Boston Bruins Players At MGH Become Superheroes For Kids

It's an annual Halloween tradition for the Bruins where players
dress up in costumes to greet pediatric cancer patients at MGH.
This year, the boys are decked down as superheroes, with
Sean Corallly as Superman, Jeremy Swayman as Batman, Johnny Beecher
as Captain America, Mark Castelik is the Incredible Hulk, and
Fraser Minton as Robin. Swayman says he looks forward to
taking part in the visit every year.

The kids in here the real heroes, and just being
able to connect with them, seeing their passion for life
and just genuine happiness is something that we can all
reflect on.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Kralely is here just a month after losing his father
to cancer. He says it's an opportunity to put smiles
on kids' faces and help build team chemistry.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
Where a team and you know, being on a team
is all about helping each other and this is just
another way to do that and it kind of spread,
you know, what we do inside the team to the community,
and when we can do that, it just gives you
a feeling that you're helping.
