpan with olive oil,
spray and place three quarters of a pound of turkey
tender loin in the center. Each piece is typically three
quarters of a pound, slice each leak in half lengthwise

(00:43):
and plates on the sheep pan. Then in a large bowl,
you're going to combine two tablespoons of Dijon mustard, one
tablespoonful olive oil, one tablespoon of chopped stage, two teaspoons
of maple syrup, and a spice blend of cinnamon, ground
ginger onion powder salt and pepper Russia thin layer of
that blend over the turkey. Then toss one and a
half cups of baby potatoes halved and four carrots sliced

(01:07):
in half lengthwise, and a half and one apple, and
the remaining mixture of the marinade, and then arrange around
the turkey and leaks. And then all you do is
you bake for thirty to thirty five minutes and until
the turkey reaches an internal temp of one sixty five
and you've got a full dinner. You've got your turkey,
you've got your potatoes, and you've got your apples and veggies.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Next best thing to Thanksgiving. Anytime you need to thank you.
