Initials bill Rica Police officer Kenneth Collins was killed in
the line of duty in nineteen sixty nine. The department
chose his widow to name their new K nine.

She was very excited about it, she spoke with her family.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Unfortunately, she recently passed away. Ironically, on the very same
day police picked up the dog from the breeder. The
department brought Casey to Margie's funeral.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
This brought so much joy to that family. They were
so happy to hold the dog, knowing that she would
live the memory of their dad and grandfather and great
grandfather into the future.
