restaurants all over the region and I was so happy
to stop in to see Evan Deludi, the owner of Stella,
formerly a staple in the South End, now doing quite
well in Newton. Tons of takeout and a real family atmosphere.
Here's a bit of the background story.

Yes, I opened Stella in the South End on Washington
Street in the late spring of two thousand and five.
We had to close out to COVID for a couple
of years, but reopened here in Newton at five four
nine Commonwealth.

Have same menu, same owner, same chef, same experience, hopefully better.

So it's a comeback story, it certainly is. Yes, tell
our audience a little bit about there's some happy customers here.

It's a very simple, classic Italian cuisine, very approachable, very
simple and quite.

Wonder what are some of the favorites.

One of my favorites is the faw and aise with
the rigatoni pasta that's our signat judition, very hardy, very
approachable and very delicious, and with the garlic bred that's
a one to two combination that can't be missed.
