Many of us would easily say our grandmother's beloved dish
and a recipe is a ward worthy. Now we can
make that official with a healthy competition called the Nana's Dinner,
put together by Chef Anthony Codrano of Preza Antono. So
if you were to enter, what would you dish out?
Speaker 2 (00:15):
Probably a pasta dish my grandmother used to nickpasta. It's
called ayo oils, actually spaghetti, and it's oil and its
glic and a little bit of hot peppers in it.
Speaker 3 (00:25):
Delicious. My great grandmother's homemade chicken popeye, Oh my gosh,
if she was alive today and could make that for me,
I would eat it. Vegetarian or not.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
Only Italian or Mediterranean cuisines will be accepted. The winning
dishes will be featured as one in a five course meal.
