A lack of proper documentation is said to be the
reason for the suspension of some forty seven employees at
a market basket in New Bedford, employees who are reportedly undocumented.
This follows a federal investigation that dates back to twenty
twenty three. Now, these customers at the effort location disagree
with the targeting of workers.

I am on the side of the people that camea
work and want to go through on life.

I just think they should give They should make the
process of getting a Social Security number easier and make
them pay taxes. Everybody should pay taxes, and like I said,
everybody deserves an opportunity to make a limit.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
The impacted employees are not expected to be reinstated until
they are able to provide updated working papers in Everett.
