Boston Pub McGonagle's Named One Of The Best Restaurants In The Country

In the first eight months has been amazing, and the

Got named one of America's best restaurants of twenty twenty
five by The New York Times. Chef Aiden McGee says,
it's all about consistency.

That simple things done right is the most important, and
that's what we do, down to getting the fish and
chips right, getting the guinness right, getting the cocktails right,
grip bar program here as well, and really good clean
cocktails and just getting it. Yeah, something for the people
at Dorchester and Boston to get excited about it.

But when it comes to a pint of guinness, how
do they stack up among Boston's best either?

Also the Dublin A really it's worth.

Noting that mcgonagall's and the Dublin are are owned by
the same people. But they did bring out all the
stops when setting up the guinness taps.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
The line is bigger for the guinness to come out,
so there's less bubbles and there's less gassy, so smoother
from Dorchester.
