Boston Demands Mitigation Plan Over Proposed Everett Soccer Stadium

The City of Boston has asked the Craft Group for
basic information about the stadium's impacts on transportation, noise, jobs,
impacts that would be felt by our residents.

On the banks of the Mystic River across from Everett
and the proposed site of a stadium for the New
England Revolution Boston. Mary Michelle Wu says the Craft group
seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars mitigation offer prior to
the city's involvement is dismal.

Seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars is just one and
a half months of a billionaire's Sun's allowance.

That's under two percent of the neighboring Encore Casinos sixty
eight million dollar mitigation.

I know the mayor is ready to negotiate. The Revolution
are ready to negotiate.

Senator Saldi Domenico has kids in the neighborhood of Charlestown
and says the state has mandated talks between the Crafts
in Boston, yet nothing has happened. Let's get something done.
Mariwu insists this business is strictly in an official capacity,
separate from a reelection campaign against Josh Kraft. WBZ News
