Boston Korean Food Vender Takes Over BPL’s Map Room Lounge Restaurant

For the next ten days. The menu here at the
map Room Lounge at the Boston Public Library will have
a distinctly Korean feel.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
If we specialize in beating pup, which is the Korean
rice bowl. He has all sorted vegetables to get to
choose protein and dressing and comes with fry egg on top.
With specialize in that. But we also have like a
regular rice bowl, noodle salad, regular salad, and my Korean sandwich.

Justin One is the owner of Bibbon Box, usually operated
out of a food truck based in Dorchester, but he's
here as part of a program called Community Table, a
program designed to give some small food vendors a unique
opportunity to showcase their culinary skills in a special place
from outside the Copley Branch of the Boston Public Library.
