WBZ's Jordan Rich talks with Colleen Norvé, President of Harbor Sweets, about their offerings for that favorite Valentine.

in the air because it's almost Valentine'sDay. So I've invited Colleen Norvae from
Harbor Sweets up there on the NorthShore to join me to talk about some
