So today's our annual golf tournament and it's our biggest
fundraiser of the year, and all funds raised today go
towards the Beach House project.

Chris Jerome is the president and founder of Anna's Pals.
The Beach House is a one of a kind, medically
safe retreat for amino compromised kids and their families. There's
eight different cottages with safe outdoor activities.

When you're immunocompromise, you can't go to an airbnb, you
can't go to school, you can't go to the store,
you can't do anything.

Chris knows this firsthand. When her daughter Anna was being
treated for an aggressive form of leukemia. Her pals visited
all day long, but after a bone marrow transplant, it
was too risky. Doing this golf tournament year after year
at George Ray Golf Course brings Anna's old friends together
and raises money so that other kids have a safe
space away from the hospital.

They realize that this Beach House is really needed for
these families to reconnect and have a time that they
just can't have right now. They can't go away, they
can't be together outside of the clinic environment, and this
is what this beach house will do, It'll create an
opportunities for these families to bond and Boston.
