Episode Transcript
One cyclist found around twenty tacks placed up right on
a stretch of the bike path on Hampshire Street near
Inman Square, and while an investigation is ongoing, people are
really upset about the idea someone may be intentionally sabotaging
the bike lane.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
I mean, I just don't understand what the point of
that is. That's really sad and malicious.
Speaker 3 (00:17):
I think that's evil, man. I think that that should
stop real soon. I hope they get caught, and I
hope that they just find it hard to stop that
because that's dangerous.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
The path appears to be tax free for now, but
commuters are worried, considering popping a tire at this time
of year is a real inconvenience.
Speaker 4 (00:31):
It could take anywhere from like half an hour to
like forty five minutes to replace one, so it's not
something you want to do when it's like really cold
out and yeah, it's not cheap.
Speaker 1 (00:40):
Cambridge Police say anyone who's been impacted by the tax
should reach out to them and file a report. From Cambridge.
