After working part time and taking music lessons there for years,
Thomas Trand is now the big boss at Eastern Music,
a store that's been around for longer than he's been alive.
When the owner told him she was looking to sell,
Tran pulled together money he'd made working full time for
his dad to buy it, and he says the owner
was happy to sell to him.

She still sticks around, she still helps out a lot,
and she still wants to see the store thrive and continue,
so she was happy to see that it could continue.
