The demonstrators marched from City Hall Plaza to Boston Common,
demanding protections for immigrants who they say are being targeted
by ICE agents acting on orders from President Donald Trump.

Trump is using us as pokerchips in a battle between
the White House and Harvard, and in his attempts to
install himself as provost of our university. It is deeply,
deeply dehumanizing.

Leo Gurdon is an oversees Harvard's student from Sweden.

He's using eyes and the entire immigration system as a
way of advancing his agenda. We will not let Trump
avoid due process. We will not let Trump use ICE
to silence us. We will not let Trump kidnap members
of our community.

The demonstrators say they'll hold another rally at Harvard University
