all about wine today with Ken Hoggins of Ken'swineguide dot com.
And well, you told me you were a Rams fan.
I'm a Patriots fan. But that doesn't matter. We're talking
about football and tailgating, and you've got some more wines
to recommend for tailgate time.

Why not start a football theme segment with wild Thing
chardon Ay from Carol Shelton. Her twenty twenty three shard
caught my attention. It was liked by all that tried it.
It's medium bodied, impressively balanced, very smooth and polished. It's
got some lemon tea and Andrew pearre in there with
some stone dust. Little hint of mango was really cool. Again,
(00:39):
everybody liked it ninety one plus points, very versatile and
food friendly and it certainly could be quaffed before the
big gang.

Okay, we're at fourth down and goal. I need a
second choice for my tailgate.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
On the red side, I'd recommend the twenty twenty two
Fresh Gibaldi Neponzano Reserva. It's from Kyanti Rufina, which is
just not as big as Kianti class so it's also
a great price. This wine's consistently very good. It's medium bodied,
nicely balanced, seamless approachable. Again, everybody that tried this liked it.
Very tasty, mild BlackBerry and with some gentle tobacco and

black cherry. It's flavors acidity and refined, gentle tann and
drift away nicely. It's very versatile and food friendly. Also
scored at ninety one plus points. And whatever you're grilling
at the tailgate party, this is going.
