What do you have for us today?

We'll start with the twenty twenty two Rats Family Red
Jasper red blend from the Selamash region in South Africa.
Comes in at only twenty three dollars. If you haven't
dipped your toe in the South African wine, this kitchen
sink red blend would be a perfect place to start. Primarily,
it's cab, fronk and malback, but it's got a bunch
of other stuff in there. Medium plus bodied balance, mouth
watering at some graphite, black liquorice flavors, a little black

plumb and tobacco. Closes with some moderate dusty tannas that
are nicely sustained ninety one plus points and we put
that with wild boar ragou over your favorite pasta.

Yeah, this is the twenty twenty two post Envine Karen
Yang from the historical mule Plane Vineyard in Lowdie. The
grape is Karen seriously over delivers. It's thirty dollars and
medium plus bodied, well balanced, smooth, fresh spice, red plum
stony minerality, a little red liquorice long tea in there.
Fine dusty tannins that stick around for a very long time.

Be perfect with poach salmon. I actually ordered some of
this wine recently for tasting. I'm going to do for
my daughter so they and your listeners will not be disappointed.
