the Mass Senior Action Council is calling on state lawmakers
to pass a bill proposed by Mayor Wu to prevent
property taxes that could increase as high as thirteen percent
next year.

large decline in commercial property taxes. This comes as the
value of commercial buildings in the city has dropped since
