Let's talk one of my favorite subjects with you, and
that's try something new.

The first we'll start with is a rose from Taval, France,
Chateau do Aquera. It's the twenty twenty four. It's about
twenty three dollars. Tavell rose offerings don't get as much
attention as they deserve. They're a little bit darker in
color compared to the pink offerings from Provence. But this
is fifty percent ranash noir. Offering is light plus bodied,

nicely balanced, round and delicate, tasty Maraschino cherry and strawberry
blend with some notes of stony minerality and tangerine in there.
It's dry and refreshing, and I'd pair this ninety one
point to val rose with some grilled shrimp this summer.

And perfect for a late summer day or evening a
Chillibyle writ.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Yeah Martha Stuman, twenty twenty three. It's called post flirtation
red blend. From California for about twenty nine dollars. It's
Infidel based. It's made to be served chilled. It's light
plus bodied with integrated plus acidity. It's balanced, round, bright
and fresh. It's got a little mild black plum and
Bazooka bubblegum flavors in there, with some saline and light

mixed berries. It was dry, refreshing, and it's a very fine,
dusty Tannet's fade away nice. I'd serve this refreshing ninety
two pointer with friends at the beach on a warm
summer day. Hopefully we get some here this weekend.
