Speaker 1 (00:03):
This is Connoisseur's Corner. I'm Jordan. Lots of foody events
happening this month and it's a pleasure to promote them.
Here's one. Sustainable brain Tree presents the Farm to Table Dinner,
a night of local flavor and music, Saturday, September twentieth,
six to ten thirty pm on the scenic grounds of
the Fairhouse in Braintree. Here's Christine McIntyre. What a Sustainable
brain Tree all about.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Sustainable brain Tree supports environmental initiatives in our community. We
provide scholarships for brain Tree students going into environmental sciences
or studies. That's what we're all about.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
Now, let's talk about the farm to table dinner and
what's on the menu.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Oh, some really good things.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
Fizana has worked with us to put together a really
nice plant forward menu. There's going to be vegan stuffed
egg plant with risotto, chickpea pesto pasta, and then for
those who prefer a meat option, we have a grilled
chicken with tomato that should be excellent as well. We're
going to have local beer and organic wine at a

cash bar.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
And there will be a drink ticket for each person
that includes a signature mocktail.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Sounds delicious, great food, live music, and a lot of
fun next Saturday Night on the grounds of the Fairhouse
in Braintree. For tickets, go to Sustainable Brain Treat dot org.
